Very discouraged right now and feeling like a fool for being scammed. Holding out hope it will change quickly. If so, I will remove this review and talk about the very excellent products and service at Supreme, which is true but for dishonesty at a level that makes it impossible to do business here. The latter a very huge issue and deal breaker, no question about it.
That is, a 12 month $6,000 valued deal just became 6 months today during my 5th month of treatments. I was shocked.
During my initial visits a gentleman named Orelo has attempted to use my purchased time there for sales of Supreme's extremely expensive product, in the thousands of dollars for small single items, making me feel uncomfortable that I don't buy them.
Right about the time it became clear I am unlikely to invest thousands into a single product regardless of how effective, Angie, my spa professional, was "temporarily" sent to Israel and my treatments became half the time they have been, going from 3 hours per visit with Angie to far less with a different person. Today's 5th treatment lasted a total of 45 minutes.
Even worse, during my 5th of 12 visits today, Orelo claimed I have only one more treatment!?? He said the treatments per visit have been doubled so that they are over in 6 months, not 12.
So in reality, the treatment times have come to far less than half originally, and yet, the price of treatments are supposedly doubling with each visit ...???
My own fault for falling for this scam. That is, following the initial, complementary 3 hour long facial I was a fool not to red flag this place when after I declined their 12 month offer at $6,000 it immediately became nearly half less at $4,000, and then $2,400 soon after... a red flag, definitely, but it was given to me as a birthday present from family so I went forward.
Even at the discounted price I paid, now each visit, if Orelo's claim I've had two treatments per visit, is priced at $400 for 45 minutes?
When I asked to speak with Angie, the person who sold this to me, Orelo claimed she is in Israel and won't return for another year. Yet everyone else in the spa seems to think she's coming back next month. What's more, Orelo claims he spoke to her today to confirm the details of our contract. ....???
I came home to see if I can't resolve this by phone with someone else affiliated but the number Angie had given to me is disconnected, and the spa number does not pick up while their voicemail is full.
The person who introduced this place to me gave me a name of someone to talk to. Hopefully I will eventually get through to the spa and this will all be cleared up soon. If this review is still on Yelp, it has not and you should ...
