No complaints of any type... so much so that we booked a second reservation with friends two weeks later. On a Friday night at 7 pm at the height of the season, the restaurant was half empty. You could not get in anywhere else ... I promise... our server was pleasant and our drink order which took 10 minutes to arrive. We than ordered dinner which started with salads. The salads did not arrive for 40 minutes and that was after having to ask where they were. The server apologized and said she screwed up and it was her first day working on her own. The salads were both overdressed, soggy and limp due to having been left in a hot kitchen for all that time. As we were about to ask for them to be replaced, our entres were delivered about 1 minute after the salads. First we complained and they asked if we wanted the entrees sent back until we were ready. My pork chop was so overcooked it could not be cut so we asked for the manager. We explained, she apologized and said they were out of pork chops and I would need to choose something else off the menu. No matter what I chose, I was told it would take 30 minutes... long after the other three people would be done. She basically shrugged. I ordered nothing. Our companions got a seafood tower but they forgot to provide any tools for the lobster or any sauces. The manager asked what she could do and my wife ordered a glass of wine. It never came. When the bill came, the salad and my entre were taken off but we were never offered a complimentary cup of coffee or dessert or anything. I told the manager that we should have had something comped and she argued with me. This restaurant should learn about hospitality, service and look at the fact they are half empty when every other restaurant in the area is full. Shame on them for presenting a bill with no apology and no attempt to make a loyal customer of an unhappy patron who was treated poorly.
