I loved everything about this hair salon. Felicia was so knowledgeable when it came to hairstyles and colors, my hair is super curly so I find that very hard to find. I didn't want a lot of maintenance on touch ups so she recommended a balayage and I'm glad she did because I absolutely loved it. I had never colored or bleached my hair before and was very nervous to make that step but Felicia walked me through the entire process of my honey balayage and made me feel taken care of. I found her on Instagram right before Quarantine happened which caused my appt to be postponed until it was safe to reopen. Since then I've gone to Felicia twice for a cut and dye. I had my post quarantine hair appointment at Alegre Salon. Felicia was recommended to me by one of my friends who has been doing her hair with her for some time. The salon decor is super cute and clean. Felicia was on time and was very knowledgeable on what was best for my hair. She truly cares about the health of your hair and doing what's best for it without damaging it. The salon is following safety protocols and everything was wiped down before I sat down for my service. Masks were worn throughout the appointment and it was just me there for my scheduled appointment. Felicia helped me to make an educated choice on what to do with my hair which I have had highlights in for many years. I decided to go darker. My time at the salon went by so quickly. First off let me share that I have been coming to Felicia for 4yrs now! I had very short over proccessed blonde hair! My hair was very damage. She has literally brought my hair back to life since then. She will tell you what your hair can or cannot handle and explains things very thoroughly! This last time I went for a touch up i left a color deposit shampoo in which was purple and left it on for to long which caused the color to adhere to the hair cuticle. I thought it washed out since i couldn't see it anymore. When she was doing my touch up the color started lifting as you can see in the picture! Unfortunately due to this i could not go ash blonde which is what i love being! She explained that she did not want to over process my hair and would do her best to get me as close to the blonde i like! Boy did she deliver, my hair came out great and felt very healthy still!
