Unfortunately not a good place to buy, 1st time I placed an order online and they did not have everything's and my order took over a month. I went there yesterday to the address listed in Yelp, got there but they do not even have a business sign for it. It is under a different name, walked in at 3:30 pm but no one was there to assist even they close at 5:00 pm. A lady from the other business tried to assist but once again they did not have most of the staff. I won't recommend this place

First time here, It was a nice experience, it took about 3 1/2 hours so patience is definitely required.

Very interesting concept. You do your own nails and use their materials and they charge you by the first hour and each additional 15 min. It was a nice experience, they advise you as you are doing your nails so you learn some tips and tricks along the way.

It's my first time doing my own gel nails, Yuriko was very helpful, she guide me each step of the way. I've learned a lot of how to do nails in the right way. Even though it took my 110 min, I enjoyed it, their materials are very good quality, and a lot more options, most importantly, the price is good!! I will definitely go back there again to get my nails done!

Confidence boost and has found herself a new hairdresser. Sandra was the student assigned to her and throughout the whole process my aunt said that Sandra was very tentative, kind and professional. Gave her exactly what she asked for and would check on her to make sure she was comfortable. In the end, my auntie cant stop talking about how happy she is with her cut, color and her experience as a whole. Color came out great; better than expected. She also got her hair blow dried and as if it wasn't enough, all these services for a fraction of the price she would have paid at a Beauty Salon! My auntie has received many compliments and will definitely be going back to her new hairdresser Sandra.

The students were very friendly and interpersonal. One student was too sleepy and teasing my hair and hurt my scalp 3x which was frustrating. But the teacher was careless and had an attitude. Just her technique and watching her go about teaching the students seemed careless and unprofessional to me. I had an allergic reaction the next days and informed the school. THIS SHOULD NOT BE OK! I asked to see their products 3 times and they said they would and end up not showing me the ingredients which is shady to me. This is a careless practice. The female teacher had the audacity to gaslight and make up reasons for why this would occur. Next time, DO BETTER and have COMPASSION, learn from your customers and learn to listen, not to answer back. If that was you, youd be upset I cannot recommend this place.

This was the only experience I had during this review. The parking was easy and appreciate that it was free for this event. The security was good, they had metal detectors and lots of people to check you in. The only problem was that we brought in our stadium chairs and when we got to the security area, they told us we were not allowed to bring our stadium chairs in bc they were considered weapons. So we had to go back to our car and put them back. We needed those chairs bc my husband has chronic back pain and sitting on bleachers for a long period of time hurts his back. When we got inside, we saw so many people with stadium chairs! WTH? That was so disappointing and sucked to be sitting on bleachers for so long with back pains and not all security were trained the same to follow the same protocols. But anyway, this was a special occasion and we were not about to get mad and ruin our day. The restrooms were clean and they also had food there which was good. Expensive food but no choice but to buy it there. Anyway, thanks for the day just wished it wasn't ruin by untrained security staff.

Choosing South Bay Montessori was one of the best decisions we made as parents, and we feel incredibly grateful for the loving, clean and nurturing environment created by the teachers, staff, and director ( Ms. Evien ). From day one, we knew she was in exceptional hands. All the teachers ( special thanks to Ms. Luna, Ms. Heidy, and Ms. Angie ) at South Bay Montessori are truly priceless. Their love, dedication, and individualized attention helped our daughter grow not only academically but also emotionally. She gained knowledge, confidence, and independence while being surrounded by warmth and genuine care every day. As working parents, there was nothing more reassuring than knowing she was safe, happy, and well cared for every day. That peace of mind meant the world to us. The school is wonderfully organized and guided by a thoughtful educational approach that balances strong academics with kindness and support. The teachers, staff, and director go above and beyond to create a community that truly feels like an extension of family. South Bay Montessori is more than just a school -- it is a place where I see that all children are loved, respected, and encouraged to become their best selves. As our daughter graduated in 2025, saying goodbye was truly bittersweet. South Bay Montessori has played such an important role in our daughter's early years and has left a lasting impact on our family. We will always be deeply thankful for the love, guidance, and education she received at SB Montessori. South Bay Montessori will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a truly exceptional Montessori experience.
