Posting an update of my most recent breast augmentation as it was REVISED by a DIFFERENT surgeon. I think it's important to show people the difference it made. My breast are positioned much better, I no longer have pain or sensory issues, my scars are much straight and in my breast fold. DO NOT GO TO DR SINCLAIR IF TOU WANT TO BE RESPECTED OR TREATED WELL AS A PATIENT. I received top surgery from dr Sinclair 3/31/25 because my insurance had agreed to cover my procedure but I have so many regrets. Not only was his staff extremely rude and unprofessional, dr Sinclair was hospitalized after my surgery and he had no backup to take care of his patients during his treatment. I was sent to the Culver City hospital for my surgery and the hospital was not only disgusting I was forced to share a room which meant I wasn't allowed to have any visitors or any of my post surgery care items brought to me by my partner until the next day. I was not given a post op binder and was poorly wrapped by the hospital staff causing a permanent dent in my chest. I was told to not worry about the wrapping bc I would be seen by dr Sinclair in 3 days to assess healing. I was told by dr Sinclair though that I was going to be seen in 5 days but then I when I arrived to have my drains taken out (a 35minute car ride with drains that were malfunctioning) I was told to come back in a few days bc he was out. His team was rude and did not even care to communicate that my appointment wouldn't be happening regardless of the fact that they had told me he was out and they had been turning away patients all day. His team did absolutely nothing to help and I had to force a negotiation to get in touch with dr Rahal's team (amazing ppl btw) to get the care I needed post op. When I finally was untapped a week after surgery I had multiple issues including tape residue and rashes from the poor bandaging and inability to remove or clean the area for a prolong period. After 2 months of healing I still have not heard from dr Sinclair and have been ghosted by his team with no explanation. My chest has been botched with no regard for me asking for my chest to be flat without masculinizing. I did not want fat left behind and my requests were ignored and my chest is not flat. I was also told the incisions would go farther back to avoid dog earring and that was also ignored. I was given no after surgery care check ups and am now getting harassed to pay for labs that I was told dr sinclairs office had already paid for. That listens, and will do his work but wont correct it unless you pay again, he knew he missed bone in my nose job and all he did for a long time was just adding fillers to make it even. I love my sex reassignment surgery results. Doctor did a good job, now far as you getting adjusted to your new body it is a struggle. For me mentally I've been going through it. Doctor is not the type that wants to hear the extra very go in and leave. So make sure to have support elsewhere prior to surgery. I have so many questions but scared to ask. So Alex we are at the start of your days getting shorter as my case is filed and your past has come to make a mockery of you Alex.Yes it was July 15th 2019 your my surgeon I was in your care in the operating room in the Southern California Hospital Culver City.It was show time I was drugged when they moved me in the OR from the pre-op room I only remember the man standing behind me asking me questions about my self I never saw his face and you were not there and the other people in that room with me were all asking when is he coming and I was thinking who are all the other voices I hear in here? Then you said are you ready I look down at where my feet were but they were way up in the air and you were looking over the sheet that was laying across my legs I saw you and just said yes I guess so. I never saw you again till 3 days later when you came in to the recovery room where I had been and you never came sense the surgery , it was 9:15 PM at night and you said I signed you out so I will see you at the office on Tuesday Ok ? It was Thursday night I was on pain pills and I said what do I do how I am I getting home You said see you there and you left me there with nothing to ware or how to get home I lived 100 miles from this Hospital and my friends were all sleeping at this time which it was 10:00 pm now and the nurses were in a state of disbelieve that any doctor would do what you did to me.They found a ride for me to get home they paid for it and I had to carry a 2 gallon urine plastic bottle cause I had a catheter in me all the 2 hours ride home 3 days after the SRS . I am including 1 link to a picture of my surgery area 7 days after the surgery the day he took of the bandages please don't show this to children any age I am so ashamed of what this monster left of me you will never see any surgery out come worse than this.I have been cut open all my Male and Female sex gentilia were cut out of me I now have no sex organs or gentilia left in me I have been to 3 other doctors that all agree that the surgeon who did this also cut my central nerve and cut up other parts in me so much that there is not enough good skin inside or out to reconstruct a vagina. I was referred to Dr. Sinclair, by my electrolysis tech for breast augmentation and changed my insurance referral but ended up severely regretting it. The entire experience was very traumatic. The office made it almost impossible to obtain my prescriptions prior to surgery, and I should have canceled the whole thing then. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Sinclair was double booked, and I ended up waiting over five hours of presurgery to go back, not having eaten and then likely due to the stress developed complications. I had to go through the ER twice due to "insurance reasons" only for Dr. Sinclair, to not be able to correct them and, according to my new surgeon, made plenty of mistakes trying to. The finished work was bad. I'm not going to mention the inappropriate pass made on me beyond him making one because who has this kind of time to write a novel in Yelp reviews, but girl go get you a different surgeon. read more

So, I had my breasts done by Dr. Sinclair feb. 2nd, 2012. They were great in the beginning, until recently. One of my breasts somehow developed a leak. Which IS NOT why I am giving him a low rating. I called his office and scheduled an appointment. Upon my visit I was given an estimate of how much It would be to fix. I was informed that I needed to have it fixed as soon as possible because the breast capsule will develop scar tissue and tighten/ become enclosed. Which explains the uncomfortable feeling I have in my right breast. I called back two days later (Aug 23rd) to see if there was a way Dr. Sinclair could work with me on the funds or help me in someway because I had just finished paying off my breasts 2-3 years before this. Anita his assistant said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me by the end of the day. I waited and never received a phone call back. I called back on Monday to his Beverly hills office to say that I wanted to schedule an appointment for surgery, but I needed to talk to Anita. I was told that they would relay the message and they would return my call. Then aug 24th comes and still I have not received a phone call. I call again Aug 28th and they say Anita is with a client and cannot speak on the phone. The other receptionist states that she will personally make sure that Anita calls me back. Again I do not receive a phone call back. At this point I have no choice but to see another surgeon. Aug 29th, I went to see the other surgeon who was so much more helpful and tells me that my breasts have warranty and that they will help with the expense of the surgery. I will be able to have my correction surgery September 7th. However, they need my surgical file to see the information about my implant types. They send over the form that day to have my paperwork released . Aug 30th they let the surgical coordinator of my new surgeon know that they are looking for my file but they can't find it. I call the Whittier office and give them the exact date of when my surgery was to see if it would help them in locating it. It's now Aug 31st, I call them again and they inform me that since the Beverly hills office moved buildings, they have all the files in boxes and they have not been able to locate it. Her exact words were, " There were a lot of surgeries from that ERA. It makes it hard to find." I become angry because clearly this lady does not understand the term era and thinks my surgery is from the 1950's. I told her, "My surgery was in February of 2012 it was not long ago and by law you are suppose to hold on to my file for 7 years!" I ask if all the files just thrown in boxes and not organized and the receptionist just apologizes and asks for my phone number. She says that she will contact me as soon as she finds it. I still have not received a phone call back. Without that file, my new surgeon cannot perform the surgery to fix my chest and I can't use the warranty on my breasts because they need the specific skew number on the implant. Meanwhile, my breast capsule continues to form scar tissue and the surgery to fix it becomes more complex. So ladies and gentlemen, be wary because you can end up where I am and they will not be able to help you because they will lose your surgical file. read more

Dr. Sinclair did my rhinoplasty. I am extremely thrilled with the results even though I am not fully healed. It takes about 6 months to a year. He is funny, kind, attentive and has an excellent bedside manner. His staff is just as wonderful. Dr Sinclair wasn't my first choice when I was researching surgeons (he was number 3), however, after my first consultation and meeting him and his excellent staff I knew he was the right doctor for me. Whether you choose Dr. Sinclair or not I implore you to schedule a few consultations with other surgeons just for your piece of mind. I had some scar tissue removed from my lip and inside my mouth that had been bothering me for years. I was hesitant to have it done, as I wasn't sure what my mouth would look like after. My dentist recommended Dr. Sinclair and he was right. The price was extremely reasonable, as he did the surgery there in the office. Even though there turned out to be more scar tissue than we'd previously thought, he was very cool and professional and kept me calm through the whole surgery. Had my consultation a couple of days ago I must say that the staff is very inviting and the doctor was extremely inviting as well. Although the doctor was extremely nice and very inviting and made you feel extremely comfortable, I will not beginning my procedure done with him. I did see a patient that had her breast augmentation done by the doctor and they looked amazing although she was three days out of surgery. But for me it just wasn't the proper fit the prices are extremely high. He was actually one of the highest that I had seen. I know we all say that price isn't everything and that the most important is to have the perfect job and amazing job. However let's be honest with each other price is something that we always look at not everybody can pop out an extreme amount of money all at once.
