Best massage I've had in a long time. They hit spots that many masseuses ignore. Highly recommend.

I have a couple of shoulder/traps/shoulder blade spots that give me trouble, and Jack was absolutely killer on them.

I've been to this massage place twice before without issue, which made my experience yesterday…read moreincredibly uncomfortable and bizarre. When I arrived, staff seemed confused by my appointment and the vibe immediately felt awkward. I requested a male masseuse which was accommodated at first. During the massage, the owner interrupted the session to have me redo paperwork while I was face down and topless on the table because I forgot to write the date instead of asking me afterwards. Later, the door was opened multiple times while I was actively being massaged face down so staff could casually talk to the therapist for almost an entire minute. At one point they apparently switched massage therapists entirely without informing me or asking for consent -- suddenly a woman, instead of the man I began with, was talking to me and I had no idea someone else was touching me. One therapist was coughing throughout the session, and another handled my body very aggressively, moving my legs without warning and forcing my hypermobile knees into uncomfortable positions. My neck hurts today afterward. The worst moment was when I was flipping over and the door opened AGAIN while I was completely exposed on top. No explanations or apologies. Overall the entire experience felt chaotic, invasive, unprofessional, and deeply uncomfortable. Honestly I feel violated. I've never had a massage where multiple people worked on me without explanation, the room was repeatedly interrupted, and my privacy felt so disregarded.

The room was ready quickly. The room smelled nice, with low lighting and very calm. I got a deep tissue massage with a focus on the upper body for 60min. WOOOW. The massage was pretty incredible. They were able to relive some knots, plus some. Overall a pretty amazing massage at an affordable price.

Gave the perfect amount of pressure and really helped to release tension that I have been holding for a couple of months. I am walking on air right now. That picture is a sign of relief. I did an evening massage and I've never done one later in the day but so worth it and now I am just beyond relaxed.

So I made a reservation for signature facial 50 mins + dermaplaning, it's 129$ + $55 + tip, and I was done everything in 50mins including changing my clothes before and after, walking to and back to lobby, when you're charging for both services, why my dermaplaning is included in my facial time, so honestly my skin was prepped for dermaplaning and was applied moisturizer and sunscreen post dermaplaning and I paid $129 for what, I don't know, of course my esthetician and front desk person asked how it went, when they should already know how they did, but my esthetician Alina was really good and friendly, but I think it's the management thing, they just wanna squeeze more appointments, so they cut short the time they're charging for you.

I used to get massages on a regular basis but fell off the massage wagon. A friend of mine highlighted that she has gotten massages once a month for the last 14 years. I was definitely behind the 8 ball on massages. My friend's long-term revelation was eye-opening, so I decided to get a massage today with Green Care Massage, which is located on W. Parmer, next door to Tomo Sushi. My massage choice was a deep tissue massage. Those polls are not for curtains!!! When my massage therapist asked me could she work on my back, I thought, I said yes. What she actually said was can I "walk" on your back. In my head, I was thinking why do her hands feel like feet...because they were feet! Snappity, snap, snap...I was getting a full on Ashiatsu massage (also known as back walking massage or barefoot massage). If you are not aware, Ashiatusu is a technique where the massage therapist uses their feet to apply deep pressure while holding onto overhead bars for balance and control. The word "Ashiatsu" is a Japanese word meaning (ashi=foot and atsu= pressure.) Apparently, my back was so tight I needed Ashiatsu first. My massage beginning to end was incredibly effective and rejuvenating experience. From the moment the session began, it was clear the massage therapist was highly skilled and knew her craft. The deep, slow strokes and focused techniques worked through my knots and tight muscles, especially in my back and legs. While there were moments of intensity that you would expect with deep tissue work, it was never painful (pressure...no pain). Afterward my body felt like it had exhaled and breathing fresh air.... well worth the time and money. I could feel the tension evaporating with each targeted movement. It is important note, I felt soreness in my neck and back during the massage that I did know existed previously. After the massage session, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and range of motion. My usual stiffness had disappeared. I do not know if I will get a massage once a month, but I certainly will not wait too long before another one.

The room was way too cold, when I told her she turned up the temp of the bed but my feet were still cold, it was just uncomfortable. The rocks were way too hot, they were burning when she put them in my back. The massage table was horrible. I kept on having to move bc my forehead was hurting. On the check out, the credit card tip was only set to 35% ir higher unless you customize. Do NOT go there. It's a waste of money and time

If you like deep tissue massages with hot stones (and I mean deep), you're going to love this…read moreplace. I asked for a *gentle* 1-hour Swedish massage with hot stones, but due to the language barrier, I was assigned to a male therapist who gave me what I can only describe as a full-throttle deep tissue session. Right now, At 7:33 AM the next morning, I'm still recovering. I can't even sit back on the couch. Ouch. To be fair: the massage itself was very good... if that's the intensity you're looking for. But I didn't request deep tissue, and despite trying to clarify mid-massage, the language disconnect made it difficult to adjust. Most of the time was spent on my back and lower waist, and I'll be blunt...there's a level of close contact here that not everyone will be comfortable with. In the process of maneuvering around the table and working deeply, there were moments of full-body proximity that included unintentional contact with the masseuse's more... PERSONAL areas. It wasn't lewd or inappropriate, just a side effect of close-quarters bodywork. But if you're squeamish about that kind of thing, this may not be your spot. BUT NOW...let me sing the praises of the hot stones. Truly the highlight. They're included with the massage and offer soothing, deep heat without burning. After the intense pressure of the deep tissue work I didn't ask for, the stones were a welcomed slice of heaven. I'd come back just for those alone. I could do this part every single day. In short: this place delivers a strong, effective massage...but be clear and very specific about what you want, and understand that the language barrier may require a bit of patience. Also, prepare for full-body immersion ***in every sense***. Body parts may touch but they are simply doing their job. Enjoy.
