It's so nice to come across a Disney store since the one in Temecula had closed down permanently. Great place to find everything Disney. Love the selection of various Disney plushies as well as the prices for them. Most plushies are in the $20 range, which is pretty reasonable. My daughter and I were searching for a Maui hook (from Moana), and I didn't think they had that... but they did!!!! So cool!! We were in the area and decided to stop by and glad we did but I am not sure I would go out of my way to go here specifically. The employees were super nice and very helpful but it was way overcrowded in the store and hard to move around. I miss the old Disney Stores so there was a sense of nostalgia. I felt the merch was plentiful but the deals weren't as great as those we would get purchasing through the website during their sales. We made a destination trip to Disney Store at the Citadel Outlets to do some special shopping for our granddaughter, who just turned one. Since her parents are taking her to Disneyland for the very first time, we thought it would be perfect for her to go all dressed up in Disney gear. The store had a really nice selection of 12-18 month clothes for girls, and even better, lots of discounts since they're switching seasons. We picked out some Frozen and Ariel outfits--super cute and a total win for us. There were some great deals going on, so it felt like the right time to stock up. The best part was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was really friendly and welcoming, and they even went out of their way to help us track down the right shoe size. Why does it always take so long to do a return at the store? The cast members have to check like ten things to make sure I actually made the purchase. Here is my online order number, here's the shipping label, here's the receipt, here's the tag literally still attached to the item... yet; literally the 5 times I've made returns (mostly online purchases) I am going through the run around. Today it took the cast member asking the manager 5 different confirmations for various things. "Well the tag looks different so I want to make sure it's not a personalized item" I literally am showing you the order confirmation, I'm showing you online it's not a customizable item... BUYER BEWARE! YOU CAN'T RETURN LIMITED EDITION DOLLS EVEN IF THEY ARE UNOPENED! I came here and purchased a Tinker Bell doll and later realized it was on sale online. I returned to the store to get a price adjustment. Apparently, you cant get a price adjustment if a code is required for an online sale, but only if the price has decreased online and went on sale. Kind of silly. If the item is able to be on sale online, it should be the same inside the store. The store would rather lose a sale altogether rather than just honoring the online price. Thats in the general context. But thats not even the cherry on top. They don't let you return limited edition dolls either! At minimum, I thought I could return the doll, then just purchase the doll on sale, online. They then tell me, the cashiers warn you of this when making a purchase. No cashier informed me of that or I wouldn't have made the purchase inside the store. That policy is also not on the receipt. The manager then points to 3 big paragraphs in small print on the counter at the register, that supposedly points out this policy. HOW ON EARTH am I suppose to know it's your policy, if nobody tells me, and nobody points out the small print on the counter at the register. The manager Nancy, then gaslights me, tells me to lower my tone, when my tone wasn't even high. The manager gave me the refund for the doll, because she knows the whole thing is bogus and that the store really screwed this one up. Rather than simply apologizing for NOT informing me of the policy at checkout, nor it not being on the receipt, I get gaslit and presented with an attitude, like all of this is my fault. If this policy was on the receipt, it would cover their tracks, but it's not. Train employees better. And fix the attitude! Im now hesitant to return to this store. My experience here was ruined. read more

Actually found this place on accident when I was doing some costume shopping at the outlets. I had no idea there was still a Disney Store around in the LA area and this was quite the surprise! It is located at the Citadel Outlets in the far corner by Reebok. If you love Disney, this place has a lot of off-season items that are priced way cheaper than what you would normally spend at the Disneyland park. And they have mostly items for children than adults. The clearance area is quite messy because people tend to leave it around but has a bunch of adult sized apparel. I did find a bunch of spirit jerseys and a cool Walt Disney World jacket there for cheap and I was so happy to find something my size and worth spending money on. They do returns for online Disney orders as long as you have your receipt/invoice too! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and curious to see what off-season items they have in stock. Store itself is a good size Disney store it is packed with so many good items easy to find right smack at the corner of the shopping center huge parking lot. Friendly employees. But I will say I do not believe the prices are right I think they were pretty high for being sale items. We walked around inside for quite awhile but left without purchasing any items due to the prices. They were not any cheaper than being inside Disneyland stores. read more

4 stars Today, a Saturday, I came here pretty early in the morning and there were quite a few families waiting outside the store already! Last week, I came in the afternoon and the store was chaos - people everywhere, clothes strewn everywhere. I was impressed by how calm and collected the employees were. I know Disney is meant for kids, but I'm a little sad that there's limited amounts of adult clothing and accessories here. It could be that I always miss out because I don't come here frequently enough. But I hope they bring in more sweaters, spirit jerseys, and backpacks. Definitely a great store for locals who frequent Disneyland and want merch without paying full price at the park. read more

I'm a Disney freak and this is my favorite Disney Store! It's half regular Disney Store and half outlet. Then the outlet items are half from Disney Stores and half from Disney Parks. It's amazing! I get some fantastic deals of items that you can't get anywhere else. On my most recent trip that includes some plushes for 98 cents, $1.98 and $3.98. I got an adorable Frozen sweatshirt zip up for $9, normally $35 for my friend's daughter. Haunted Mansion & Disney Mickey Mouse ice cream bar wallets for $6, normally $15. Plus Moana beach towels for $4, normally $16. Just deal after deal, and that's just one trip! Pro-Tip: Parking can be rough at the Citadel Outlets. There's always a bunch of parking on the side of the Disney Outlet, plus it's much less hectic. Staff here is always beyond friendly, the usual you've come to expect from Disney cast members. They are following Covid protocols really well right now, as well, with limited entry. Limited entry though means long lines. On a trip before Christmas, I waited nearly an hour to enter. Eek gads! I make a point of coming to this Disney Store once a month to buy gifts for friends and...I'm not gonna front...myself, too. :) I'll definitely continue and look forward to the Parks opening back up at some point to have even more of their clearance merchandise! read more

Dog friendly! (On leash) We arrived on a Thursday morning just before 11a. Found parking right at the Disney store. They were limiting capacity so we did have to wait but just for a few minutes. The store was clean and neat, employees totally friendly, wore masks. The kid customers were well behaved. They had a lot of cute Disney shirts, good clearance prices. One shirt was $4.99. This was the first time that I came to the Disney Outlet store. I've always seen the store because I've been to the Citadel outlets many times but never actually stopped in. I heard that occasionally I'll have some finds that you can get from the parks. I have been to one of the other locations out at Camarillo but this is the first time here at Citadel. When I used to frequent the Camarillo location when I'd drive by for work just to see what kind of hidden gems they had. Due to Covid they are limiting the people that are able to be inside the store. The line wrapped around the building which is good because otherwise I think the store would have been pretty packed. I did have to wait a while for guests to exit for us to go back in. The team members gave us a spiel as we were in line and told us to keep our masks on and no eating and drinking and to keep our distance from each other. They did a great job informing us with what was going on and what the protocol was. The store is a typical Disney store but they do have occasional things from the park that you can't find at your store in shopping malls. But I think finding those gems might be a bit more difficult specially now that the parks aren't open here on on the West Coast. It kind of depends on what you're looking for here in the store. The location of the store can be convenient and/or inconvenient since it's the furthest store away from everything. Luckily for me this was the only place I wanted to visit so I parked what would normally be the back of the parking lot and it was a great spot to get to the store. read more

Ok I am now a regular here! Lines are long but they try their best to move through it. Citadel even started providing benches. Bring an umbrella or hat bc you will be in the heat for a bit. CM'S take extra care/time to help us keep distance. Items are constantly circulating here. What's there one day might be gone the next. Be courteous of everyone in the store as well as CMs. They do such a good job with the traffic and keeping everything nice and organized with the influx of traffic. Thank you Disney Store - Citadel! The lines are long right now to get in and you're standing in the heat. I got there 15 minutes before it opened and the line was already around the corner. They didn't have too much stuff over there. Majority of the store is just a regular Disney store and a section of it is there stuff on sale. Hand sanitizer is provided and when you're inside if a certain area gets too crowded a cast member will come and tell you to separate. read more

I didn't know this store was so close to me til today. I had some online orders I had to return/exchange and ended up spending more here. I found some great deals today. They' get new shipments pretty often so if you see someone post about it, start your car, everyone else wants it too. I was able to snag kids clothes for a fraction of the original price and also snagged a little something for myself. There's last years (?) Christmas ears, last valentines Minnie and Mickey plush PAIR for under $15, and lots of towels ($12)/swimsuits at the moment. Returns were pretty fast if you have your invoice. The store is chaos though, always packed and lines can move slow if they have a lot of items. If you're a Disney fan then this outlet is a place you'd want to come visit. You can find a lot of off season items here sold for cheap compared to what you would pay at Disneyland park or on their online store. The day I came it was super busy and it was hard to maneuver around the store. The staff were all very helpful and friendly despite the chaos in the store. Everything was kind of messy because the amount of people, but the other less popular item areas were much more organized. The store is located all the way in the back of the Citadel outlets. If you were parked in the front, then it'll be a trek to get here, but if you parked near the back then you're good. read more

Ok so you're going to Disneyland and you know your kiddos will want EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGG, which is incredibly costly inside the park. So what we do is hit the discount/outlet Disney stores before we go to the park! We found this one in the Citadel and it was very exciting. Unlike other non-Disney brand stores this is a legit Disney store but you will find things which have gone out of style or aren't sold in stores any longer. In the park there was a toy set for $18, at this store it was $10. I got a Star Wars fleece coat for $25, in the park it would have been $50-75. My son got a Winnie the Pooh plush toy for $12, which would have been $20+ in the park. There was pajamas and clothes very cheap and tons of Halloween costumes. We got trading pins for $2; which if you have been in the park lately you know can be very spendy to collect. If you plan to trade them then this is the place to go and snag a few. They had Christmas items out, so really great deals on ornaments! We had no lines and the experience was positive. Highly recommend! read more

Every time my husband and I go to Disneyland we make it a point to stop at this Disney outlet store on the way there or on the way back home. I will say that not everything in the store is discounted. You really have to check the pricing on everything. For example, this time around we went to the parks first and then on the way home we stopped at the outlet. A lot of what we saw in the parks were also in the outlet, but they were not discounted. However, this time around they had 25% off on top of a very discounted price for most of their items. We were able to get some baby clothes that was less than $6 each, and toddler Halloween costumes, which were about $10. They had so much stuff! I highly recommend that you check it out before a Disney trip so that you don't spend too much in the park. Please be sure to bring in your own bags. Otherwise they will charge you for their cloth bag which is very nice. read more

The store was packed to the gills with fun colorful merchandise that took us a solid 30 minutes to peruse through. I would have loved to have seen more hat styles. The other thing that was a miss for me was the softness of some of the t shirts. I loved so many designs but they were scratchy so I passed on them. (Saved me tons of money) I did find one shirt that was super soft and that one is now in my collection. Highly recommend using the app to do mobile check out instead of waiting in the long lines. read more

We came in Black Friday weekend (Sunday) and there wasn't a single good deal in the whole store. Their "sale" prices are still very high. Getting to the parking lot took about an hour. Getting out of the parking lot was pretty crazy too! Don't waste your time. read more

So this store has some cool finds at a much discounted rate. I have heard friends talk of getting those popular spirit tees from the parks for more than 50% off original price. On this visit, I managed to find an adorable minnie themed romper that was less than 20 bucks. I was so impressed. Important to keep in mind that this is still a store catered mostly to children, finding age appropriate items for adults are typically seen along the sides or in a corner. In addition, this store always appear to be busy. The customer service is exceptional, they do live up to the disney standard, but they are always busy. My only large complaint was the bag situation. Obviously I know that we have to purchase bags in grocery stores at 10 cents a piece, but I was under the impression that we don't have to purchase bags at retail stores, that they would just be given. This store had no bag, and if you wanted one, it was a dollar extra. I was a little annoyed by this, but at least I have a decent reusable bag to leave in my car. read more
