Such a great experience today looking for the most random item, Amanda was nothing short of amazing, patient and so very kind and helpful! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Amanda let me know she was there to help when needed! I was given a coupon to enjoy on my possible purchase without feeling pushed into buying anything! The random themed item I was looking for was actually in stock and Amanda said she thought it might be on sale online and offered to price match and took the time to look it up. This shop is owned by Hot Topic but it's like a Disney version. There's a lot of collectibles & cool shirts of just about every imaginable character ranging from Disney, Star Wars to Japanese Anime & more. We bought 2 cool pins that were hard to find elsewhere. The employee running the store alone was very attentive to all of us customers shopping. We're happy with our pins & service & look forward to the next visit! read more

Friday 16th I placed an order for pick up, according to the website it was supposed to be ready within 3-4 hours and I would receive an email once my items were ready. Waited 4 hours no email, no phone call, nothing so I decided to head there hoping they had my items ready. They told me they didn't have my items so I told them they could've emailed me earlier saying my item was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they said they'll email me with the details. Today is Monday 19th and still haven't received no email or a phone call, also called customer services nobody was able to help me. I feel like they're stealing my money and this is not okay, I'm very upset. read more

Boxlunch has quickly become one of my favorite stores to ever exist in a mall! There is an incredible selection of novelty items, and you might find yourself spending a ridiculous amount of time looking through every area simply fascinated, as have I. Items are organized by theme, focusing on trending pop culture. Anything from Disney movie characters, Star Wars, Rick and Morty, Sailor Moon, Rugrats, different Superheros etc. and items range from accessories, makeup, stationary, home goods, and collectibles. Any item from here makes for an awesome gift or addition to your own valuables. I actually bought several items from here recently for Christmas gifts and they were really cool things you wouldn't find anywhere else. I am totally for such a cool store and even more so knowing they're doing incredible humanitarian things such as partnering with a leading hunger relief charity, Feeding America. For every $10 you spend, Boxlunch gives one meal to someone in need and so far they've donated 14 million meals. That's remarkable and shouldn't go unnoticed. As for this specific location, the customer service provided far exceeds what you expect of a mall retail employee. Staff offers sincere help, are informative, and do their best to ensure you leave happy with your purchase. LOVE this store! They have awesome Disney pieces that aren't available at Disneyland or on Disney's website. A great place to look if you have any due hard Disney friends and struggle to find them something they don't already have! This location is also being very safe for COVID! When I went to pick up an online order, you have to check in with someone at the front who will let you into the store. There's hand sanitizer and everyone is wearing masks. I also saw some employees wearing gloves. The pick up order was very quick. Also if you aren't comfortable going into the store, there is a little kiosk right outside that has some of their special items for sale. There's currently a deal for pick up orders. It's 15% off. That is on top of any other deals. I ordered during a Black Friday sale and got a clearance item and still got the additional 15% off. It was ready very quickly and such a great deal for everything I got! The staff is very helpful and if you are looking for a gift, just ask an employee and they can find the perfect item for you! read more

i come here often since i collect funko pops but today was probably the last time i will shop here. the associate that was there didn't acknowledge me until 15 minutes in the store, which i don't mind lol but when she finally acknowledged me i had earphones in and couldn't hear anything. i guess she had been asking if i was doing okay, but i didn't hear her. the associate then waved her hands to catch my attention and was like 'MAAAAAM?! are you finding everything okay?" first off i clearly have headphones in, i can't hear you. secondly, there was no need to raise your voice. she then rings me up but her attitude was so bad. it seemed like i was bothering her lol read more

This store is very nostalgic for me if you're born in the 90s and watch Nickelodeon there's a whole bunch of stuff that will remind you of your childhood. The staff is very friendly I'm so happy our Lakewood mall has one. And they have everything from Disney to Bob's Burgers this is a very good place to shop for gifts and for yourself.
