When I entered, no staff greeted me, even though there were four staff members there and no other customers. I requested one sample of Dior perfume, and a male staff member (tall and slim) handed it to me in a rude manner, without saying a word. When I asked for the price, he only mentioned the price, then went away without further assistance and started talking to his friend. When I called that staff member again, he told another staff member (a male with a slightly larger build) to serve me. This staff member gave me two perfume samples that I requested, but still did not ask or explain anything, same as the previous staff. When I mentioned the "White Musk" scent, he looked back while mumbling very quietly, then left me without giving an explanation or asking me to wait. I am very disappointed because the service provided was far from professional and made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I came with my daughter, and she also asked why the staff behaved like that. I hope the store will pay attention to the quality of service, because customers who genuinely intend to buy should not be ignored.

Look for a metal stamp on the bottom of the bottle next to another stamp. If it doesn't have a metal stamp or engraving in the bottle, it's probably fake. Mostly men in there. Vicky even showed me how to get a bigger discount and asked me if I wanted bottled water. I took two. With all the booths in front of the stores in that area it's hard to find but I did. Parking is a scam...they wave $3 or $5 signs and point you to building parking and then when you get there it's $20! She said the $3-$5 was weekdays. But I felt safer there so I paid the $20. I was driving through the horrible traffic in LA and Amelia somehow had to go home. Unfortunately, the same Hispanic male supervisor made me feel like I was a burden. He must've stopped helping me at least 3 times to go help other people. His excuse was there were short of staff. By the time he called Amelia and located the fragrance she put aside for me, I was over it. Not to mention the fragrance had no plastic on it, which tells me that it was used. Honestly, I went there not because they have the best price, it's merely because I don't have the patience for shipping. The basic store is well equipped. Has all the stuff one would need. It's clean, the staff are professional, and they even have some little surprises like historical Manuels about the area, or cute little gifts for the kids. The place I always go - whether walking in or, more likely, the drive up - is the pharmacy. The young people who work there are friendly, professional, and helpful. I go so often, a couple of the young folks know me by name and ask how my family is, even though they haven't ever met them and only here about them from my inquiries and casual small talk when being rung up. I love that. I always am happy to swing by to pick up the needed meds, and I usually get a friendly smile and greeting in the process. I'm happy to patronize this location and feel it's one of the cleanest, friendliest, and most well equipped in the area by far.
