The intake process felt disorganized and unclear. There were multiple staff involved (including a supervising instructor and a student and others), but communication was indirect and not clearly explained at the start. I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.

While the staff was courteous, the quality of the service was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in a painful injury. The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way. And to make matters even worse, my eyebrows are uneven.

I called ahead to verify they offered a fitting service. The young lady that helped me was great! (Sorry I didn't catch her name) She was super patient and helpful. She detailed the different wig options (natural vs synthetic, cost and maintenance). She guided me on how to properly put on the wig & secure it. She also recommended needed supplies like hair detangler spray & metal wire brush for maintenance purposes. I am very happy with my purchases & I am definitely coming back. Highly recommend this shop!!
