Since I visit the South Bay Area, happened to visit this store - it was my BIG MISTAKE! Sadly, being respectful in saying that one is not interested - the sales people seemed to take my refusal as an additional reason to apply great pressure to "sample" (demonstration) then cornered me when I wanted to leave. Unfortunate that one has to be rude and literally push oneself away from these "salespeople" to leave. Curious that prominent shopping mall management companies don't do the proper due dilligence is screening/filtering "retailers" that have extremely bad reputations and negative BBB ratings - along with a track record of super aggressive salesmanship encouraged by store managers - as noted in previous posts listed here. Given that the pattern from the Cerritos Mall store to the Glendale Galleria store is repeated many times (that prompted the closing of their stores at these shopping malls) at this South Bay shopping mall store (as I have experienced), strongly encourage those that others like myself share your opinions/views to this South Bay Shopping Mall company office and hope that they will find the appropriate course of actions to protect the dwindling number of shoppers that actually go to shopping malls (hmm, maybe that is why these salespeople are so aggressive - online shopping will eliminate having to deal with super aggressive salespeople.

I waited 20 mins to see if an employee made a lunch run and was coming back. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was really hoping to leave with gifts I could give to friends for their birthdays tomorrow. I've waited months to be able to shop at this store in person, only to get here and it's closed up. Also, there is someone posting on the stores behalf on Instagram all day, but there is no one actually working in the store.
