Unlike the restaurant that was here prior, the menu is not centered around fried food options, though they do have some if you need a fix. We found the lobster bisque tasty, the salads are relatively basic, but fresh and flavorful. Good jumbo shrimp cocktail and raw bar options. Calamari was a bit more breading than squid then i'd like but it was tasty and not soggy. if you are looking for the fried stuff, the Po-boy with fries was a hit! Prices are a bit steep though as an $11 salad quickly becomes a $30 one if you add a protein. Kids menu available upon request (though not published) and includes a hamburger, fried flounder, butter noodles and chicken fingers. Though the staff was super friendly and helpful, there were definitely long gaps where we expected to see someone more often, especially when it came to getting the check. Like many restaurants in Westhampton Beach, the tables are close together, which can compromise intimacy and noise levels. The wall art is irreverent satire on renaissance portraiture. Wait staff was attentive & competent. The food was exceptional. We shared a "popover" appetizer. I had lobster bisque and a salmon filet. Going up the stairs to the Social Club through the Theater gives it speakeasy vibes. Once you arrive upstairs there's a sprawling, opulent bar, along with velvet booths and chairs along the wall. We were also offered a little bowl of movie theater popcorn which made me so happy, a nice touch. We ordered cheese as well which was cubed and easy to eat, served alongside mustard. We made friends while we were here, along with an employee who was here on his off day enjoying the bar. He told us that this space is meant to feel like a second living room and be welcoming to anyone who doesn't have somewhere to go - they stayed open on Thanksgiving this year to welcome people who had nowhere to go, and those people have since become regulars. I left here feeling like the world was a better place.

Apparently, the bartenders and GM brainstorm cocktails on a regular basis, looking for new drinks to add to their repertoire. This is the perfect choice for drinks with someone special, or with a group of friends. Definitely a dressy kind of place. I would feel comfortable in a cocktail dress here, or leather pants and a silk top. However, I don't think that there's an actual dress code. For appetizers we had local oysters on the half shell which were fresh and delicious, and shrimp cocktail which was sizable. We went with the endive salad in between which was crisp and well balanced, the honey mustard dressing really brings it all together. We also had the baked clams which were cooked perfectly, and burrata which was so, so creamy. For entrees we ordered the spicy vodka rigatoni which I think might be the best I've ever had. The sauce was rich and perfectly spicy. We also had the whole branzino which was excellent, cooked just right. The steak frites were also the right temperature, and the truffle fries hit the spot.
