Now it's just below my shoulders. I told them I was getting married this year. And they ruined my hair. I won't be going back. Plus, I went at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. I left at 12 p.m. and didn't see any customers coming in. They definitely don't have any customers for a reason. I texted twice yesterday to confirm -- at 12:22 PM and 6:10 PM. By 9:00 PM with no response, I assumed the appointment was forgotten or canceled. She eventually responded at nearly midnight, which I didn't see until morning, effectively canceling the appointment. I understand her reason for canceling, but what I don't understand is the lack of communication -- a quick text takes a minute. Booking this appointment was already frustrating due to delayed or no responses, & the last-minute message makes me feel like she wasn't even planning to reach out. I truly liked her work & wanted to remain loyal, which makes this extremely disappointing. I'll unfortunately be looking for a new stylist & a new salon.

Hair stylist take their time and inspect your hair where you can see on a special device with a camera how damage or healthy you have your hair. Based on their inspection they give you recommendations of what kind of treatment will help you. I'm very happy and satisfied with my results. My hair is healthy, looks healthy and has grown which that was an issue before. I have also used several of their hair products to maintain my hair healthy, shiny and hydrated. All their products are amazing and their treatments as well. You can't go wrong with any of the treatments you get done or products you buy to give maintenance to your hair. I'm currently in love with the caviar products and I'm going to start trying a new heat protector they have which will review after some time of use.
