We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. She has and always will be a perfectionist so she absolutely takes the time needed to ensure my lashes are full, even, and adhered symmetrically. I have also been extremely happy with the fact that her lashes are without a doubt very consistent, so it's a huge relief to pay for her services where I can count on her & know exactly what I am getting. They don't seem busy. Any other business would have accepted a walk in service or at the very least asked what service I needed & offered to book me for another day. I was looking for a good lash lift close to home and did a lot of research before finally landing on trying out Blooming Eyes since the reviews were very positive. The lash tech was very nice but the service itself did not hold up. When I first left the shop I was happy with how my lashes looked since they were perfectly in place. The next day after I waited the 24 hrs she recommended I washed my face and at first my lashes looked a bit off but I didn't pay too much attention. After a few hours I looked more closely and realized that all my lashes were pointing in different directions despite them looking great the full day prior. A few days passed and the state of my lashes could not be salvaged even when I tried a lash curler. I sent pictures to Kate and she was very understanding of my problem and asked me to come back in so she could take a look and fix them. I was shocked when at the end of the service she charged me for another lift. She did not say that up front, I thought it was just a correction on a poor prior service. Instead I paid double the amount for a very negative experience. I didn't argue and I paid since I didn't ask ahead of time and blamed myself for assuming. The same thing happened again, but this time it was worse. I had to wait a full lash cycle before my lashes could look halfway decent. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I thought the positive reviews would save me from a bad experience. I was wrong, but still hopeful that I'll find a quality lash lift in the area... for now I'll stick to a daily eyelash curler until I could work up the courage to try another spot.

During one of my visits, I experienced a situation where an employee was speaking about me in another language, and it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on the interaction, I felt that I was being treated differently, and I believed there may have been racial bias involved. I brought my concerns to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the business because I had missed an appointment. That missed appointment occurred while my grandmother was hospitalized, and I believe the circumstances were not taken into consideration. The owner also told me that the staff had held a meeting about me, which made the situation even more upsetting. After my experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business, and I wanted to share what happened so others can make their own informed decisions before choosing to go I also want to mention that a similar situation happened to my friend, who is also a person of color. Based on both of our experiences, I believe there is a pattern in how customers of color are treated. Dora was also very rude and unprofessional throughout these interactions. My father is an attorney, and he will be taking legal action regarding my experience with this business. My friends are also looking for new lash techs and will no longer support business . They just lost a lot of customers The owner reached out and is still not taking accountability. I told them that I had an issue and they never acknowledged the discrimination that I faced. Second of all I've sent many customers there and I've always been on time during the grace period . So don't make an excuse as if that's the problem. Third of all, I've only gone to Chelsea and only liked Chelsea so they could've continued to book me with her instead discredit my feelings and told me that I wasn't welcome because I brought an issue to them now they want to respond because they know that they are wrong and again we will be taking legal matters. Also, now I have proof that you just told somebody that they said that they were discriminated and not to make that as an excuse that's worse on you. I also reached out to the business several times trying to resolve it through text and they blocked me and never Responded, They're only acknowledging me because it makes their business look bad me and me and Chelsea never had issues. She would even talk to me about her kids schooling troubles, so you're making up excuses. That was a troubling experience however I have found a salon, more professional, and the quality is way better than Moon Lash. Please take your money somewhere else. They do not acknowledge you and it is not worth it. When I shared my experience, they couldn't believe that happened. They have never had to tell a customer because of a complaint. They are no longer welcome.
