I've purchased flooring in store several times and always enjoyed my experience. I'm planning to redo the flooring in five rooms and of course thought of Floor & Decor. I ordered nine samples of wood flooring and only received one after two weeks. The sample came without any identifier so I couldn't tell which sample it was. I waited patiently for the remaining and received an email indicating my order was complete. I tried calling but the recording queue indicated there were already the maximum callers waiting. I sent and email to Custoner Care (although I don't think they care) and was told they'd get back to me in 72 hours. I never received a response and it has now been 8 days without response or samples ordered. I've also tried calling several times and gave up after 45 minutes. I sent an emaill asking for a refund. I'm not holding my breath. Terrible online service. I would not order as you may not ever receive what you ordered and no one will respond. read more

A great store with a large assortment to choose from. Employees were all very friendly. Josiah helped us with the design of our bathroom. He was very creative and made the process so much easier. He listened to what we wanted. He showed us many options respectively to help us keep in our budget. He helped us locate a vanity that we had seen in another location. We could not have come up with the design he showed us without his help. If you need design ideas see Josiah! Pick up took a little too long. But employees continually apologized for our wait. Offered us water and explained that they had to bring down some items from storage. The young man in the warehouse pickup was super friendly and nice. read more

We didn't really know what we were doing and left Floor & Decor the first time feeling overwhelmed. We went back because they came highly recommended and this second visit was much more productive. We found our dream tile for our kitchen and when we discovered one box of tile broken, we were refunded our money with no problem. read more

This was my first time shopping at Floor & Decor to remodel 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. Over the course of about 6 weeks I spent over $5,000. Their prices are great and they have a huge selection. I had a great experience shopping at this store until today. I tried returning 42 pieces of tile called the Roxbury Blue Porcelain Tile (sku# 100498310). I purchased the product from the Santa Ana store because the Fullerton store did not have it in stock at the time I made the purchase which was on 9/22/19. I decided to return it today because my wife decided to go with a different tile. The associate (associate# 42542) I won't say names along with the manager that assisted me gave me a hard time returning the product stating that the product was discontinued in their store and that I had to travel all the way back to Santa Ana just to return the product. I live in Glendora and the closest Floor and Decor is the one in Fullerton. So I asked her if I can speak with the manager on duty and she as well stated the same thing as well. I even read to them their own 90 day return policy. The 90 day return policy clearly states that if I am not completely satisfied with the product that I can return it to "ANY" store. There is no fine print that a particular product needs to returned back to the store that it was purchased from. But customer service and management failed to honor their own policy. To top it off I searched this product online and its available in hundreds of cases in every single southern california store other than the Fullerton store. I was even planning on purchasing 1,400 sq ft of engineered wood soon with them and spend another $8,000 with them but decided to take my business elsewhere. Hope management can see this and do a better job in training their staff especially their so-called managers. read more

He was very knowledgeable with the flooring and my parents appreciated that he spoke to them in Spanish and explained the quality of the flooring and options that matched what we were looking for. I have to say I've been really impressed with #1 the customer service and #2 the amount of product. And no not everything is from China. Melanie from the design center was an angel sent to help me. I went in because we had a plumbing issue that destroyed our bathroom. So the bathroom became a complete surprise remodel from floor to ceiling. I didn't really know what I was looking for but had a handful of ideas in my head of the direction I wanted to go. I walked in, started wondering around found two tiles I liked but they didn't go together. Melanie approached me and asked me if I needed help I told her my situation and she magically had several tiles pulled together that looked AMAZING! After experiencing a problem with a Quartz counter top i returned to the store and the staff unsuccessfully tried to remedy, they then escalated my problem to their corporate Escalation Department. This was on December 28,2020, after several email exchanges there has still been no investigation or resolution to the substandard finish of the purchased product. Going on 4 months is un acceptable a company this large should have better communication and interaction with customer and suppliers when an issue arises. As a building professional i will never purchase or recommend clients to this establishment for future product. read more

Customer Service is almost nonexistent and they are always short staffed!!! Take a Pro with you or someone with knowledge of your intended project because without that you will wait up to an hour to get some assistance and person may or may not have any knowledge about the product you are inquiring on. read more

This employee named Sharon at this store was absolutely rude. I asked for her assistance and she rudely just brushed me off saying "it's not my job" and walks off. Are you kidding? This is ridiculous. I don't know how they train their employees but this is unacceptable. I only needed to know where I can pick up the goods but she even wouldn't answer my question and walks away and handles everyone else with respect. read more

The selection here is very good. And the staff is very helpful- especially Marco. He helped me pick out a tile trim and some flooring . He knows so much since he has done his own remodel and had insight in to some problems I was having. This should be a first stop when doing any home improvement. read more

We used Floor & Decor for a bathroom remodel project. I wished I had known about this place sooner! We really wanted glass subway tile for our shower rebuild and couldn't find it at a reasonable price anywhere else. We also found the accent glass tile here and love the way the shower turned out. Now we're cover old, worn down hardwood floor (from 1962) with tile that looks like wood. Floor & Decor has once again come through with just what we were looking for, at a very budget friendly price. read more

I'm a little late in writing this review, but my husband and I visited this store for our bathroom remodel several weeks ago. John Francia helped us and he was excellent. We were looking for something simple and relatively inexpensive, because the we plan to move out of our starter home within the next year or two. He directed us to the tile we were looking for, which included a oversize white subway tile and a hexagon-shape accent tile for the shower pan and soap box. Everything was very affordable. While we hired a professional to do the shower and tile work, we are to provide the materials. I didn't even know what schulter is, until John said that we needed them. So glad he educated us on these, because our tile guy wouldn't have been able to complete the job without them. Thanks John! read more

The actually facility is really nice. However, their computer inventory is not accurate. I was looking for a specific tile and it showed they had 276 tiles. When I went to the store they only had 20 tiles. What happened next really pissed me off. When I asked five different employees for help, they all kicked the can. One said that it was moved in inventory and they can't find it....really? No one me helped me at the end, and I ended up purchasing another tile. read more

I've done 3 bathroom remodels and every time I keep going back to the same store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent trip was to get material for my master bathroom project. I was indecisive as to what colors to pick for the floor to match my shower walls. I was told that there is a designer that could help me. She was very helpful in laying out different materials and showing me what my options were. Once I was done selecting, Joel talked to my installer and explained to him that the stone I picked for backsplash could use a thin layer of sealing before grouting it. I was very impressed to say the least. Hands down, if you're doing to remodel this is the place you want to go to. read more

Went into the store knowing what I wanted just to hear that my dream tile was not allowed to get wet. I died. Then Abigail, a designer at the store who works there, helped me start from scratch on my new bathroom design. It's like she knew what I was going for and literally made my stress go away with figuring out the new design within 20 min. She ordered everything for me and every one at the store helped me out from start to finish with all the tile. All done and put in my truck. Great flooring store with large inventory from tile to marble and from laminates to hard wood and everything in between. The prices are competitive and they can accommodate any budget. Very happy with the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Special mention to Kaitlyn who took the time to assist my family and me with calculating square footage from our measurements in inches and her creative insight with picking out some accent border. Now that I've started my bathroom remodel I will definitely return when plan on redoing my kitchen and my flooring throughout. read more

This place is very good for a wide variety of tiles, natural stone tile and vinyl planks. They have more variety than Lowes or Home Depot. One can easily find something that meets their need and budget. Very friendly staff. We were helped by Gerson. Not only did he have wealth of knowledge but was able to get to deeper understanding of our needs and provide information so that we were able to make better choices. He explained the importance of PEI (Porcelain Enamel Institute) rating on tiles for our commercial building needs. This helped us make better choice. Glad we visited this store. read more

Pathetic!!! Their service is extremely bad. With the exception of a couple of folks, no one is interested in helping any customer. I was there and asked for help four times, they called for help for me and all four times no one showed up and it took more than half an hour for someone to show up and help me when there were hardly any customers in the store. During all this time, Jose Alfaro, PRO Sales Manager was chatting with another Service Pro and showed no concern for my requests. When I complained to him in the end, he told me that he was super buy with customer calls when he was chatting all the time with another employee. Don't go to this store. read more

We came to floor and decor with a specific tile for our kitchen backsplash. We contacted a salesman Xavyer and we was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 separate tiles and grout. He assisted us the whole time and advised us on what products to buy to care for our purchase. Just left after being there over an hour and a half wandering the store without any help! Three of the sales people were just chatting, never greated us or came by to see if we needed help, and when WE approached them for help they finally sent us someone ELSE after about 20 minutes. The guy answered one question and then left to get pricing for us but apparently "got lost". We left after waiting for him for 30minutes! Poor customer service. Too bad ...
