Where do I begin....I needed to replace some theatre seating (recliners) for my RV. As you may know RV furniture is pretty much junk and doesn't last long. I found 4 Seating online by accident and realized that their showroom was very close in LaHabra. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a the most valuable customer in the store. I worked with Manny who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right seating knowing I wanted something of quality and would fit in the RV space. Manny helped me measure and showed me that the seating I was interested in which was a true "wall hugger" and was made of real leather. We decided on one of the colors ( gray) which was in stock. They had many colors available, but some colors are custom and take up to 16 weeks to get. Here's where their customer excellence shines....I went in on a Monday and made the purchase and opted to pick up the items since it was so close to my home. On Tuesday morning I got a call from Regina who told they were ready for pick-up. A few moments later I also got a call from Manny telling me they were ready as well. I called and let them know I was on my way. When I arrived at the will call area I was promptly met and the employee promptly got a fork lift and we slid the seating right into my truck. Some more information you might find useful, They have seating for every budget. I purchased the "Monterey Cool Zero Grey Italian Leather" (row of 2). These seats do not have plywood and seem very sturdy and the leather seems like very good quality and are quite comfortable. The seating is very well packaged, easy to install and set up. it has all the theater seat bells and whistles ( cup holders, LED lighting small drop in trays in the arm rests, etc. As with any purchase of furniture, time will tell if they last but given the quality I've seen so far...I suspect they will. Such a great company ! I purchased my theater seats 11 years ago. They are still like brand new, so well built. They were one of the only companies that had the two tier seats at the time so you didn't have to build a platform. I remember they were so easy to deal with when we were purchasing our seats. I think one time during the 11 years. I had a problem with a cupholder and they took care of it immediately. So it's 11 years later and my power cords are starting to go. So I called customer service, I talked to Megan and she helped me distinguish whether it was the power cord motor or switch we text back-and-forth we got a few phone calls in and resolved the problem. Not only are they going to replace the holder that failed and the table attached separately, when I receive they will send a tech to come install it. The gentleman mentioned they would reach out to the warranty company regarding the claim, because it's likely they kept denying without a proper understanding of what they were doing. While 4Seating is going to take the brunt of my bad review, perhaps it will stimulate them to help with my issue that's been denied by their warranty coverage company. Don't waste your money on the warranty. When a section of their higher end recliner units had part of the couch fail, we got denied coverage. The failure was with a built in piece of the furniture that allows you to insert accessories into the armrest. It is PART of the couch, not an accessory. The "WARRANTY" company they promote - GUARDIAN PROTECTION PRODUCTS INC, failed to cover and simply declared it to be an accessory. Despite the unit failure was an attachment to the couch. They likened it to a "button" or "knob" or other aesthetic piece. After much back and forth, they simply said no, and they will not continue responding going forward. It's sad to pay several hundred dollars for coverage to have them misinterpret the coverage to avoid responsiblity. read more

I had purchased 2 Equinox theater chairs a few years back and needed to replace a couple lids on the arms. I worked with Megan and she did a superb job in helping identifying the particular lids I needed by having me send her the label on the chair to make sure the particular lids would still be available. Megan took all the information she requested from me and got back to me promptly to inform me the parts I need could still be sent back into production to duplicate what I needed.
