Got take out here (Uber Eats) and the food was sooooo good! The pho was sooo good and there was a lot of it. I also had the chicken fried rice and wow was it huge. The only item I didn't like was the veggie rolls. They come wrapped in a clear soft wrapping and it just threw me off. Honestly, if it was fried veggie rolls, it would have been fine. One of the worst restaurants I've ever been too. I've even talked to the owner about his establishments. I've gave it multiple attempts because I really enjoy pho and it's one of the only pho places around me. Every time I frequent this place it's really dirty I mean really dirty like used napkins on the floor and table, spilled drinks and food in the seats. My order is always wrong, I'll literally get the complete opposite of what I ordered, or I'll pay for something and they'll come back to me and tell me that they've ran out of it after I've specifically asked before giving my money if they have it. Items like Sapa Rolls or a specific pho. It takes over 20 minutes every single time to get my food. It's very frustrating and I'll never come back. This was our second visit and our first was just a standard bowl of chicken pho with summer rolls. Super picky on pho and loved this places broth and the chicken was tender which I find rare for whatever reason. Our second visit we decided to try the special which they only have on weekends, Bun Bo Hue, spicy lemongrass beef and pork soup. Spicy delicious! Smoothies are excellent and so is their Thai Coffee. One of my newest digs for sure. Pros: - Delicious broth! - HUGE portions! (which explains the couple dollars higher in price compared to the average Pho place) - Their boba teas are TO DIE FOR! I can usually count on one hand the number of times I've bought drinks when dining out in one hand. But this place is going to be the exception. I HIGHLY recommend their "popping boba" (terrible name), but it's basically tapioca filled with this sugary-flavored syrupy goodness, and comes in several different flavors Cons: - Oddly enough, the HUGE portions. I have to split these meals into a full day of two meals since I usually order takeout. Really, really wished they would change their policy to allow smaller sizes for takeout. - If you're an asian like me, you know the real deal is beef pho. Not chicken, not fish or whatever else swims in the water or walks on the land except good ol' beef. This place has an odd cut of beef - sometimes they're just... soft? Extremely fatty and doesn't cook in the broth like it should? Not a beef expert but this is the first time I've had soft, almost gooey raw beef. Heat broth with care if you buy the takeout. It's still quite delicious when cooked til it's no longer pink (and by that same token, no longer as gooey-raw). - The diner itself could use a makeover. It feels very tacky and cafeteria-like. Clean though, just not a nice place to dine on a weekend night. Not REALLY a con, but a bit of a note: - Not sure why this is, but I imagine it has to do with the ice, but when you order boba tea as takeout, they take a while bringing it out (I think they make it on the spot) Note on portion sizes: You only get the standard Large size when you order takeout. Went here w friends for Seafood Tomato Noodle Soup (bun rieu) Pho, Grilled Pork Vermicelli and drinks. I didn't expect a fast food place to retain so much authentic flavors! The bowls were filled to the brim with meat (filet mignon), big shrimps and we added KBBQ to the grilled pork vermicelli. Superb quality and quantity for the price... some people might think it's pricey but I have enough left over for lunch! Food at Forever Pho is really good. But, when it comes to service, they are really terrible. I had lunch there with my family today and ordered my Pho and Spring roles as an appetizer. The Spring rolls did not come out until we were half done with Pho. We had to ask for several times to eventually get it. I complained to a young guy with glasses on, but even though he said sorry you can tell he is just not listening to you. He just wanted to leave my table and actually left before I finished my sentence. When I complained again, I was able to tell that I should not even waste my time. When you go there, you will pay before you eat and so do not hurridly add tips. You WILL regret what you have done. read more

My family would always come to eat here for our pho fix. No doubt their food is great. Even though a bit pricy compared to other vietnamese restos, we would still come. Recently, my daughter and I are sick with flu and wanted some pho soup, but I couldn't pay personally. I attempted to order and pay over the phone (so my husband can pick it up after work), but the guy who took my order said he is too busy to take my order and get payment. Seriously?!? I've been looking for a good banh mi and this one is definitely a top contender. I got the grilled pork banh mi....OMG! The pork is seasoned so well and the size of the sandwich is perfect! I placed an order for bun bo hue traditional and summer rolls at 6:45pm. Got here at 7:20 to pick it up. There were 6 parties total waiting to pick up. As I was paying for my order there were lots of yelling in Vietnamese from the kitchen. The guy who took my order told me the wait was 10 mins. It has now passed 10 mins and I'm standing here writing this review. Another guy came out and told me they're out of bun bo hue and bun rieu. Was soooooo ready for Vietnamese food. I got pho. The broth was very flavorful and clear little grease. Vietnamese food is all about layering of flavors. I was hoping for more cilantro and scallions and chili's. Then the meat was not fresh particularly the chicken. It tasted rubbery like it's been re frozen and rehydrated. The portions are large but not really that good I was disappointed. They could of had bad day I don't know. Would try again to see if my experience was different. Ownership changed and this place went downhill. Friendly but inept front staff. Nobody answers the phone half the time so I usually have to go in, order, and wait for take out orders. Not enough attention to bussing of the tables- I was there 20 minutes there and none of the dirty tables got touched. Food is now average. It was super fast. The food was pretty good. We had shrimp summer spring rolls that were good but didn't have as good peanut sauce as other pho places. We also had chicken pho and the broth was amazing and we had shapa rolls which were AMAZING. For a drink I had a strawberry smoothie which was super creamy and delicious. This used to be my favorite place to get pho. Sadly, it seems like they have a new staff that have no idea how to run a restaurant. Twice we have come in and ordered (the first time we thought might be a fluke). Both times we ordered standard things off the menu and noticed that people would randomly get their food out of order. The preference seemed to be people eating in store vs the people getting takeout. What used to be a 10 minute wait at most with a large crowd has become a 45 minute wait if you are lucky and with a medium sized crowd (the store was almost empty the last time we had to wait nearly 50 minutes for 2 bowls of pho). I witnessed several people who had been there over an hour and the excuse that was given to them was because they ordered spring rolls or egg rolls. To make matters worse, they were told that the pho was ready but that the rolls would be another 20 minutes. So the pho of course gets cold. They lack the communication and efficiency skills to operate a business even at the most basic level. We are never coming here again as there are so many other great local choices for pho who can manage read more

This place used to be good. But each time I've gone back, it seems like it's gotten dirtier and junkier. The last straw for me was tonight. I tried to call ahead to place a carry out order but no one answered. I should have chosen a different restaurant at that point, but I decided to go ahead and go in to order at the counter. ONE HOUR LATER I finally got my food (seafood pho, Korean bbq vermicelli plate and an order of special fried rice). Seriously? At a fast casual type place it takes an hour?!? I was not the only one waiting, there were several others waiting long times too. They should have told me before I ordered the kitchen was running behind, and should have offered some kind of discount after it took so long--basic customer service, rather than harried employees offering cursory, flat apologies. It used to be pho is for lovers. Forever pho took over and the food changed. Something in my pho tasted frozen. It was missing flavor. They changed the amazing perfect eggrolls to something smaller thinner and just not good. The wings were good but that's not why I came, we came for pho. I am going to preface this review by saying that it's not about the quality of the food but the exchange we had with with the "cashier dude". Got to this restaurant around 2 pm (expecting that it was after the conventional lunch hour and it wouldn't be too crowded). Place wasn't too packed and got up to the counter to place our order when I heard the "cashier dude" explaining to someone on the phone that they had to wait an hour to pick up their order. "Cashier dude" went on that it was because they were backed up with orders from the different online delivery services. I asked the "cashier dude" if sit-down customers would also have to wait an hour for our food as well and his reply was -- it depends, there was no wait if I ordered soup. Maybe it was his poor attempt at being humorous but it just came across silly to a couple of customers who will never be coming back. Went back to the tried and tested Pho Que Huong instead -- fast and efficient service with pretty good food... and hey... they have soup as well. read more

Great food but ridiculous when comes to their tea portion size and price. Order one time tea and cup came full of ice and barely no tea inside. Next time i mentioned what happened and that i wish to have no ice on the drink, so i receive a cup half full. I complained about it and they said that's the proper portion since i didn't ask for ice... Definitely going to find another place to eat because i think common sense is not in the customers favor in this restaurant. read more

My wife and I have been going to Forever Pho since it was Pho is for Lovers. We go about once or twice a week and went today for lunch. Today we noticed the bowls were much smaller than the bowls we are used to. Usually we are full when we leave but today we left hungry. We are very disappointed and will not be going back. read more
