I met Dayme a week after I spent $150 on some other facial product. I've struggled with acne since I was 13 yrs old, now I'm 32 years old and I've tried so many products. Every other product would make me break out more or just work for about a month, and I would continue getting the same results. All these other products would contain so many unfamiliar ingredients I didn't know of, and I wouldn't question it because I was so desperate. Not only were the ingredients unnatural, but I would get the same results over and over. At times, I would cry and get mad and say, "It's not fair." I seriously had reached the point that I've excepted the fact that nothing would help my acne, but then one day I was walking down Topanga Strip, and there she was, DAYME, Dayme Cosmetics. I remember I stayed talking to her for about an hour, telling her how I was so tired of trying new things and getting the same results over and over. But, my lord told me to trust her and to give her NATURAL product a try. So I did, and here are my results. Her daily scrub ( alovera with apricot seeds) has been working wonders, and let's not forget her daily moisturizer cream. I mean, the smells to all her products have such unique smells. Those natural essential oils can't never do you wrong.

Then I found out the cart had moved to the Topanga village which I lived across from. And at this point I was still satisfied so I got a pink jarred lip balm, also a beautiful color. The packaging however is HORRENDOUS. The lip oil that came in a tube shape separated from the top spilling all over my backpack. The lip jar leaked all over my purse even though it was closed. So I went back and asked her to remake it. Because both of the issues were due to faulty packaging I thought she would remake it for a reduced rate, however it was full price minus the cost of the containers. I had them remade and she told me to store them in the fridge. I did that and now it's separated, which she did tell me is normal. I have it standing up on my vanity and it's completely leaking even though I haven't touched them. Good colors but horrible cheap packaging.

She even gave me a sample of some of their other products to try at home. The prices are great, and I love it that they invest in animal cruelty free products. I will definitely be back for more stuff!

There's coffee stains on the product packaging, stained bags, missing packaging that protects the products etc. Anyways, I emailed them about this and they said to invoice them and they would pay for the damaged goods. 6 months later no payment. The Owner Julien refuses to answer my emails or return my calls. He's completely ghosted this situation I may have heard back from him twice 1) saying he'll pay when he can during the initial reach out and ignored all my attempts to communicate further about this and 2) he'll update me mid September of this year. I've been more than patient enough with this and I cannot believe how they treat small businesses by taking advantage of them and not communicating. Bills don't pause until you're ready to pay them when you can. We are a small business as well and rely on timely payments to keep up and running. If you're a brand seeking stores to put your products in, please think about doing business with them.

I purchased 2 supreme creams, a product I loved and had been buying for a number of years. A week and a half after I received my order, I received another email announcing a 25% off sale through Thanksgiving. I immediately sent an email asking for a refund of the 25% (approximately $50) since it was so soon after my purchase. The customer service department refused to give me a refund. I then told the reps that I wanted to return my purchase for a refund. They said there were no returns even though I paid full price. The Santa Monica, CA-based brand drives a national movement for improved transparency and accountability in the beauty industry, including advocacy efforts to update federal regulations that have stood largely unchanged since 1938. The company delivers on its mission "to get safer products into the hands of everyone" through educating families on how best to avoid harmful ingredients in personal care products, offering safer high-performing products." I am a gal who loves and appreciates her makeup. Think of me what you will but I can't imagine leaving the house without makeup on. Especially as I get older, the right makeup hides imperfections, smooths my skin and I believe, helps me look my best. I greatly appreciate that Beautycounter makeup is helpful and not harmful to the skin. And they are a Certified B Corporation which means they provide healthier products and that they provide transparency about those products. The makeup is not inexpensive so if you're used to getting your products at the drugstore, be prepared for some sticker shock. I think it's worth it, and most of the items last a long time. You can buy the products through one of your town's local Beautycounter consultants (if you google Beautycounter you will be able to locate consultants in your area who will help you get started and who can sell you what you're looking for). If you want to "fly solo", you can certainly order any of the products online without the use of a consultant. It might be best though to first talk to one of the consultants so she/he can help you discern the best colors and products for your skin tone and type. This is a free service of course and she/he can also tell you about any specials, and probably will throw in some free samples.

I wrote down my email and phone number, and she confirmed the information back to me. Despite that, my contact information was apparently not entered into their system, so I never received shipment tracking. I had to call customer service myself just to find out the package was being delivered on a day I would be out of town, with no way to redirect it on my own. The company had to reroute the package. When I finally picked it up, the order was incomplete and did not include all of the items I was promised at the time of purchase. When I reported this, I was told there was a supply shortage. They later sent another package, again without tracking information. Luckily, I happened to be in town and it was not stolen. However, the additional product they sent was dried out and unusable. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Infinite Aloe then demanded that I return all products, even though the return policy was not listed on the receipt I was provided at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I later encountered Tammee at another conference, where she repeatedly walked by the booth my colleague and I were managing for our employer while video recording us without permission. I reported this as harassment, and instead of taking accountability, the company tried to get me to cancel my chargeback in exchange for a refund so they could avoid the chargeback fee. The entire experience -- from the purchase, to the missing items, to the dried-out product, to the lack of tracking, to the horrible customer service -- has been unacceptable. Do not buy this product.

The employee, who I'm going to call "nº1" in respect of privacy and for being #1, carried out a level of knowledge and integrity provided assistance that I only believed existed in my parents days, you know, when going to the store was a thing. All of which was highly commendable and resolved a long overextended mission to the Lakewood Shopping Center. Plus it was the only place that offered coffee beans to reset ones sense of smell when testing fragrances. I didn't even know that was a thing! Here's a brief run of what when on prior to this great interaction, which succeeded in finding a birthday gift for my mom, which i had no idea ended up being set she was dying for. This was Black Opium by YSL. I only find it important to detail so that others dont go on the goose chase that I did. I spent 4 hours in the mall going to and from all stores selling fragrances and being met with very little that would incline me to make a purchase. After exhausting all the department stores as well as some of the smaller shops, all of which sucked. It wasn't until I remembered there being this fragrance kiosk I visited a few years back, located towards the Forever 21 entrance of the mall. And so with some hope of finding what I was looking for, I decided to head that way. I wish I would've done this from the very beginning, because I had to make it back home by 3 to head to a wedding and I started all this just a little after the mall opened at 10, and in my mind that was a large enough frame to handle the shopping and get ready. So I made it back close to 2:30, which was sort of pushin it, BUT I accomplished my goal with much credit to nº1, who was just rad, but if you dont believe me, I implore anyone to go to any other vendor for perfumes within the mall to see if the quality of service comes close to that of nº1 or any of the other employees @ Fragrance Bay. I look forward to following up on the cologne I was being recommended and will likely continue my collection through this kiosk. Note: to address the negative reviews discussing the pricing, compared to online... bruh. It's 2021 and y'all wanna pretend like you didn't think to check online before settling on how to best spend your money? And then use that to say what you paid for wasn't worth service provided by the employees at this kiosk, which from the looks of it seem to unanimously have positive things to say! Personally, I'll only go online to get samples of cologne that are difficult to find. Even in being absolutely positive about buying a 6oz of D&G, and finding it for $45 online and $60 in store, I take the store because I know exactly what I'm getting as opposed to gambling my earnings online.
