Also my lashes started falling and I could see the lash clusters mixed in with alot of my natural lashes. Response to owners claims: Thank you for your response. I did reach out regarding the discomfort and outcome and did not receive a timely follow up. Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal. After she looked at my lashes she said they were too short and suggested I could get a refund from Groupon even though she redeemed the voucher. The whole process just took 20 minutes and the results were terrible. One side didn't lift at all, and the other side only had a slightly lift that didn't even last an hour. When I arrived, I was greater by a very friendly woman, escorted to my seat and the my experience began. The chairs are exceptional comfortable. I asked for hot water for my foot soak, and I received hot water. (This is typically not my experience at most salons). I requested the Organic Pendicure and all was wonderful. A timer was set to ensure that I received the message for the correct amount of time and the same was done for the callus remover, paraffin and hot stone treatment. The added red light therapy was an unexpected bonus. The salon was clean, quiet and comfortable.
