I came here not really knowing what to expect. No pictures and only 2 reviews(great ones, though!), I decided to give it a try. Sopra is located in a little strip mall type area with other Korean places nearby that I would love to explore next time I'm in the area. It doesn't seem like a very touristy place. Don't expect a lot of English here. I walked in and was greeted by the one woman working. It was a lot smaller than I expected. I'm somewhat familiar with Korean cosmetics, but I didn't recognize most of the products in the store. If you're coming here looking for names like TonyMoly, you won't find it! With that in mind, be prepared to spend a decent amount of money for the higher tier brands offered here. The woman working stayed with me and made suggestions/asked questions about what I was looking for. She was very friendly and helpful. She apologized for her English, but we communicated just fine :) Although I spoke some Korean to practice, and the rest of my visit she spoke 100% Korean to me, so I may or may not have some samples I'm not sure how to use. I've come here several times to purchase skincare products for my mom and as gifts to other moms. The store carries very high end Korean skincare lines which makes my jaw drop, but it's definite no more expensive than the high end stuff you see at Sephora. They also have a small assortment of haircare products and a slim line of makeup; I wish they sold more makeup as I feel like Korea is at the forefront with makeup trends and colors. The lady working in the front is very helpful and nice, I absolutely love the false eyelashes and lash glue they sell here. The lady stayed with me to pick out facial lotion and lashes for about 30 mins. Plus she gave me a handful of samples for me and my mom to try out. My Korean is broken but we were able to communicate perfectly fine. I feel as though Korean makeup and skincare lines are slowly gaining popularity here in the states so I hope this establishment and places like it succeed! read more

Sopra is the owners name and you will always be greeted and assisted by Sopra herself when you come to this store. Sopra shop sells Korean skincare products and makeup/ body +haircare items. I always come here to restock on my Korean Skincare products. I tried to use clinique, Origins and other skin care products for toner, lotion, essence, eye cream etc. However, it just does not compare to the gentle yet effectiveness of Korean skincare line. Sopra has good prices she throws in a whole lotta samples too! She has reg line all the way to the high end lines, you can buy skincare sets or items separately. She sells makeup items too like korean eyeshadows and lip gloss and such. My mom and aunts are loyal customers here been going here for 10+ years now.
