They had water sounds with relaxing music, light was dim and the dim lights gave it an extra touch. I was given a basket and drape to put around me when I took my clothes off and laid in the bed Wich was warm. I was helped by Angela, she was so delicate and kind. I will definitely ask for her again. The massages included in the facial were so great! Thank you hun! I got the hydro and cleansing session, which lasted about an hour and 20 min. It honestly felt like going to a makeup artist, asking for a specific look, and then having them do something completely different based on what they think looks best--instead of what you asked for. What was most frustrating was the follow-up. I reached out after my treatment with specific concerns and questions. While they did send a general follow-up message, it redirected to another promotional offer and asked me to text with concerns--but when I did, I didn't receive a response. For a treatment that might require multiple sessions and trust, communication is really important. Unfortunately, I didn't feel heard before or after the procedure. Overall, the experience felt misaligned with my goals, and the lack of direct response to my concerns was disappointing.

I'd recommend calling before you go -- even if you already made an appointment online. I booked a lash extension appointment online for 4:45 PM and even received a confirmation message. When I arrived, the lash salon was completely closed. I called the number listed on Yelp, and the lady told me the lash artist would arrive in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. While I was getting my lashes done, another customer arrived for her 6 PM appointment, but there wasn't another lash artist available. She was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, so she ended up having to cancel and reschedule her appointment. This honestly showed poor scheduling and communication. As for the lash quality, I've had lash extensions many times before and followed all aftercare instructions carefully -- no water for 24 hours, no oily skincare or makeup, and no rubbing or pulling lashes. Despite that, my lashes started falling out almost immediately. In less than a week, around 70% of the lashes had already fallen out. The design was also uneven. The lash artist finished my left eye first, then while working on my right eye, she randomly went back and added more to the left side, which made the wispy style look uneven and unnatural. They did give me a $10 discount for being late, but with the inconvenience, poor scheduling, and disappointing quality, I won't be returning.

I saw results, and a week later, i messaged them and they decide to retract that offer and told me terra is now only offering $600 for 1 month + 1 wk free. Ok. But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers? As a client i felt it was shady and unnecessary, and a stark contrast to what their customer service used to be. I no longer feel comfortable coming here.
