They were very nice and helped me with everything I needed and Answered all of my questions. My only problem is that I forgot my right side AirPod I put it down by mistake on the glass next to the wigs while the lace on my wig was getting cut... I really hope one of the workers picked it up and if so I'll be there tomorrow to pick it up. Otherwise I like this place very much! Love this place first time here and staff is very nice and helpful will definitely come back.

I called ahead to check if they had gel polish for brands like Gelish and OPI and they said they do but the selection was very small. They have non brand name packages but it's the same type as the ones on AMazon. Their non gel polish variety is wide though and they have cheaper brands. Some of that merch was dried inside though. The girls working there are very friendly and attentive and parking was their own lot and readily available. They also sell makeup brushes and false eyelashes. I was in the area at the time so I went to check it out but not sure if I would go back. I would say if you are in the area and want to buy a ton of cheap regular polish this place is ok but if you're looking for gel etc I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Called asking if I can do a refund for a products I bought a day before, I had accidentally thrown my receipt, employee told me no refunds unless I had the receipt, I ended up going through the trash and finding my receipt, I came in the store tried getting my refund for two of the products that didn't work, I had my receipt and they said they don't do refunds just store credit, only got store credit for one and not the other because it was open, both of the products were open so it made no sense why one was eligible but the other wasn't, won't be shopping here ever again, refund policy is trash, employees and products are horrible! read more

I found this place through a close friend. I love(d) spending my money here! I support local businesses. Im a nail technician and I come in for stuff specifically for that! I've came in more than 3 times and it is so disappointing and uncomfortable to come in and staff following me and looking at me as if im going to steal something. I mean of course i don't come in looking my greatest but I come in to BUY! To spend my money! And honestly after today I really don't think I will be coming back. I already felt like putting everything back because of how uncomfortable staff made me feel but I honestly really needed nippers. As soon as I get in the car I open the nippers and they are dry, RUSTED, and don't even open or close correctly. Not only is it unfair to pay 10.99 for these rusted nippers that DON't work. But it is a SAFETY HAZARD FOR CUSTOMERS. It makes me question what else can be expired or old here ? Any ways I can't even go return it because of the restrictions we have right now so there goes 10.99 to the trash. And a potential regular customer‍ i worked in beauty supplies growing up and even managed one & thats definitley not a way to make customers feel walking in .. especially customers that come in to spend money and support.. UPDATE: I baught drill bits & they were rusted as well and moldy ! I will definitely be speaking to a manager!!! This is un safe for customers. I have been here a handful of times for botox, filler, and the time machine procedure. I have never been disappointed. Ive been treated by dr tess, angela, and rick and they all are awesome. Rick gave me the best botox treatment ive ever received. Im actually seeing him next week! Come here, you wont be disappointed. Plus ALL the staff are incredibly friendly. I purchased earrings here along with a few other things and when I took the earrings out of the bag they were broken I returned the next day and a worker was hesitant to give me an exchange they're like $3 I don't see what the big deal is she said that it wasn't her fault and I said well it's not my fault I didn't even get to wear them they were still on the card they came hanging on. She said they have to buy them too well if you want to keep customers coming back you'd at least make a compromise and maybe return my $3 it's sad that I will not be returning here because of this and I shop here avidly I refuse to give them any more of my business because of this ridiculous service. read more

This place is awesome. The customer service is great and they have variety on everything. Their extensions were beyond my expectations. The real human hair extensions work well with hair dye and heat. I'm impressed with how mine came out. The lady who helped me pick out my extensions was very patient and helpful. The prices are really good for what you get. They will answer all questions you have about their products and the application and care for them. You can find some good eyelashes, wigs, extensions, nail supplies and other beauty products here at this store. I definitely recommended this store to everyone I know. read more

Called to check if they had two specific items I needed, they confirmed that they had both and verbatim stated that they closed at 7:00. Let them know I was on my way. Get there at 6:51 and doors were locked. Customer service stated that they close at 6:50! Basic, clear communication when I called would have been appreciated and saved me a 25 minute drive each way. For future reference, when someone calls asking what is closing time-- a basic, honest 6:50 would be the best answer just as a heads up. Especially if customer states they are on their way.
