This place is overwhelming so if you are like me, you might find this a difficult process. I had been in several times and on the 3rd time, I was lucky enough to get help from Erick Madera who was pinch hitting for someone else. He made sure my slabs were tagged to hold for my contractor to pick up. Unfortunately, there was a mishap during delivery and one slab was damaged (Best Cheer does not delivery so they were not at fault). I was so disappointed because I had spent so much time picking out what I thought was a really special piece. Erick promptly replied to my text on Friday asking for more help on a Saturday and informed me it was not problem. Just call when I arrive. It worked out so well. He even helped me identify a piece that turned out to be even more special than the first one. It's not often that you get someone so professional and kind to an admittedly difficult customer like me. Thanks Erick. An additonal shout out goes to those warehouse workers. I don't know how they keep their cool driving up and down the aisles with slabs hanging from clamps. My blood pressure probably rose just watching them. This review is regarding the quality of their cabinets. Perfectly timed after warranty expired, my cabinet doors all started cracking at the seams. I have soft close hinges, so slamming was not the cause. My installer brought them the doors and was told I'd have to pay for replacements, but they'd discount the price, still leaving a cost of nearly 2k to replace doors that cracked at no fault of mine because they were 2 months outside of warranty. The manufacturer claimed that they cracked because of too quick of temperature fluctuations in my home. Not sure where they think I live, but I'm in the suburbs with a climate controlled home, and I keep my house within the same temperature range year round, just like every other person in America. If you want your cabinets to crack once the warranty expires then have to pay out of pocket for new ones, this is a great option for you. read more

Not bad but not great. I have actually purchased several slabs, (4) so far, of marble here, but each time I wind up feeling a little uneasy taking the stone movers time going through the different slabs in pursuit of finding one that's not cracked. The movers seem to be okay sorting through the stone, however the girls, sales I'm guessing, are very impatient. Today, I was told after going through about 4 slabs, the three of them had cracks, that this would be "my last one". Is that what you say to a customer preparing to buy two slabs of marble? To me, I'd take care of a good customer and make sure they were happy with their expensive purchase. We don't go from stone to stone, just with the same lot, but since I need to use the entire slab I'm going to be a little (choosy). I wouldn't recommend Best Cheer Stone to anyone for this reason. It has been my experience the last three times I've been here, I've spent a lot of money here and still have a kitchen to do. Shawn Ryan was absolutely correct! This showroom was awesome! The selection was vast, with marble, granite, and manufactured slabs and more to choose from. The service provided by Carla Raczek was "white glove", friendly, very well informed and very friendly. She expertly guided us through the selection process and patiently explained the advantages and disadvantages of each material. Our contractor sent us to Best Cheer Stone for our kitchen countertop. Carla helped us pick out the PERFECT stone! It was picked up, cut and installed and looked GORGEOUS! A most wonderful experience up to this point. No complaints. We followed all recommended care instructions. Then stains began to appear which no research or counsel could help us remove. My husband and I went back to the store with our photos and sample thinking maybe we had been given the wrong stone. But we were assured it was quartz, by the two employees at the front desk, who also looked at our photos and said it looked like our counter was part of a "flawed batch" they were recently aware of. When asked how we could fix it, they said there was no way to fix it. It would need to be replaced. And thus began the nightmare of trying to work with Carla in trying to find a solution. It has been six months since our first email to them and we have yet to hear them agree to replace the material and pay for the 2nd installation. And it has been 3 months since we filed a complaint with the BBB. Three months after contacting BCS, they finally agreed to replace the material and pay half of the installation cost. We were beaten down and agreed. And then we were told that we would have to choose a different stone since they were all sold out of the one we initially chose. Mind you, they manufacture all of their own stone, but they did not have any idea when more would be available. And they have never offered us an explanation as to why we should have to pay installation costs TWICE. So, buyer beware! If you buy stone from them, and assume it has been manufactured correctly (since they are selling it to you) and go ahead and cut it and install it, and then later find out that it has not been properly manufactured, the company will not pay installation costs. Ours was an insurance job - we did not have the private funds to pay installation the first time, let alone a second time. I have been ever so patient with them, wanting to assume the best, clear in my questions, but they have never admitted any "mistake" on their end and they definitely have not sought to make it right in order to live up to their stated website commitment: "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We listen, understand, and anticipate their needs, working diligently to provide solutions that exceed their expectations and create lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction." We did NOT find this to be true in our experience. Infact, it felt like the exact opposite. They never asked us any questions, or offered to come examine the installed stone, or offer any kind of explanation. I have come to learn that just because a company has a BBB A+ rating, does not mean that they are a company with integrity or great customer service. My contractor will no longer do business with this company. UPDATE: I will update this review if they actually DO work with us to resolve our issue. So far, as of 7/24/25, they have not. After waiting for over an hour, while the front desk assured us every 15 minutes that Carla was on her way, she finally showed up and asked what we wanted!!! She was busy in the warehouse and to look around while she finished. We indicated that is what we had been doing for over an hour. Very rude and unhelpful. She took us back to view materials in the warehouse, which was another waste of time with poorly marked products, and no one there to answer questions since we were waiting on Carla again. We just completed a master bathroom remodel and our contractor recommended a couple of local businesses for vanity and countertops. After visiting each, it was without hesitation that we chose Best Cheer Stone. From the moment we met with Carla, she made the whole process easy. First, the number of options offered here for countertops are incredible!! Our style leans toward the "moody" espressos and burgundy tones, and other local vendors are very much only limited to the greys and white stones (which serve a purpose for others). So to see literally every color scheme offered here was incredible. After we selected what we wanted, Carla then took us to the warehouse to choose the slab. She walked us through each slab so we could choose the one with the specific nuances of color we were looking for. She even voiced her professional opinion of over 30 years in the business on a couple of slabs as she truly knows what's going to look the best for the space. We also selected our vanity cabinets and sinks, as there is a fantastic selection of products here and it was easy to match cabinets to counter. The end result for our bathroom is beyond what we expected! The Koville Elegant Truffle cabinets are gorgeous and high end, with smooth close drawers and soft close doors. But it is the Giallo Cathedral countertop that is absolutely stunning and truly brings the space together. After visiting 3 other places I'm glad we found Best Cheer! It seems like most fabricators told us to go to MSI. We spend 3 visits there all with horrid customer service. We were frustrated each time we left there. Best Cheer was much better! #1 - they are busy. Everyone and their mother is remodeling their house right now. #2 - don't be a rude, impatient a-hole. #3 - make an appointment if you are impatient We had a great experience here. They have a huge showroom and lots to see! Relax and don't be so uptight. I saw so many uptight people there. It would be so hard to work here and deal with the customers I saw there! We worked with Crystal and she was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to help us out. After we picked out our quartz slab we discovered we needed 2 book matched pieces for our peninsula and waterfall. She helped us find the colors that offered this option. She was great to work with and I recommend you ask for her!! They will not give you prices so find your fabricator before you go to pick out your stone/ quartz. Nothing prepared me for the lack of customer care I met with regarding the sales drafting persons Melissa and her neighbor just in front of her. If I were the General Manager, Jason Lui, I would direct more attention to your staff's inability to create a positive relationship with potential customers. Melissa needs a position without interaction of said new clientele as she is rude, abrasive, insinuating and overall nefarious. They have a large selection of various items, but i will say I didn't like that we had to wait to go look at the warehouse items with a store rep. Many other similar stores allow you to roam freely in the warehouse to get a look at all the options. Otherwise, the service was still good. They have everything from slabs and prefabricated counter tops to faucets and toilets. I think they also do cabinetry as well. It's definitely worth taking a look here at least to get an idea of more options. They have a pretty extensive show room to get good ideas of how things will look when out all together. They have a large parking lot out front. And regular and decaf coffee as well as green tea. read more

My contractor sent me here To pick out Countertops for my kitchen and two bathrooms and that were being remodeled. The first time we went, it was pretty crowded and it was a Saturday and someone took us into the back to look at stones. We did find image that we liked and we took videos. So two weeks later we went back to order we wanted. I called the Thursday before the Saturday that we were going to go and asked if I needed an appointment and was told that we did not need an appointment, just come on in someone will help you. We got there at 9:45 and were told that someone would help us when they came out of an appointment. I asked the lady why they told me I didn't need appointment and she said she didn't know and asked who I spoke with. I didn't remember the persons name, obviously. Anyway we were going to be spending thousands of dollars on stone and nobody could help us. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes. That was our Saturday. We left and will not go back. I will spend my money somewhere that doesn't lie to me over the phone and tell me that I don't need an appointment. Their customer service is very poorly run. read more

Pleasant experience at Best Cheer Stone. The receptionists were helpful and guided me through the process. This was my first time selecting stone, and they were very informative. When it came time to selecting the specific stone for my house, I was given a representative who brought me back to warehouse to pick them out. It was a quick and easy process. TIPS: 1. In order to go back to the warehouse, you need to first select the specific type and make of the stone. You will also need your contractor's name as each are assigned a certain representative. 2. You can look through the showroom and see the variety of options available without making an appointment. One thing I like is that they have a kiosk where you can request for samples of the stone to take home. I believe you get 3 free and then its a couple dollars for additional samples. Just a warning: the stones listed on the kiosk may not be available. I remember requesting 8 or 9 and went home with just 4. It worked out for me because the stone that was my #1 was available :) read more

It started from the front desk two people both on their phones didn't want to put down to even help. When I finally got their attention they pointed me to "behind the kitchen" I would find a "white countertop". When I walked over there was a white countertop with no name or way to identify it in order to purchase and only one. My question was where to find a white quartz countertop to match the piece I had in my hand and the response was I "would never be able to match the white". Next I proceeded to behind the doors into the back to all the slabs. I asked a customer service person if they had a match to the slab I had or if they didn't have it what a good match would be and she told me to look for what I liked. She rolled her eyes and walked away. After she told the contractor I was with how nice he was for helping me in a sarcastic voice. I couldn't believe the lack of help. If you are too busy to help why wouldn't you direct me to someone that could help. I walked out. Worst customer service ever. I called to make an appointment with Best Cheer Stone and to inquire about the wood facing material a day ago. I was told from the receptionist that I would get a call back, but never did. Upon calling today, I was redirected to a design specialist but was forwarded to their voicemail. I tried calling again to see if I could reach another person and the gentleman that picked up was the design specialist that seemed angry and annoyed when I told him I was forwarded to voicemail. As I proceeded to explain my question he kept cutting me off and once I explained I was looking for that wood material for the cabinets, he answered in the sassiest tone ever so shortly. I only know this place because it is the yard used by my contractor. He warned me about the customer service so I was not surprised when I walked around the warehouse with out seeing a single person for 30 minutes. I found myself back in the office area and approached a lady in a cubicle. Initially, she was hesitant to help. Afterwards, she was quite amicable. What helped the most was that I did my own diligence and had three colors/styles I was already interested in. It made my experience AOK. Don't come here expecting much help. Selection is five stars. They are well organized which makes walking the warehouse easy. I also came here on a holiday when they were just opened and i was the only customer. I ended up with super good pieces. They have an extensive selection of quartz prefabs (many that look like marble), ranging approximately $500 per piece. They also carry large size slabs, some in porcelain. You need to have a contractor's name to buy from them and it's well worth the savings. read more

I've talked to another contractor who literally says he hates it here and can get things done much quicker anywhere else for a fraction of the time. How is this place in business??? People, if you have had a bad experience here spread the word. Maybe they'll lose business and get their act together. The only thing that is worth 1 star are the people who work in the back- they're nice and kind- but it doesn't make it for spending an entire day here. Also I've gotten the koville cabinets from here and half of them come with cracks. Also if you like the antique white, expect to wait 2 months for them to come back in stock.
