When I came in I had a harsh transition from my dark root to ends and she really worked her magic to get sick a beautiful blend. I called the salon Saturday around 3 pm with a complete hair emergency. Another salon completely ruined my beautiful blonde hair. I was left choppy, orange, grey--- a girls worst nightmare!!! I would never recommend anyone coming to this unprofessional salon to do hair, especially with Rosie. She does not know how to do blonde hair and put her hands on me! She charged me $300 for highlights did not do my roots with several spots. Told me to use purple shampoo to fix LOL. I came back to show her spots still there, she tried fixing my hair and made it worse and charged me $150 for her mistake. Y'all I swear she just did whatever instead of actually taking her time cause she wanted to leave so I went in on a Sunday and throughout my appointment she was the only one working doing other peoples hair and her husband showed up I'm assuming he was there to pick her up but the initial photo for what I wanted was a honey bronde but I understand it's a process you know but she was then like show me something else and I did but I feel like she just took me lighter but I never wanted to be as light as she tried taking me also she was like don't worry it won't look orange and she said it would be more of a chocolate tone but literally my roots look red and there's a lot of uneven tones throughout my hair and she said she could do ash as well which I don't understand why she didn't ask me before hand but I guess it's only been two weeks but idk how to even fix my hair I feel bad cause she was really nice and accommodating but the work and the amount I paid for was insane they initially told me 295 I paid almost 400 for something that really wasn't worth it and before y'all come for me I know it's a process but it could've at least been idk nicer for the price. And I can't post a pic because yelp is weird but yeah just imagine red brown roots yellow balayage with red orange spots and my black natural base peaking through. I am a bit disappointed with the customer service I received. Purchased a voucher on Groupon for a cut, wash and blow out and called that same day to make an appointment. Rose answered my call and said she'd text me her availability. About an hour later she texts me with an opening for the next day in which I tell her I'd prefer something for the following week. She proceeds to tell me she has no availability, but also doesn't tell me what she has available, I didn't mind being scheduled far out but she can't even accommodate that. This was my first "real" haircut, I normally just cut a couple inches off the bottom and that's it. I had called a day before and ask if they removed hair extensions the tape in ones the lady on the other end said yes... I asked her how much she said she needed to see how much I had. I was fine okay, can I go tomorrow they told me yes just get here from 10-6. Let me tell you the salon closes at 7. I told her just her there any time? and ask for you? and she said yes!!! I honestly forgot the lady name. But when I got there the assistant said she had left for the day and if I had an appointment and I proceeded to tell her I didn't because I ask the lady and she said to just get here. I asked her did she just leave?? And the girl that was at the salon NO she left a while ago. I just don't understand why would you tell someone to just get there and not be there...I drove from work and I work in Santa Ana it's a long drive I had to leave early from work and this lady doesn't consider people's time!!!the poor assistant looked like she felt bad and she didn't know what to say to me. Found this salon on Yelp after the worst hair experience of my life. I paid a "stylist" at a different salon for hair extensions and color which ended up looking like crap. Rosi and Patty were awesome and were able to fix both the color and style so that we could salvage the extensions. They color matched so well that you can't even tell that I have extensions.
