They also have another location that supposedly serves Irwindale with posted hours but nobody serves the location during all of their supposedly open hours. This is factual and from my personal experience at both stores. They are not to be trusted in relation to specific sales items advertised, especially from my personal experience. "0" Stars but I am forced to give one here. Update on 7/3/24 to their response today. Thorough research will show that they indeed have a linked location (when I went). It may have closed since that time. Poor service does destroy businesses, and I will not be surprised if the remaining location permanently closes soon. Found this "outlet"/warehouse on fbook marketplace. It's a very good option for those looking for a small discount on overstock items (i'm assuming Amazon products since it's a big thing right now). The customer service was fine. They let us in and I was able to see most of the products that was advertised. My only negative feedback is I went in with the intent of buying the item as advertised (assembled) and not a boxed version. They did not let me buy the one on the floor. Meh... Not a huge deal, just wish it was advertised a little better. I still purchased the item out of convenience but left not as excited as arriving.
