Staff was very kind and welcoming and May did such an incredible job. I caught myself dozing off a few times and that's when you know you had a great massage! Lastly, they are located in the same shopping plaza as Walmart and right next door to Cyclo Vietnamese.

I called and made an appt this evening for myself and my daughter. Upon walking in we immediately noticed the sign that said due to COVID-19 they've had to increase their rates. I normally get their $30 foot massage but the lowest massage they had available was $50. I was a little irritated that this wasn't mentioned over the phone like... "Hey by they way..." but then again I didn't ask to confirm their prices were the same either. Since the appts were made and it was long overdue we paid the new rate. I appreciated all the precautionary measures they took. We filled out a questionnaire with our info, he took our temperatures, we sanitized our hands and we were lead off to separate rooms. Of course, face masks are mandatory. About 10 mins in while he was working on my back I realized the rate I paid was soo worth it!! The massage consisted of 30 min of back and 30 min of feet. I swear I dozed off for a minute while he was massaging my feet and legs but when it was all done I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. It was so worth it and dependent on the situation with COVID-19 I plan to go get another massage next month!

Then I was told to go to a room with no instruction of like taking off my clothes or how to lay. a minute later, a woman just shut the door so I take it as my sign to put on the robe they had in there and I sat on the massage table. She told me to take off the robe and I explained to her I had no clothes under, and she had me remove the robe in front of her, so I laid on the table naked with no towel on me while she massaged me. Did not ask what I wanted massaged. It was 80% back and 20% leg massage, 0% foot. It was about 22 minutes instead of 30minutes and she asked for a tip at the end. At first I said "no thanks" but she processed to hand me the receipt and pen and I put $5. She then looked very confused at me. Poor quality massage, bad vibes and expensive for what you receive.

When I arrived, staff seemed confused by my appointment and the vibe immediately felt awkward. I requested a male masseuse which was accommodated at first. During the massage, the owner interrupted the session to have me redo paperwork while I was face down and topless on the table because I forgot to write the date instead of asking me afterwards. Later, the door was opened multiple times while I was actively being massaged face down so staff could casually talk to the therapist for almost an entire minute. At one point they apparently switched massage therapists entirely without informing me or asking for consent -- suddenly a woman, instead of the man I began with, was talking to me and I had no idea someone else was touching me. One therapist was coughing throughout the session, and another handled my body very aggressively, moving my legs without warning and forcing my hypermobile knees into uncomfortable positions. My neck hurts today afterward. The worst moment was when I was flipping over and the door opened AGAIN while I was completely exposed on top. No explanations or apologies. Overall the entire experience felt chaotic, invasive, unprofessional, and deeply uncomfortable. Honestly I feel violated. I've never had a massage where multiple people worked on me without explanation, the room was repeatedly interrupted, and my privacy felt so disregarded.

They don't really speak English but are very nice to deal with. They have the chair massages and full body, as well as the combo sets just like Sam Serenity on Macy's side. My husband got a massage from them last time and didn't really enjoy only because it felt like the massage was on script and he said with his upper body area being sore, they dug their elbows into his shoulder bone and made it a bit more inflamed. Here, the guy massaging him actually felt the knotting of the shoulder area and did not go at it aggressively but rather worked around the knotted area. The lotion he used was with some sort of menthol/cooling effect on his back which he enjoyed immensely. The other place whizzed by the arm and neck massages of chair, here they were able to do justice for $20 for 25 minutes of massaging. I'm happy he enjoyed it so much! The lady working on my legs and feet for 40 minutes actually spent the whole time and then some ensuring that I had a great massage experience. I had water given to me and plenty of lotion applied as well as a hot towel on my legs and feet. Since I sprained my ankle in the past, I know my foot pops quite frequently but she actually gave me some advice in Chinese on footwear I would want to avoid and ensure I keep my feet in a healthy condition. She also commented on my white, american husband being a hottie and can I hook her up with one too?! Take a chance, there was no wait when we went and it was great!!!!
