It wasn't overly sweet, so it's great for people who like less sugar. Having more of a sweet tooth though, the Tiramisu soufflé and the Salted Caramel Latte had me wanting to order a second one! Their pancakes were decent quality! They seem to be understaffed to that may contribute to the long wait times. We waited over an hour for 1 pancake and the staff seemed to be a bit rude and didn't care at all. Came here for their soft opening and was stunned on how delicious this specific matcha soufflé tasted! they are new and every order is MADE TO ORDER, so you will find yourself waiting 25-30 minutes for one plate and possibly more if you order several more plates, definitely worth the wait, a little pricey for my opinion but if I'm ever in the area I'll definitely swing by but if you're in a hurry I suggest coming back on a different day. Came here a second time and only reason this review is 4 stars is because the second taste test was very eggy and the soufflé was a tad raw in my opinion, my husband and I still waited about 20 minutes for one order to come out and there was hardly anyone at the store, I will go back on another day... maybe they had a bad batch but the first time really left me with the taste of wanting to come back therefore I will definitely recommend if it's your first time and give them a shot! The food was good but the service was not the best. There was a miscommunication with the pancakes when ordering, I ordered the tiramisu pancakes and while my sister chose what to order I was looking at the drinks. I love matcha so i asked the worker if she felt that their matcha was good, as i pointed to the drinks, which i think she might've not seen. She was very kind and quick to say yes, and recommended the tiramisu matcha. I have had that drink before so I said yes I would love to try theirs! Then I noticed I payed $70(with tip) for 2 pancakes and 2 drinks. I did not get a receipt so I was thinking WOW this is overpriced! they then told us the pancakes come out in batches and the tiramisu pancake was ready, so I said "oh yeah we can just eat that one for now, we'll share my sister's too" then we noticed our drinks were taking forever but we didn't want to bother them so we just waited. Finally the worker comes out with 3 other pancakes and sets them down. My sister and I were confused and we instantly said "oh sorry we didn't order those!" The worker then said "oh these are the matcha tiramisu pancakes" when we realized that we had thought we ordered drinks, she went to get the manager (we didn't ask for her but she just went to get her right away which i think was nice) but the manager just said "so you guys thought that the pancakes were drinks?" umm yesss because never once was the word PANCAKES mentioned lol?? then she said "since you already paid and they're on the table we can't do anything about it" "you guys can still order drinks if you want" like no, no thank you i don't want to pay a total of $80 because I didn't get drinks the first time Anyways just thought the manager could've been a little nicer because it sucks that a mistake and miscommunication took place and I wasted my money, especially since we were full, and no one was going to eat the pancakes. The pancakes were good. It is pricey but it's sort of a delicacy in a way because of how it's made. It takes a while to make and it's not a common dessert in the US. The price matches the quality of the pancakes. I got the strawberry and banana one. It came with nutella on the side. My boyfriend got the oreo one and liked it. I would come again to treat myself once in a while just since the price tag is unrealistic for a constant treat lol. The drinks are good too. Yummy and fluffy souffle!!! It's freshly made so the wait is 15-20 minutes but it comes out all warm and light and airy, as a souffle pancake should! They give you this cute little pitcher of syrup to pour over. The cream on top is so good and is not overly sweet and I enjoyed the strawberry, banana, and blueberry on top. The signature is a safe option to go. The employee was very kind with giving us recommendations, recommending the signature if we wanted something fruity and recommending the cookies and cream if we wanted something sweeter. I would definitely come back to try their other flavors as well along with their croffles and drinks which seemed interesting. The place is very clean and nicely decorated with seating options both inside and outside. My only "con" (not really) would be the price as it ended up being $16 for the signature souffle and it was two small-ish pancakes. The size was good, but I just don't know if it was for the price. I tried this place for the first time last night and waited about 40 minutes, and there wasn't even a crowd.To make things worse people who ordered after me received their food first. All i ordered was one order of pancakes. Here are some cons about this place before you decide to go. 1. It's really over priced 2. The pancakes tasted like pure scrambled eggs, I don't know if they had a bad batch going on but they chose not to fix it. 3. The pancakes weren't even fluffy. The pancakes were very soft and delicious! I have a smaller stomach so the portion was a little large for me. There is also not a lot of seating and if you go there during peak hours, the food can take a while to get out. We arrived to order at around 11 or 12 and the food took 30 to 45 minutes to come out. It's also a little pricey and there isn't too much seating in the store itself but the ambiance is very cute and comfortable and the food is great.
