Booked a morning appointment for a wash and trim. I arrived at opening time to see her already servicing someone else. From the sound of the conversation, it was a family friend's son. Despite having an appointment, I had to waited about 30 minutes past it to be serviced, as she was the only one in the salon. While the service was fairly good, I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of not abiding by the appointment that she took from me when I called the evening before. What was the point of making an appointment if a favor comes first? Salon is quite small with maybe 4 seats to wait in. Parking is also fairly difficult with only street parking seeming to be the option. Too scared to book an appointment here again just to have her personal connections take priority. read more

After going from salon to salon and getting the answer no we can't lighten your hair it's too dark! Finally a friend recommended to Vero, went in for the first time she saw my hair and with out a doubt said we can work on it and with time we will get where you want to be, I was extremely excited. When she did my hair from having it 10 years black and looking the same, it was lighter there was already a huge difference, I loved it!
