Similar to the lady that posted a photo.. my tummy tuck was also an absolute failure. I have to get this corrected by someone else. He also told me I need to lose weight. In addition, my breast augmentation has left me hating my appearance. I was supposed to get under the muscle DDD. Because I was not advised correctly I didn't get a lift I now know I needed. So the implants fell from under the muscle and just sag. In addition. My breasts I believe are much larger than DDD. As I don't even fit into a G bra. I look absolutely ridiculous and am too embarrassed to post any photos. He is ONLY good at breast augmentations on women that have a size A or B cup. He can't actually do any design work. He just puts the implants in. That's it. And he is not good at tummy tucks. He should do lipo FIRST. Then wait a few months to have more skin to work with and creating a better shape. Treatment in 90210 can seemingly only go one or two ways: overpriced and/or pretentious. I had Dr. Khalil perform my gynecomastia removal surgery a few years ago, and I am a bit disappointed with the results. I would say that this surgery solved half of the issue that I had, and I feel about 50% more confident than I did before. I was told that the gland was 100% removed, which I believe is not true. I had spoken to the doctor in follow up appointments telling him that I believed that the tissue was not fully removed, and he told me that I just had puffy nipples. He removed all of the gland directly beneath the nipples, but I can definitely still squeeze and feel the hard lumpy gland on the outer sides of my nipples. The gland is not a new development, it's been there. The surgery reduced the size by I'd say about 50% which is definitely a win, but I did not get what I hoped to out of it unfortunately. Also one of my nipples did get cut during the procedure and it caused it to turn black when it was healing, which did eventually resolve. Anyways, on the bright side the scars are basically nonexistent which is good and my nipples didn't invert. The surgery was definitely fairly priced and I'd even say it was cheap especially since it was conducted in Beverly Hills. The doctor did make me feel extremely comfortable and he was a very professional, nice guy. For these reasons I still recommend Dr.Khalil, but it's possible that you may have to get your procedure done multiple times until it's done right. read more
