Bought a gift card for my mom on Mother's Day and she went in with my Fiancé the day after to get her massage. The woman there was rude at the start demanding an explanation for everything who my mother was to me (the buyer of the gift card) and who my fiancé was to my mother. She also demanded a tip after the massage and my mom doesn't speak very much English. So she just kept getting frustrated with my mom and kept repeating she wanted a tip until my fiancé came out of the restroom and the employee repeated herself. Had she asked kindly if they would've liked to tip or had even asked me beforehand when I purchased if I would like to leave a complimentary tip I would've done it no questions asked. I didn't know my mom would be harassed like that. I bought it with the intention of it being a GIFT. Meaning she's going to go get the service as a GIFT, and not have to worry about anything. My fiancé still left a 10$ dollar tip because she was flustered and also just didn't know how much I had already spent on the service. Sad to say my mom liked the service that was given to her but we're never coming back. You could've had new repeating customers had you been kinder. read more

Popped in for the first time today, and it hurt so good. I have a couple of shoulder/traps/shoulder blade spots that give me trouble, and Jack was absolutely killer on them. I walked out a new woman. Bought a gift card for Christmas for a family member that goes there all the time. Showed receipt of purchase and they would not accept it. Scam to get you to buy a e-gift, they get the money for it, then when someone goes to use it they say they have no idea how to apply it to services and make someone pay the full amount again. Horrible business practice - do not help these people with this grift. read more

My boyfriend and I have come here several times & always leave feeling relaxed. Jack is awesome for hard pressure & his wife Vivien's pressure is lighter but enough to let you know she's working things out. We usually do the 60 or 90 minute massage with oil so we can use the private rooms rather than staying out for all to see (foot massage is always in the view of others, just FYI if you're one who only likes to do massage in a fully private are this place isn't for you!) but I've also done the chair massage and that is AWESOME for your back, neck & shoulders.
