We called Healing Touch and they had two walk in appointments available! They have 30, 40, and 60 minute options for you to book. We chose the $30, 40-minute feet and head/arms combo and it was so nice. As your feet are soaking, they massage your head, neck, upper back, and arms. Then they dry off your feet and move on to about half an hour of just working on your legs. If you don't bring cash, there is a $2 up charge per service but it was worth it to me! I have been going to this place practically every month for the past year. I moved from CA where similar service (foot massage that covers other parts of the body) is half the price (about $20) - but that's another story. The staff here is courteous and does try to upsell but not in an annoying way and in a very polite manner. The timing is spot on and I don't believe I have been short-changed ever. Music is soothing and not loud. There is no noise from other booths coming through. I have been asked periodically if the massage intensity is bearable or needs to be toned down - so that is good as well. Ends with a complimentary bottle of water while billing. Pretty much everything the other reviews say is true. In no special order: nobody spoke English well enough to have a conversation. We used an translator app to discuss my pinched nerve. I have visited Healing Touch many, many times over the last 4 years and every massage has been excellent. Friendly staff, family owned and operated. I have had problems with my left foot and have been diagnosed with inter-metatarsal neuroma. I've tried orthotics, steroid shots administered by my orthopedic doctor to relieve the pain, but without success. I tried a 60 minute foot massage and walked out pain free. I try to go back twice a month and continue to walk pain free. read more

Worst massage experience of my life. Not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. When I arrived for my 2 hour massage, the place looked nice enough. But upon walking into the room, I was very surprised at the setup. There was no blanket, just a large, pink polka dot towel to cover myself with. And the table wasn't even a real massage table. It was like a makeshift massage table with a cutout for your face...I should have left immediately but decided what the hell? I've had great massages in not so high end places before so I won't judge by that. Big mistake. I felt so uncomfortable the entire massage. Especially when he was massaging my legs. He kept getting way too close to my crotch. Not to mention I felt like it was visible, because he barely tucked the towel. Also, he tried massaging my stomach. Wtf? Who massages stomachs? Pretty sure my breasts were exposed as he tried to massage my stomach too. I was mortified. I asked him to do my feet at that point and he continued to massage my legs. The language barrier was bad. On top of that, the massage itself wasn't even good, and it smelled like POOP in there. Not sure if it was the oil, his breath, or if he was farting. I wondered the whole time if he was even licensed. He didn't ask me where I wanted to focus or any of the normal preliminary questions licensed massage therapists ask before starting or during. Came in on Father's Day to treat myself, my fiancé, my mom and my dad to a relaxing massage. We called the day before to set up an appointment and showed up right on time. Typically when I come in for an appointment at another massage place I go to, it takes them some time to get everything ready. Not at Healing Touch. We walked in and 2 beds and 2 chairs were already waiting for us. I did not have an awkward bra experience like someone else had reviewed, but my mom did. Ha! So be prepared to have your bra snapped off without your consent, but honestly, it should be expected if you get massages often. I never once felt uncomfortable, and my towel stayed in place the entire massage. I was impressed with the time and quality of the massage and my fiancé and I already have plans to come back. I did the 1 hour full body massage with Michael, and for the first time in weeks I have full range of motion in my back and woke up WITHOUT a pounding headache. After remodeling a house my body was tight. The 90 minute combo was great, this may become a monthly occurrence.

I thought this place was great. The person at the front desk spoke minimal English, and my masseuse only seemed to know a few words as well, but he definitely knew what he was doing with the massage. At certain points he said something to me. I thought he was asking if the pressure was okay, but I think he was asking if oil was okay because right after that, he started using massage lotion. I kept all my clothes on, and he just rubbed under my clothes (like my neck) at certain points. It didn't seem to stain and wasn't greasy. I asked for a "foot massage" which is more of an all over massage. It included neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. The prices and what's included are clearly marked at the front desk in English, so I just pointed to what I wanted, and it worked fine. I'll definitely go back there. It seems like they do mostly walk-ins, which is perfect for me because it can be hard to get an appointment at other places when I need it. read more

Not pleased with the service. Definitely not the Mother's Day gift I had expected... I purchased Plan C (an hour and a half head, back and foot massage) for my wife for Mother's Day, and even called ahead to schedule her appointment and confirm that she would be coming in for their Plan C package. When she arrived they only gave her a one hour back massage. When she asked about the foot massage they explained that she could only receive their Plan E service, which was the same cost but included only a back massage. The only reason I purchased the gift certificate was because they advertise for foot massages, and that's really what I wanted for her. She explained but they still refused and I had to drive over myself and talk with them in person. There was a more than slight language barrier, and although I can understand confusing "E" with "C" they tried to tell me that she could only receive package "E" for the one hour, even though I referenced their rate card on display several times, and even pointed so there would be no confusion, that I specifically purchased "C" (both plans cost equal amounts). After several awkward moments of trying to sort out their confusion, they finally they took her back to give her the foot massage portion of the package I had originally paid for. The massage was ok, but the masseuse was visibly unhappy, so I wonder if her massage would have been better under different circumstances. I DO know that my wife was the opposite of relaxed. I would recommend that if this place is your last resort, and you purchase a gift card, ask them to specifically write your intended purchase plan on the gift certificate to avoid the same hassle we received. Massage was awesome! They guy who did the massage didn't speak English very well, and I didn't speak his language either. Anyway, language barriers aside the appearance of the facility on the inside isn't the most appealing, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. I was weirded out by the way the 90min massage started out, which was sitting up right on a stool with a towel wrapped around my chest for modesty. The knot he made to hold the towel up was magical, seeing as how when I get out of the shower it's so darn hard to keep the towel from sliding off. After that, it was pretty traditional in that you lie down on a "massage" table and finish the massage. The massage table is probably two feet off the floor and feels more like a piece of ply wood with a head rest on it. I could also hear the other clients snoring and talking because the "rooms" are not completely shut off from one another. That all disappears though as the massage continues. read more

Kinda strange set-up. I selected the 1.5 hour package. It was weird because the front office gal said not to remove my bra, but wrapped a huge towel around me. I had some shoulder & arm massage while I was sitting up. Which was not comfortable & I kept hoping the towel would not slip. I had a young male come into the room to do the massage. Which is not what I wanted. He seemed to "pound" a lot and that is NOT a massage. Even when I told him it was too hard, he hardly adjusted the pressure. He did do a so-so foot massage. When it got to a back massage, it go weirder! I laid face down and her unsnapped my bra! Geez....this should all be decided before and I even asked the gal who showed me the room if she had a cover for me and I could remove my bra for the back massage. Too many huge towels, too much pounding, too much pressure and a language barrier I guess. Then he pounded on top of my jeans all up and down my legs. What the heck?
