It's my fault for not stopping Mary during my deep tissue massage. I was severely bruised. So much so I could not sleep on my back or sit down for 2 days. I looked like I got beat up. I took a photo but will not post it due to the graphic nature. She was a fantastic masseuse, but make sure you ask for light or medium pressure. She was perfect on my feet. Excellent deep tissue massage. I went to them two weeks after a massage from a pricier place that required membership in order to get the $89.99, which they don't mention until after the message. Then then tell you it's $109 for first time customers. Also, according to BBB review, they also make it very difficult to cancel. Their price was $179 for nonmembers. My experience with this place was phenomenal! I was able to schedule a couples massage last minute. When you call they don't take your name. They take your phone number down. They may sound rude but they really aren't. They welcome you in upon your arrival. They really get into massaging your stress points out if you get the full body. For cost of couples massage it was on $120. So definitely not a bad deal! They do pre-massage and then they do a the actual massage. Make sure to tell them where your stress points are so they can work on them faster. I made the mistake of not telling them mine. However, they found the spot on my back that was giving me problems. They will oil you down really good too, but do not worry they will clean you up so your clothes don't get messy when you get dressed after your massage is over. My wife and I felt like we got our money's worth by coming here. They definitely did a great job and we are looking to come back again. read more

And I'm talking about helping me read a 12 year back pain that doctors miss lead me on Tonight I went in and the two other girls weren't available, but there is a new female that goes by the name Amy If you have back issues and you can tolerate pain in order to get through that back issue, I highly suggest requesting her You will be sore, but nothing a hot tub can't fix and a good nights rest, I have been around for the price and the service being so clean and relaxing you will not go wrong and as long as you can handle a little bit of discomfort in the process request back walking! Transform yourself to Thailand, China, Vietnam, basically any Asian country. Such a freaking good deal for a 60min massage. The staff is super sweet. They're very punctual if you have a reservation. You just need to understand that this isn't going to be milk and honey or hiatus. The public shared spaces have no walls so you're absolutely going to hear those around you which can be an annoyance to some. Even the private areas are just a curtain in a corner of the public space. They do have private rooms but not many. Going back, I'll prob ask for the private room but will be okay if it's not available. The firm is really really firm, they aren't going to just tap you on the back. Great place read more

Initially confused by this being in a storage unit facility, but it works :) This place is clean, and nicer than most budget foot reflexology/massage joints! They play calm relaxing music and is a soothing environment. Yona (sp?) was my masseuse and she is amazing. She knew where my problem areas were immediately and got all my knots out.. I prefer a stronger, get your knots out kinda massage, but the entire time she was asking me if the pressure was ok, so if you like you like more relaxing, etc she can tailor to your preferences. Price as mentioned is unbeatable.. 1 hr body massage for $40, or $65 for 90 min.. please be sure to tip them accordingly (if a positive experience). They work hard and deserve it! read more

I just paid $40 for someone to rub lotion on me and touch me through a towel... none of it awesome. What did I just experience?! The yelp reviews were awesome! How could it be a miss? Everyone goes on and on about how great it all is... I call and ask if they have any appointments available, that I would like a 2 hour massage, focusing mainly on my feet and legs - did they have anything like that? "Come at 6:30." ok. I show up at 6:30. The woman informs me "Oh, we are too busy. We can only do one hour appointments today." Totally cool. Sometimes, with language barriers and when you're in a rush to keep things moving on a busy day, wires get crossed; I'll flow with it! She then tries to upsell me to the more expensive 1 hour massage. I ask what the difference is and am informed that the higher priced one focuses more on your back. I let her know that I am looking more for a massage focused on my feet and legs, asking if they have one that just is for feet. Nope. So, I go with the $40 massage and stand there. She then tells me "you go back" ok. I walk into a hallway and several of the employees, including the woman from the front desk, are talking to one another. I stand there, not knowing where to go or whom I should go with. Finally, a fella lets me know I should go in a room, so I do. I get comfortable and put my feet in the water he brings... that is immediately so cold, I take my feet out and prop them on the edge of the tub. Already, I want to get up and walk out. I should have gone with this, but I tend to worry too much about hurting someone's feelings... I'm going to work on that one. Anyway, the "massage" begins and it's basically him touching me very lightly throughout - even when I ask that he please use stronger pressure. (After I did that twice, I gave up - I'm going to chalk it up to a language barrier - it's not his fault if he has no idea what I'm asking) I paid for my light as a feather, that left me still feeling stiff as a board massage, left the guy a tip and then noticed a sign... "$5 off your massage if you leave us a 5 star review on yelp" Seriously, yelpers? Either I got a really awful massage therapist, you all love lights a feather massages, or you're so worried about getting $5 off a $40 massage, that you'll write an upstar review for a subpar spot. If it's the latter - booooooo and shame on you! That all being said - if you don't like deep tissue and just want a "please just love on my skin" massage, this is your spot. The lady I had was so strong and she got rid of all the knots on my back. I really really like how great I feel afterwards. I selected this place because of the great reviews it had. I was disappointment with my foot massage. The lady pretty much was just applying oil with no effort to put pressure until I asked to make it stronger. She only applied pressure for a moment and then went back to caressing then oil again. At least my husband's massage was decent. I paid $5 more than him for a fraction of the experience. And to top it all, the lady had the audacity to complain about the tip amount, even after I said my massage was bad. Never coming back here. read more

I've been visiting Foot Heaven since the summer of 2016. I've always had a wonderful experience and always receive high quality massages. Last week, I sprung for the C package rather than my usual A package. After two weeks of strenuous activity, it was just what my aching back and legs needed. There are certainly other massage establishments closer to my home, but I am willing to drive to Foot Heaven because their prices are unbelievable and the services just as good as the big chains. I usually go during the week when there is no wait. The recent restroom renovations are a nice upgrade to the facilities. read more

I had visited this business a few times and had an okay experience. Not great, not bad, just okay. The price, however, was great. The last time I went, I saw a sign that asked for cash tips, so after my massage was done, I left $10 on the chair/table, then went to the front to pay with a credit card. I drew a line through the tip box, signed my receipt and started to leave, when the cashier/front desk woman started SCREAMING at me in broken English that I hadn't left a tip. There was a young man with her and he was yelling too (but not nearly as shrill and horrifyingly grating as she was). I was stunned. I, rather remarkably under the circumstances, responded calmly and said that I left the tip in the massage area. They calmed down a bit, but still looked suspicious. Not my problem.
