It's so nice to come across a Disney store since the one in Temecula had closed down permanently. Great place to find everything Disney. Love the selection of various Disney plushies as well as the prices for them. Most plushies are in the $20 range, which is pretty reasonable. My daughter and I were searching for a Maui hook (from Moana), and I didn't think they had that... but they did!!!! So cool!! I love this store and definitely coming back when I need more Disney items.

The nerve relaxing store! The service is always great! They are very busy but they make sure even though they are understaffed you get the best service that they can offer! The selection is huge and it is very hard to choose what you want! Specially that they were promotions going on. Value wise its worth my visit...It's June coming up and it means the birthdays are starting. Disney outlet is affordable and its for every budget. I enjoyed my trip here!

Actually found this place on accident when I was doing some costume shopping at the outlets. I had no idea there was still a Disney Store around in the LA area and this was quite the surprise! It is located at the Citadel Outlets in the far corner by Reebok. If you love Disney, this place has a lot of off-season items that are priced way cheaper than what you would normally spend at the Disneyland park. And they have mostly items for children than adults. The clearance area is quite messy because people tend to leave it around but has a bunch of adult sized apparel. I did find a bunch of spirit jerseys and a cool Walt Disney World jacket there for cheap and I was so happy to find something my size and worth spending money on. They do returns for online Disney orders as long as you have your receipt/invoice too! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and curious to see what off-season items they have in stock. Enjoy! :)

I'm a Disney freak and this is my favorite Disney Store! It's half regular Disney Store and half outlet. Then the outlet items are half from Disney Stores and half from Disney Parks. It's amazing! I get some fantastic deals of items that you can't get anywhere else. On my most recent trip that includes some plushes for 98 cents, $1.98 and $3.98. I got an adorable Frozen sweatshirt zip up for $9, normally $35 for my friend's daughter. Haunted Mansion & Disney Mickey Mouse ice cream bar wallets for $6, normally $15. Plus Moana beach towels for $4, normally $16. Just deal after deal, and that's just one trip! Pro-Tip: Parking can be rough at the Citadel Outlets. There's always a bunch of parking on the side of the Disney Outlet, plus it's much less hectic. Staff here is always beyond friendly, the usual you've come to expect from Disney cast members. They are following Covid protocols really well right now, as well, with limited entry. Limited entry though means long lines. On a trip before Christmas, I waited nearly an hour to enter. Eek gads! I make a point of coming to this Disney Store once a month to buy gifts for friends and...I'm not gonna front...myself, too. :) I'll definitely continue and look forward to the Parks opening back up at some point to have even more of their clearance merchandise!

Dog friendly! (On leash) We arrived on a Thursday morning just before 11a. Found parking right at the Disney store. They were limiting capacity so we did have to wait but just for a few minutes. The store was clean and neat, employees totally friendly, wore masks. The kid customers were well behaved. They had a lot of cute Disney shirts, good clearance prices. One shirt was $4.99. No changing room available at this time. If your canine kid needs a potty break go across parking lot towards Telegraph Rd to the office building.

This was the first time that I came to the Disney Outlet store. I've always seen the store because I've been to the Citadel outlets many times but never actually stopped in. I heard that occasionally I'll have some finds that you can get from the parks. I have been to one of the other locations out at Camarillo but this is the first time here at Citadel. When I used to frequent the Camarillo location when I'd drive by for work just to see what kind of hidden gems they had. Due to Covid they are limiting the people that are able to be inside the store. The line wrapped around the building which is good because otherwise I think the store would have been pretty packed. I did have to wait a while for guests to exit for us to go back in. The team members gave us a spiel as we were in line and told us to keep our masks on and no eating and drinking and to keep our distance from each other. They did a great job informing us with what was going on and what the protocol was. The store is a typical Disney store but they do have occasional things from the park that you can't find at your store in shopping malls. But I think finding those gems might be a bit more difficult specially now that the parks aren't open here on on the West Coast. It kind of depends on what you're looking for here in the store. The location of the store can be convenient and/or inconvenient since it's the furthest store away from everything. Luckily for me this was the only place I wanted to visit so I parked what would normally be the back of the parking lot and it was a great spot to get to the store.

Excellent service, but doesn't make up for low variety and lackluster deals. Nothing like character warehouses in Florida.

Said would exchange but subtract 20% back to him for restocking fee.... Said fine I can find something less than $38 got a crown for $24.99 he has the audacity to say I owe $8. What a crook. I have never had such horrible service. Save your time and money go buy from Huntington park or Los Angeles where they will honor their word. This guy is a joke.

I figured I would browse to see what caught my eye for my daughter(almost 2 year old). When I walked in I was greeted by an older Asian woman. She seemed nice and asked me if I was searching for a specific color or occasion. I mentioned I was just looking to see if anything caught my attention. I have NO IDEA what vibes I gave off and how anyone could shop there comfortably, as she never left my side. As well as did not seem to like me touching the dress (I only looked at one). She was grabbing the dress from me while I tried to see the bottom of it. So I just decided to put it back on the rack the way I saw it and she said "I'll do it." I wouldn't go back because it was so uncomfortable and was not welcoming at all. The dress was also $80 for what I assume was a random brand and the quality was not suited for a baby's skin.

I was picking up a birthday gift for a friend to get for another friends birthday and found a shirt that was an option. The FIRST thing I noticed was that all shirts on display were folded with the tissue in them, which doesn't make it very user-friendly to browse the racks. Minor point - but I've never seen that in another store. OK so then I picked something (which was a WAY overpriced T-Shirt) and since I was picking this up as a gift from another friend I had their credit card. The lady that checked me out was not really rude or nice, but just not helpful. Sort of robotic. She wouldn't let me use the card as it didn't have my name on it. (Just as a note I have used someone else's credit card for WAY more than $50 at a MUCH nicer high-end store with zero problem. So I should have run away right then.) Instead, I paid cash. It gets worse... I went back home and showed the person I was getting the gift for (to give to another). They didn't like it so asked that I return it and go to another store. Turns out the stores return policy is Exchange or Store Credit ONLY. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?! I asked and basically begged and pleaded with the girl (unfortunately the one who rang me up earlier was the store manager and was still there...) to please give me cash back as I didn't know their policy when I was buying, and I needed to get another gift. She wouldn't budge AT ALL. So I got store credit. I told her she might want to post a sign or tell customers their return policy, and she pointed to a small sign on the counter (right where I had put my purse) and that since it was a gift, I should have asked. Riiight. Will never go here again - except now I have a gift card there. Cool..
