Hate to leave a bad review after being a customer for a few years but it must be done. I was very sad to hear that Stephanie my old massage tech is no longer there. If I'm being all the way honest, if it wasn't for her being beyond amazing with postop massages I would have stopped coming here a long time ago. She was such a amazing massage tech that I've spent several thousands of dollars here to receive post op care from her. When I called two weeks ago to set up my post op massages, the girl that answered the phone sounded like she hated her job and was extremely rude. That's not the first time I've experienced this here, seems to be quite the norm... guess that's just the way they are on the phone. During the conversation, she ended up informing me that Stephanie was no longer working there but she had another tech that would take great care of me. I agreed and booked. I showed up to my appointment five minutes early. Checked in for my appointment and sat down on the couch. I will say, I do love the new decor, very Instagram worthy and with the current times. Its actually really cute. As I waited I seen two girls talking in spanish in the hallway. It looked like one was explaining something to the other one. Shortly after, one of them called my name and says I was ready to be seen. She ended up asking me if I spoke Spanish and I said not fluently but I can get by, I understand and speak enough. She explained that the tech did not speak English and I told her it was no problem at all, we'll be able to get by. She explains for me to get undressed and put on these disposable panties and bra. She comes back in a few minutes later and I explain to her what my doctor wants to be done. Very light post op lymphatic drainage massage and only radio frequency. She agrees she understands what needs to be done and the other girl explains it to her again in Spanish. I assumed we were all on the same page. .... NOT. She did not massage me very much and the times that she did, she was not pushing the fluid towards my lymphatic drainage areas. I know a great massage and this was everything but that. The entire time I could not wait for it to be done. She kept taking this cold metal tool and rubbing it on my legs. I kept thinking to myself, I did not ask for a cellulite treatment. Lol. Very bizarre. Not only was I not feeling the massage at all, there was deep house music blasting in my ear. Felt like a rave somewhere in Vegas. Not exactly the music that you want to hear when you're a few days postop and in a lot of pain. Felt like I was in a horror movie to be honest, couldn't wait for it to stop. I went in feeling horrible and came out feeling worse. Yes that's the thing when you get a tech that doesn't know what they're doing. You should feel instant relief a few minutes into your massage, sadly I never felt any of that. The massage was finally over, I got dressed and went up to pay. I advised the front desk to cancel all of the previously made massages I made for rest of the week, that I would only be paying for this one massage and not be getting the package after all. She asked zero questions and charged my card for $160 including tip. Yep a $160 to be tortured this time around. Lol. I will never be back. P.s I tried attaching the video of the blasting deep house music so you can hear how obnoxiously loud it was while trying to get the massage but it wont upload for some reason. It has took me so long to write this review because I was still in denial that something when wrong on my surgeons end. I made the decision to get a breast augmentation with Dr. S since he had done a breast augmentation on my mother prior years. I have 535 cc high profile under the muscle. Prior to my surgery I purchase an insurance for my breast implant which they offer there. First surgery was done May 2022, I pay $6,000. The evening after my surgery was completed I was in so much pain on my left arm. I was very bruise on my armpit and bruise on my incision and mid left abdominal. My left implant was also very high to the point I could not see my collarbone. I immediately got in contact with my surgeon and nurse to let them know. I when for a revision next couple of days and told me it was normal and my implant will go down with massages and to wait for swollen. I began to go the upstairs facially for my massages. I had 10 massages done (pay around $800) and it didn't help. I also gave my self the massages at home the way they teach you the day of surgery. At some point I was leaking some blood fluid from my incision. I was also given a band to place across my chests with my surgery bra to help the breast go down. 3 months pass and there was not much difference. The surgeon decide to give it some months and if it didn't go down on its own he will have to perform another surgery to bring the implant down. April 2023, I got the second surgery. The second surgery was $3,500 which I pay out of pocket but I did get refunded because they did the insurance claim. ( I previously purchase an insurance through them) He removed my left implant and place a new one. This time it was much better it did go smooth like my right breast on the first surgery. 2 days after I when for a revision and my implant was slightly high but nothing like the first surgery. Again I did another round of 8 massages ($700) to help my breast get in place. After a few months it did go down and was a bit similar to my right breast. My problem now is I have only cleavage on my right breast. My left breast looks so uneven. On the middle of my chests it looks like I have swollen and when you put them together my breast look awkward. I have gone to another revision February 2024 and I let him know how unhappy I'm with my results. Overall this was a bad experience for me. I did everything in my power to heal and take proper care of myself. I previously had a tummy tuck procedure in 2021 by another surgen and I had 3 previos C-section. I know how to take care of my wounds. I don't feel confident or beautiful. I feel embarrassed to show my results. Dr. S opinion was I should go bigger or he can add something to make it more even. I'm so frustrated because my left scare is horrible. Even my tummy tuck scar is thin and not noticeable compared to my left breast scar. I'm also afraid to have a 3rd surgery on the same place. It's been over a month (8/26/20) since Dr. Sahafi told me I needed surgery to remove my bump. He said I needed 1 surgery to remove the bump then I needed to wait up to 6 months before he could inject fat again to make both sides even. I've called twice and was told Jackie would call me. She NEVER did. The receptionist also told me they were considering giving the removal surgery to me pro bono. Not recommend this place had a very bad experience with my breast augmentation. It was my first time doing a breast augmentation and the results were not what I expected. Doctors should know what to do with all the experience and knowledge they have in this field and not just assume that breast augmentation is going to be okay without a lift. Dr had tell me that with a big implant will do it. When I went back and told the Doctor that l was not happy about it he told me that he didn't know that the elasticity of my skin was going to be this way. Now besides having a bad breast augmentation I don't feel my left breast and the doctor and the team didn't do anything about it. This happened to me back in 2019 and I am writing it again because is still affecting me recently in December I went somewhere else to get a consultation because I just don't feel good I started to feel discomfort in my breast and when the Dr check me he ask me why did they put the implants over your muscle we usually don't do that because it has a bigger chance capsulate more he told me implants should go under your muscle and now I need to go through another procedure where they need to remove my implants close where I had my previous implants open a new pocket but under my muscle and do the lift. This is going to be very expensive for all the mistakes of the previous place I went. read more

Consultations are free, however due to COVID, you charged $150 that was supposed to be applied to the services, along with a "discounted rate, due to paying the $150 and having the consult be virtual. I had to call and hound you guys for 2 weeks before getting my so called "quote" and when I did get it, it the pricing was outrageous and more than your advertised, which clearly didn't have any discount applied, if anything was overcharged. Tracy Haro from quality control reached out to me explaining that I would get 1500 points for downloading the BGMG app and doing a survey. She also assured me that 1500 points was the equivalent of $1500. I was a little skeptical because I thought it was an awesomely ridiculous price but on the other hand I am getting charged a ridiculous amount for my services as well. I did my research searching the site Yelp and google. Also seen people share their prices within the last few years so I chose this business. So when I was quoted I was very much surprised how much I (5" 128lbs) was being charged.I'm not sure if online consultations have an affect on prices as I would have loved to have been seen in person. And given a little more information. I'm just writing this review per Tracy's request but I also declined 10$ survey because she falsely advertised the prices and points after I questioned her just to be sure lol I'd be happy to write another review once I get to experience the full in house customer service experience. I decided to go to a board certified doctor.. when I asked if dr sahafi was board certified I didn't get a straight answer. If I could describe my experience in one word, it would be WOW. Found BGMG on Instagram, they were able to get me in for a post operation lymphatic massage. Prior to the treatment, they took me in a different room and discussed my surgery, my concerns, and the reason for my visit. I learned MORE here in one hour than I did with my surgeon and all my post op appts combined! BGMG is up to date with beauty technology and information. I was blown away they were opposite of my surgeons advice. I had a slight case of fibroids from my procedure, and DENISE was magical. She was so informative of what each machine was, what she had to do to fix me, and just so much fun to talk to. She made the experience comfortable and fun. Dr. Sahafi didn't do all the procedures that Jacky charged me for, they didn't a refund of any type, after a few months I seen he left lumps on my bbl and on my abdomen, he tried saying I didn't do the massages when I paid them directly for the massages, I attended all the massages as well and didn't help for anything,they kept saying wait til the final result and when it wasn't what they thought it'd be they offered a revisiónal surgery which I paid for to get the same results I got from the first surgery. I called to get follow ups and they basically avoid me because I'm trying to fix the lumps and yet they don't have appointments until April according to them! This place is all about money and the quantity of patients not the quality! I am getting my first procedure here at BGMG. Booking my consultation was easy. Dr.M made me feel comfortable and confident for my first surgery. He was professional and asked me what my goal was. He made recommendations based on this which I liked. He's not like those surgeons who do things that won't fit your body. He also did my moms breast lift w/ augmentation and lipo. I trust him whole heartedly. Lorena the treatment coordinator was so nice. She is super sweet and gave me many options to pay for my surgery without feeling pressured. I'll start off by saying.... for being in the hood this place is expensive. I called in today to see how much it would cost me for Lip Fillers. Price is $550 per syringe.... my Dr. in Beverly Hills..... BEVERLY HILLS ON ROXBURY DRIVE charges $500 and $450 for existing patients. This is total freaking rip off. Not to mention, I previously had gone in to get a quote for lymphatic massages. I was being charged almost $1000 for for like 8. I ended up going to a different place in Lynwood who charged me $550 for 8. I ended up setting an appointment for lashes and a Brazilian wax with BGMG Customer service was great. The day of consultation I was in and out ASAP. When I went back weeks later to my my refill and Brazilian wax same thing. However..... the girl who did the refill was being a little unprofessional stating I had eye mucus (lagañas) when I told her I had glue in my eyes.... which ended up being GLUE.... didn't like my results. She ended up putting different lashes on then the ones I previously had. Still had the nerves to ask what I had on as if they didn't write down what lashes I got at the initial visit. So again, they are too pricey. I was just trying to save the drive but honestly for $100 less.
