IF they made even a small effort to make me whole again it would have helped. No, they would rather screw their customers. Unless you don't care about quality, there are many other choices better than Lyrical Hair-Lyrical Toupee. They claim many clients change out the unit once per month! This is absolutely not possible. considering the time and money it takes to actually wear the hair piece. My opinion after dealing with this dishonest company and horrible product is to run. Find another even if it's more expensive. The attached picture is after 2 months of use and being careful on wearing and cleaning. No other hair piece did this in 20 years. Some were Chinese units. So not only did I pay $14.50 on shipping to get the item (which won't be refunded), if I decide ship it back I will have to not only pay another shipping fee but also a 20% restocking fee. It's crazy that I'll be out 80% of what I spent if I give the item back. So here's a lesson, check return polices before buying anything online.
