I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Andre Marshall. He quite literally changed my life. From the very first consultation to my pre-op appointments, he took his time with me and made sure I was fully prepared both mentally and physically for surgery. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants you to feel confident and informed every step of the way. His staff is also incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Everything is explained clearly and straightforward, which made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. Even before my surgery, his work spoke for itself. Just looking at his before-and-after results, I knew immediately that he was the one I trusted. Now being a little over two months post-op, I can honestly say I look even better than I ever imagined. He completely changed my mindset. My confidence is through the roof, and for the first time, I look in the mirror and truly love what I see. I was a little nervous at first because my BBL wasn't traditional, he focused on placing fat in my hips since I didn't have enough for full glute volume. I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but he made it work perfectly with what I had...and the fat stayed. That alone speaks to his skill. He's honestly a magician. Whatever look you're going for subtle, enhanced, or something "DISRESPECTFUL "...he really listens and tailors everything to YOU. He pays attention, takes notes, and makes sure your vision comes to life. He truly takes care of his patients, and he did not disappoint. Thank you, Dr. Marshall and your team, for making me so happy. read more

My experience with Dr. Andrew Marshall was outstanding from start to finish. From receiving my initial quote and consultation to my two-month post-op follow-up, every step of the process exceeded my expectations. The staff at both the clinic and the surgery center were professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone made me feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Dr. Andrew Marshall is exceptional. He explains everything in great detail, answering questions before you even have to ask them. His knowledge, patience, and clear communication gave me complete confidence from the very beginning. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and an easygoing personality that made every visit enjoyable. I also want to recognize the anesthesiologist, who was kind, professional, and reassuring. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable before surgery, which helped ease any nerves I had. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received from Dr. Marshall, the anesthesiologist, and the entire team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I'm absolutely loving the results and couldn't be happier with my new body. Thank you all for making this such a positive and memorable experience! read more

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Marshall and his entire team. From the very beginning, Dr. Marshall was honest, professional, and set realistic expectations, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. His bedside manner is exceptional--he truly listens, takes his time, and genuinely cares about his patients. The entire surgical team was outstanding. The anesthesiologist was calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. His presence made me feel completely safe and at ease, and I knew I was in great hands throughout the entire procedure. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful--friendly, organized, and incredibly supportive. They made sure I felt informed and reassured every step of the way, both before and after surgery. I especially want to recognize Nurse Sylvia. Right before I was put under anesthesia, she held my hand, and her warmth and compassion truly put me at ease. That small but meaningful gesture meant more to me than she probably knows. I am beyond happy with my results. They look very natural and have given me a huge boost in confidence. I'm so grateful I chose Dr. Marshall and would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Sx Date July 2025 read more

Had my surgery Nov 11, and for me personally nothing but amazing experience with the dr and his whole staff. I got a bbl, rib remodel, and lipo 400, I didn't have much fat to begin with but Dr Andre was very realistic in expectations for me and gave me a butt I never had, my abs are on point! I did my research and I'm so happy I went with him. Thank you so much! read more

I went to Dr. Andre Marshall after a trusted colleague who's a breast surgeon referred me. She spoke so highly of him and said she even sends her family and patients to him. That was enough for me--I figured if she trusted him that much, I had nothing to lose. For years I'd been working out and dieting, hoping to see a real change in my body. But no matter what I did, my body didn't reflect the effort I was putting in. It was frustrating. I know people always say "it's all about the kitchen," but sometimes it really comes down to genetics. Some of us just carry weight differently. When I met with Dr. Marshall, we had a real conversation about my goals and managing expectations. I wasn't trying to be a size 2--I just wanted to feel confident and strong in my body. Together, we agreed that surgery could help me reach that place. I ended up having a tummy tuck, Lipo360, thigh lipo, arm lipo, and neck lipo. His work was beyond what I hoped for. The results were incredible, and for the first time in forever, I feel amazing in my own skin. I even wore a bathing suit I never thought I could pull off. I'm so thankful to Dr. Marshall. My workouts now show the results I've always worked for--he just gave me the jumpstart I needed. I love him and can't wait to go back for a breast reduction. Not everyone starts thin, and not everyone ends up a size 2 after surgery. I was a high BMI patient, and I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. Marshall truly changed my life. read more

I had my rib model procedure done by Dr. Marshall, and my results exceeded every expectation. I went from a 29-inch waist to almost 24 inches, and the change looks both dramatic and natural -- my proportions are beautifully sculpted. I look noticeably more curvy and feel much more confident in dresses. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He made it very clear that results depend heavily on the patient wearing the corset post-op. Other doctors had told me I could expect to lose about 2-3 inches, but I lost almost 5 with Dr. Marshall. That said, I was extremely diligent -- I wore my corset at all times except when showering. It was very uncomfortable but each week became easier. It definitely it paid off because I couldn't have asked for better results. If you're considering this procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Marshall. His precision, artistry, and transparency truly set him apart. His staff is very pleasant too! read more

My experience with Dr. Marshall & his team was the best... ( AMAZING ) from the moment my significant other & I walked out of the consultation room we knew HE WAS THE ONE for my mommy makeover. He is super honest, will give you realistic expectations, answer every question you have & take his time explaining everything. The magic he did on my body is UNBELIEVABLE I love it and he gave me exactly what I wanted. I am currently 7 months tummy tuck post-op and cannot recommend Dr. Marshall and his team highly enough. Dr. Marshall is a master surgeon whose talent truly exceeded my wildest expectations; the results are better than I ever imagined possible. Where do I start with Dr. Andre Marshall..?! He's a godsend. He and his team are phenomenal. I wanted to wait until my outcome to leave a proper, honest review. I had a tummy tuck, bbl and arm lipo last May and came back yesterday for ab etching and mini lipo in areas we did not touch in the previous surgery. Dr. Andre is passionate and meticulous in what he does. I feel like a lot of doctors in Beverly Hills are over-rated and overpriced for what they offer in terms of outcome. From the first consultation to the months after my surgery follow-up, I can say confidently Dr. Andre Marshall has AMAZING bedside manners. The way he talks, makes you feel calm, not like you're being sold but more like he wants the best for you. The belly button he gave me with the tummy tuck looks so natural ! Cutest little inny. I scar terribly so he made sure to make the least incisions necessary. Every incision is nicely hidden in cracks and crevices of your natural body folds. ( he gets 10 stars for that !) No one wants their work to be obvious with ugly scars and incisions in a bikini! Now let's talk about my procedure just yesterday. I was expecting terrible pain and bruising. I have little to NO bruising. My pain is very minimal. I took one painkiller and it's been ok for me. I almost feel back to normal, cleaning after my daughter already and it's been less than a day. I bruise so easily so that's proof of how gentle Dr Marshall is. Let's not forget the lovely Nurse Silvia. She's his right hand woman and she's great! Knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. I'm SOOOO happy with how my body is looking and it's still swollen and bloody.. I can't wait for the final results. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone looking for a doctor who knows exactly what he's doing and respects what you want. I've had previous surgeons before but the personal care and service you get here is unbeatable. I feel bad for girls who pay thousands just to be another number on a popular doctor's bed. Unable to get a proper follow-up or in touch once the surgery is done. That would make me so upset!! All in all, this is as good as it gets ladies! Don't question it and go get your consultation with Dr. Marshall. His results speak for themselves. read more

I wanted to wait three months after my BBL revision with Dr. Marshall before sharing my experience. From the moment I met him, it was clear that Dr. Marshall is not only exceptionally skilled but also deeply committed to his patient's wellbeing. He really took the time to listen to my previous unpleasant BBL experience. His personable approach made me feel at ease, and his bedside manner was amazing, demonstrating an understanding of its importance that many doctors lack. I felt confident in his abilities when he addressed all of my concerns and reassured me that both he and his staff would take care of me, especially after sharing my traumatic experience in the ambulance to ER after having my first BBL with another surgeon in August 2023. I regret not choosing Dr. Marshall for my initial surgery. This ordeal has taught me the importance of thoroughly researching board-certified surgeons with extensive experience and additional education beyond residency. Dr. Marshall's credentials and the professionalism of his team confirmed my decision to trust them with my revision. What I love about Dr. Marshall is his genuine dedication--not for the money, recognition, or simply another case, but for making his patients feel valued and supported and for ensuring their satisfaction with their results. His team is absolutely wonderful and I am thankful to have had Nurse Silvia take care of me pre and post op. I wanted my confidence back after having kids and to have the body I went into surgery for. No one wants to do two bbl's within a 9 month span of each other, actually I doubt anyone wants to even do any second surgery at all. It's risky, it's painful, it's costly, and it can affect your mental health if the surgery wasn't done well or as promised. But it's so worth it when done well. And it was done well with Dr. Marshall. Had I done it with him to begin with, it would have been a one and done. But it's okay because I eventually found him and I am so happy he was able to thankfully correct the undesired outcome from my previous bbl surgery. Little does he know how much he can change one's life for the better. He has restored my confidence. I am incredibly grateful for him and can't wait to do my breast revision with him soon! read more

I had 360 liposuction and bbl with Dr. Andre Marshall, and despite my specific request to avoid abdominal etching and HD liposuction, both were performed without my consent. I was not informed that these procedures would be done, nor did I agree to them. This lack of clear communication left me feeling blindsided when I saw the unexpected results after surgery. Unsatisfactory Results: After the procedure, I noticed significant changes to my body that I did not ask for. My back, which was previously smooth, now has noticeable irregularities, and my buttocks were reshaped in a way I never intended, creating an unnatural look that I am unhappy with. This was disheartening because my goal was to enhance my natural shape, not drastically alter it. Overall Experience: I feel disappointed with the lack of direct communication, informed consent, and post-surgery support. My intention in sharing this review is to provide an honest account of my experience, hoping it helps others make informed decisions when choosing a provider. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to ensure their surgeon prioritizes clear communication and thoroughly explains every aspect of the procedure. I will include pictures of my back before and after the procedure. read more

Dr. Marshall and his staff are simply amazing. I saw him for a consultation in 2021. I was referred to him by a friend after her incredible results. He was honest with my possible treatments outcome if I didn't lose some weight first. I lost weight and finally had my mommy makeover 2024. I'm beyond pleased. I have curves for the first time in my life. I went from boxy to sexy according to my husband. I highly recommend Dr.Marshall for anyone looking to achieve fantastic results. Dr marshall preformed bbl, tummy tuck, with lipo. Although my bbl results weren't as expected.. I was extremely disappointed and unhappy with my tummy tuck results. For the price I paid (40k) I was not left with happy results. Dr marshall made me feel like it was my fault of my results, constantly repeating the amount of kids I had, ( thats why I went to him in the first place. I feel like he puts more energy and focus of social media clients, for his reviews and referrals. Not a (reg mom) like myself. My tummy tuck scar was very high, uneven, and belly button scar was just awful. He wasn't wanting to redo my tummy tuck Nd when he finally agreed, it was a full price. Not even a discount for the results I had. I did not look like I had a tummy tuck. He left upper abdominal fat ( that he did not lipo) and my muscle repair was loose. I did exactly what i was told to do during the recovery which included fajas, lymphatic massages, and exercise. I looked pregnant and bloated all the time. It wasnt my diet, it was his work. Work he refused to be accountable for. He had no problem taking my money and making promises but then refused to acknowledge the bad results. I had to find abother doc to FIX his poor work. I am now 1000% happy with my bew results of new doc fixing and can see the difference in work dr marshall did. My tummy tuck scar was high, my monis pubis was really stretched and pulled up, and my muscle repair was not tight enough. If i could go back and refund the money dr marshall took from me, i def would. 40k to be completely unhappy is mebtally draining. Another 15k and im completely happy. If your looking for a doc with accountability, and understanding, plz dont go to andre marshall. He cares more about his social media image and his job opportunities in Dubai and other areas. Do your research. They are quick to take your money, but refuse to take accountability for their poor work and bedside manner. Its not always the patients fault. read more

BBLessed by Dr. Marshall - I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Marshall and his incredible team!! From my very first consultation, it was clear that he is honest, ethical, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unlike many other surgeons, Dr. Marshall never made me feel pressured into getting surgery. In fact, he prioritized my safety above all else and would only operate on me when it was safe to do so - something that speaks volumes about his integrity. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely patient, never rushing my pre-op or post-op visits, and always took the time to listen attentively to my (many) questions. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor! I enjoyed all my visits so much because both he and his staff made every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. His entire team is exceptional - they are so organized, great with scheduling and have such warm personalities. Nurse Sylvia was amazing, always quick to answer all my post-op questions and making sure I felt supported every step of the way. As for my results? Better than I could've ever hoped for. Dr. Marshall is truly a magician - he somehow "found the fat" for my BBL like a seasoned treasure hunter, even on someone with a lower BMI, and sculpted results that exceeded all my expectations. I have gotten SO MANY compliments :) His eye for detail is insane...and the way he hides scars? Basically sorcery. (Seriously, go look at his before-and-afters. Where are the scars?!) I'm several months out and can't even see mine anymore. Dr. Marshall helped me reclaim confidence I thought I had lost for good, and I'm forever grateful for his expertise and care. If you're considering plastic surgery, do yourself a favor and book a consult with Dr. Marshall. He's not just an outstanding surgeon, he's also a genuinely good person surrounded by an all-star team. I've already recommended him to everyone I know, and I'll be going back to him for my future procedures. Thank you, Dr. Marshall, for literally changing my life for the better! read more

After over a decade of wanting a tummy tuck but being terrified of plastic surgery- or any surgery for that matter, I finally decided to go for it--hoping to regain my confidence. I spent a lot of time researching doctors and even considered traveling out of state. I knew I needed someone with exceptional expertise, a warm bedside manner, and a strong emphasis on safety without compromising results. I found all of that--and more--with Dr. Marshall and his amazing team. From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Marshall took the time to listen, answered all of my questions with honesty and patience, and made me feel truly cared for. That gave me the peace of mind I needed to move forward. The day of surgery was the most memorable part of my journey. I was nervous, overwhelmed with emotion, and second-guessing myself. When my husband and I arrived at the surgery center, Dr. Marshall immediately recognized how anxious I was. My husband asked if he would pray with us--and he did. That moment brought me so much comfort and reassurance. Dr. Marshall's compassion and calm presence meant everything to me. Now, at seven weeks post-op, I can confidently say I have zero regrets. My results are beyond what I imagined--my stomach looks amazing and continues to heal beautifully. Every follow-up visit has been smooth, and the care from Dr. Marshall and his team has remained top-tier. I feel incredible. My confidence has been restored, and I couldn't be more grateful. I went to Dr Marshall because he came highly recommended. Big mistake I expected so much more because it's Beverly Hills and because he was so highly recommended the girls in his office. Well, let me change that the front desk Girl is okay the medical assistant was OK Cindy the Financial girl she's the problem along with Dr Marshall. They don't inform you of what's needed after they take your money. They don't return calls until maybe two days later they don't help you get situated before the surgery after they take your money they leave you to figure it out and if you don't figure it out then they cancel your services and keep your money on purpose, I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to now that I've done my research and I've had to hire a lawyer so I can fly to get my $13,000. Including to go to his office a day off work from my surgery that was paid in full five days off work and then my surgery did not happen. I am so disappointed. Please do not go to this doctor will not be taken care of by his staff, it's all about taking , it's very sad.. Great work and he came so highly recommended. They changed the price on me 3×3 times and I still had to come up with the money and now they refused to take my calls and return any emails because they have my money and they don't have to give it back the most disappointing experience with any plastic surgeon in their office I have ever experienced. read more

Dr. Marshall is the GOAT! He knows how to safely make curvacious, attractive bodies in the OR and will make you feel comfortable with his calm, very knowledgeable and savagely funny personality. I INSTANTLY felt like I was welcomed and "part of the crew". I went to Dr. Marshall late August 2023 for some lower back awake lipo, Aveli cellulite reduction & a fat pocket on my right posterior thigh that REALLY bothered me. The results blew my mind. The lower back lipo was FIRE. It'll make your booty poke out without getting any fat transferred into it. The cellulite reduction was A1! I don't even remember anymore what it felt like to be aware of my booty dimples. So happy with my results! I loved my experience so much I convinced my husband to "let me" go back one more time... and I cannot WAIT!! All of his staff is super friendly, warm & attentive. I felt sooo taken care of and safe. He chose great people!! Nurse Silvia will make you feel like your very own loving mother is taking care of you... except that this loving mother figure is a total hottie (Dr. Marshall did her body, too!) and Kelsey, his right hand in the office, is a literal sunshine. Nobody ever rushed me or left any question unanswered. I was welcomed warmly every single time & followed up with regularly. All around 5 stars. Since my procedure was awake I saw the OR and it looked really clean, stacked with expensive equipment, bomb lighting and huge windows overlooking Beverly Hills. I mean.... that in and of itself was a whole vibe. Dr. Marshall even played music I requested. I can't wait to go back! I had a great experience with Dr Marshall. He was very clear and honest about the procedure (vaser liposuction) and results. I am a very active person. I have completed over 40 triathlons and many marathons. I just couldn't get rid of the last couple of pounds around my midsection. I was not nervous on the day of the procedure. Dr Marshall and his staff helped me prepare. I have been through some serious surgeries in the past. This was very small in comparison to my back, knee, etc surgeries. I was under for the procedure and everything went well waking up from it. You will get impatient during the recovery period. Dr Marshall does his part during surgery and I had to do my part while recovering. I wanted to run and lift weights again but you have to give it time (and wear the compression garments). The benefits are worth it for a small amount of inconvenience. Follow ups with Dr Marshall was a great experience. You can see how excited he is with the results and the pride he takes in his work. I went to a lot of consultations and other doctors didn't to speak to me like a person. Dr Marshall personalizes the procedure and has a great memory. I highly recommend Dr Marshall for this or any other procedure. He knows his stuff and will make sure you understand too. read more

Dr Marshall is one of the most genuine surgeons that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. His skills are top notch and he is always straightforward and honest with you about what he sees and suggests. I had a tummy tuck and 360 lipo done about 6 months ago and I am SO over the moon with my results! My scar is so fine and has healed so phenomenally over time, I'm excited to see where it is in a year. And I cannot get over how awesome my new Belly Button looks! Legit, such friggen talent!! I actually found him via Athenix in Pasadena, at first, and his name popped up ALL OVER their reviews, too, as being one of THE BEST. I clearly remember several reviews that are like "He has a waitlist, but IT IS WORTH IT" and that's when I knew I had to give it a go. I wanted a surgeon who was not only exceptional at what they did, but also KNEW it and was PROUD of their skills. And his online presence made me fully confident that I had made the right choice. His work is STELLAR and I've yet to see one single complaint from any of his patients. He is not only amazing at what he does, but also strives to make a real connection with his patients. He truly cares about your aftercare and making sure he understands your INDIVIDUAL personal needs and expectations, while keeping you grounded and level headed. He doesn't fluff anything up, but he also leaves you with this strong sense of security that you are in very very good hands. I thank my dang lucky stars, the universe, my karma, whatever it is that brought Dr Marshall into my life, THANK YOU! I've already suggested him to several of my friends whom have reached out about wanting surgery but being too scared they were going to end up on botched. I assured them that this was my main concern too, which is why there was no way I wasnt going to follow Dr Marshall, even after he left Athenix and got his own setup. Truly, such an amazing experience. Dr Marshall and his whole team of nurses and staff are friendly, warm, and professional. I am pretty sure i drove my nurse nuts with all my wild calls and freakouts during my healing process, but she was always so patient and stellar and put me at ease at all times. Seriously, guys, look no further. Take this as a sign that this is your surgeon & surgery team! Thank you Dr Marshall & Squad! You guys are the G.O.A.T.!!! read more

I'm 2 days post op and loving life, that's a lot to say after lipo360.. but honestly I feel great and haven't taken any pain meds since yesterday.. Dr Marshall is amazingly great at what he does. From start ( consult, pre-op) to finish (post-op) him and his nurses have been amazing. I will come back in a few months and give an update and more in depth review with pics soon enough! read more
