I have to start off by saying it's a very strange set up as a client to not be privy to pricing or to be able to go into the back warehouse without your contractor and without an appointment you feel very in the dark going into the whole situation, would that being said I must say the consultant that we worked with and the guys in the back were amazing. Our contractor sent us to Best Cheer Stone for our kitchen countertop. Carla helped us pick out the PERFECT stone! It was picked up, cut and installed and looked GORGEOUS! A most wonderful experience up to this point. No complaints. We followed all recommended care instructions. Then stains began to appear which no research or counsel could help us remove. My husband and I went back to the store with our photos and sample thinking maybe we had been given the wrong stone. But we were assured it was quartz, by the two employees at the front desk, who also looked at our photos and said it looked like our counter was part of a "flawed batch" they were recently aware of. When asked how we could fix it, they said there was no way to fix it. It would need to be replaced. And thus began the nightmare of trying to work with Carla in trying to find a solution. It has been six months since our first email to them and we have yet to hear them agree to replace the material and pay for the 2nd installation. And it has been 3 months since we filed a complaint with the BBB. Three months after contacting BCS, they finally agreed to replace the material and pay half of the installation cost. We were beaten down and agreed. And then we were told that we would have to choose a different stone since they were all sold out of the one we initially chose. Mind you, they manufacture all of their own stone, but they did not have any idea when more would be available. And they have never offered us an explanation as to why we should have to pay installation costs TWICE. So, buyer beware! If you buy stone from them, and assume it has been manufactured correctly (since they are selling it to you) and go ahead and cut it and install it, and then later find out that it has not been properly manufactured, the company will not pay installation costs. Ours was an insurance job - we did not have the private funds to pay installation the first time, let alone a second time. I have been ever so patient with them, wanting to assume the best, clear in my questions, but they have never admitted any "mistake" on their end and they definitely have not sought to make it right in order to live up to their stated website commitment: "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We listen, understand, and anticipate their needs, working diligently to provide solutions that exceed their expectations and create lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction." We did NOT find this to be true in our experience. Infact, it felt like the exact opposite. They never asked us any questions, or offered to come examine the installed stone, or offer any kind of explanation. I have come to learn that just because a company has a BBB A+ rating, does not mean that they are a company with integrity or great customer service. My contractor will no longer do business with this company. UPDATE: I will update this review if they actually DO work with us to resolve our issue. So far, as of 7/24/25, they have not. After waiting for over an hour, while the front desk assured us every 15 minutes that Carla was on her way, she finally showed up and asked what we wanted!!! She was busy in the warehouse and to look around while she finished. We indicated that is what we had been doing for over an hour. Very rude and unhelpful. She took us back to view materials in the warehouse, which was another waste of time with poorly marked products, and no one there to answer questions since we were waiting on Carla again. We just completed a master bathroom remodel and our contractor recommended a couple of local businesses for vanity and countertops. After visiting each, it was without hesitation that we chose Best Cheer Stone. From the moment we met with Carla, she made the whole process easy. First, the number of options offered here for countertops are incredible!! Our style leans toward the "moody" espressos and burgundy tones, and other local vendors are very much only limited to the greys and white stones (which serve a purpose for others). So to see literally every color scheme offered here was incredible. After we selected what we wanted, Carla then took us to the warehouse to choose the slab. She walked us through each slab so we could choose the one with the specific nuances of color we were looking for. She even voiced her professional opinion of over 30 years in the business on a couple of slabs as she truly knows what's going to look the best for the space. We also selected our vanity cabinets and sinks, as there is a fantastic selection of products here and it was easy to match cabinets to counter. The end result for our bathroom is beyond what we expected! The Koville Elegant Truffle cabinets are gorgeous and high end, with smooth close drawers and soft close doors. But it is the Giallo Cathedral countertop that is absolutely stunning and truly brings the space together. After visiting 3 other places I'm glad we found Best Cheer! It seems like most fabricators told us to go to MSI. We spend 3 visits there all with horrid customer service. We were frustrated each time we left there. Best Cheer was much better! #1 - they are busy. We were sent by our contractor to the Anaheim showroom, drove from far. We also had an appointment, which they don't seem to care. Our sales person was Carla, horrible, horrendous attitude. They have a large selection of various items, but i will say I didn't like that we had to wait to go look at the warehouse items with a store rep. Many other similar stores allow you to roam freely in the warehouse to get a look at all the options. Otherwise, the service was still good. They have everything from slabs and prefabricated counter tops to faucets and toilets. I think they also do cabinetry as well. It's definitely worth taking a look here at least to get an idea of more options. They have a pretty extensive show room to get good ideas of how things will look when out all together. It started from the front desk two people both on their phones didn't want to put down to even help. When I finally got their attention they pointed me to "behind the kitchen" I would find a "white countertop". When I walked over there was a white countertop with no name or way to identify it in order to purchase and only one. My question was where to find a white quartz countertop to match the piece I had in my hand and the response was I "would never be able to match the white". Next I proceeded to behind the doors into the back to all the slabs. I asked a customer service person if they had a match to the slab I had or if they didn't have it what a good match would be and she told me to look for what I liked. She rolled her eyes and walked away. After she told the contractor I was with how nice he was for helping me in a sarcastic voice. I couldn't believe the lack of help. If you are too busy to help why wouldn't you direct me to someone that could help. I walked out. Worst customer service ever. My contractor sent me here To pick out Countertops for my kitchen and two bathrooms and that were being remodeled. The first time we went, it was pretty crowded and it was a Saturday and someone took us into the back to look at stones. We did find image that we liked and we took videos. So two weeks later we went back to order we wanted. I called the Thursday before the Saturday that we were going to go and asked if I needed an appointment and was told that we did not need an appointment, just come on in someone will help you. We got there at 9:45 and were told that someone would help us when they came out of an appointment. I asked the lady why they told me I didn't need appointment and she said she didn't know and asked who I spoke with. I didn't remember the persons name, obviously. Anyway we were going to be spending thousands of dollars on stone and nobody could help us. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes. That was our Saturday. We left and will not go back. I will spend my money somewhere that doesn't lie to me over the phone and tell me that I don't need an appointment. Their customer service is very poorly run. read more

Pleasant experience at Best Cheer Stone. The receptionists were helpful and guided me through the process. This was my first time selecting stone, and they were very informative. When it came time to selecting the specific stone for my house, I was given a representative who brought me back to warehouse to pick them out. It was a quick and easy process. TIPS: 1. In order to go back to the warehouse, you need to first select the specific type and make of the stone. You will also need your contractor's name as each are assigned a certain representative. 2. You can look through the showroom and see the variety of options available without making an appointment. One thing I like is that they have a kiosk where you can request for samples of the stone to take home. I believe you get 3 free and then its a couple dollars for additional samples. Just a warning: the stones listed on the kiosk may not be available. I remember requesting 8 or 9 and went home with just 4. It worked out for me because the stone that was my #1 was available :) read more

Later I found out that he was the manager (Bill) It was a Saturday so, I am assuming that he hates working on weekends. It seem that he did not wanted to be there and seemed pretty miserable. I am very pleasantly surprised with their quartz, and stone selections for countertop that they have in their warehouse. Not only that they have good selections, their lot is huge!! Not going to lie, their customer service like everyone has mentioned in their reviews, is really questionable. But with their price and selections, it is a very good easy stop if you are looking for a good stone for your countertops. Rather then dealing with minimal customer service than stopping by 4, 5 stops and still trying to find "The ONE" slap. TIPS: 1.make sure to check in with the front and get in line for a salesperson to come help you and take you to the back of the warehouse. On weekend, the wait is about 40 minutes. 2. Go with your contractor if you can. The customer service is better with a contractor because they expect them to bring back more clients, not a one-time business from home owner. ( and be good friends with your contractor, they get good discount from this place) Back to my visit, I did make my purchase from here , given the fact that this is probably the second countertop place that I shopped for. And it helps if you have a general ideas of what color or stone you are looking for. And make sure you get pictures or names of what look you like, the salesperson would guide you better this way because the warehouse is just so huge. When it come to selection, they will bring a guy with the cranes to lift up the slabs for you to see, thought that was pretty cool. And tey do have good selection of pre-fabs to save money ( quite a lot in difference) . In their showrooms, they also sell some vanities unit using their stones. They are quite pretty as well. So make sure you check their showrooms to see the layout of the stone patterns and bathroom selections. So overall, it was a productive visit, although there were a lot of waiting for the crane to show up and the salesperson to finalized the order. But because I came with a contractor, the customer service was okay, at least acceptable. But most importantly, I got my slabs of stone, called white macaubas , for my kitchen in one visit. And I am very happy with my choices made. Hopefully everything goes smoothly upon delivery. read more

Horrible waste of my time, the process to purchase anything here is absolutely chaos, when you walk in the door you have to sign in to wait for a sales rep and that can take up to 20 minutes and when they meet you in the lobby it's a brutal process in finding what you want and when you do find what your looking for you have to walk back to the write up desk and wait for them to give you forms needed, and the next process is to pay for it at will call, which are not very friendly people back there BTW, and then go to the back and give the security guard a paper and walk to another counter and then go back to your vehicle and wait again, like we have all this time on our hands for this kind of purchase, I honestly would rather pay a little extra at a smaller mom and pops store, at least they will attend to me properly and with a smile. This company definitely lost my business on my first purchase, and the sad part was I had to ask for a refund because they sold me 2 prefab slabs and did not come with a back splash and I was told it did at the time of purchase, no bueno, horrible experience and glad I did not spend my hardworking money in this store. 1 star was giving, but not by choice. read more
