Bryan came out and looked at them and gave me a choice between replacing only the broken ones and adjusting the remainders, or replacing them all to save trouble in the long run. I elected the full replacement. It took a little longer than Bryan expected to get all of the hinges, I expect because there were so many of them to replace, but Bryan kept me informed and was flexible with my ability to have someone there to meet him for the final installation. The cabinet doors are in great shape now, and the price Bryan ultimately charged was very satisfactory, much less than I had feared based on the number of somewhat complicated parts he had to get for me. Highly recommended in every respect.

The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion. Please allow me to express my gratitude; I would strongly recommend Marc Pridmore Designs to any future prospect for furnishing opportunities.
