The burger was one of the best I've ever had, and the French dip and branzini were unbelievable as well. Make sure you order the flower pot for dessert! Finally, a thoughtful menu in Westhampton Beach that has creative options for people that are tired of the 'same old' summer food and pizza, but still with comfort twists, there is something for Everyone. The Team from Cowfish and Rumba have knocked it out of the park.. again.. You wouldnt know by the menu that they are owned by the same company, but the hospitality gives it away, because the staff are fabulous. We are long time regulars at Cowfish and Eric and Gerald have always looked after us, which got us an invite to Family and Friends at Flora yesterday, and I am so grateful they did! The edamame hummus and beet trilogy starters were delicious and the creative salads were a much needed change from the usual. Flora was an outstanding last night dinner in a week long vacation. It is a upscale, but relaxed atmosphere. Cocktails on menu are fabulous, and food is delicious !! went there two nights ago for the first time and had a terrific experience... will definitely be going back. Service was excellent - waitress came to our table multiple times to check on things. If you make eye contact with a bus boy or other waiter, they would immediately come to see if you need something. A beautiful restaurant with professional and lovely staff serving delicious food and wonderful cocktails. From the appetizers (we had the burrata and the soup of the day which was a red pepper bisque) to our main course (we had a tuna special and short ribs) to dessert (an amazing homemade carrot cake and their famous flower pot) we had a great experience. My husband and I were so excited to try this new restaurant and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The decor is beautiful, loved everything down to the beautiful dinnerware. As soon as you walk in it's a calming, chic vibe with a little bit of a rustic touch. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our waiter was James and he was great, Super friendly and prompt. We ordered the Burrata for our appetizer and is was so delicious!!! I had a chicken dish (forgot the name) and my husband had the lobster roll. Again, both meals were delicious! Wow!!! Fantastic food and service!! They have an extremely creative menu that makes you want to order one of everything. You could tell that all the ingredients were super fresh and everything from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts were prepared and executed flawlessly. First time going into flora, I never went when it was the old place. Looking from the outside, I was presently surprised by what I saw. When I walked in, it was even more beautiful. Hostess, waiters, and waitresses were all extremely attentive. Made positive comments about my choices to eat and I have to say, they were right on the money. Everything I ate; house smoked salmon, grilled filet mignon, and seared scallops were all amazing. Drinks came out super quick and the appetizers and entrees came out in what I thought was a very reasonable time. Food was hot and delicious and I can definitely say I got what I paid for. So happy a place like this is now in WHB town. Can definitely evolve to that go to spot with ease. Thanks for all the hospitality and for a great experience. I'll be back very soon. read more
