For some people, this is exactly what they want. However, when we said we were looking for something specific, you would have thought they would have asked some more questions. Instead, we just wandered around and tried to read the signage to see if anything was available in a lighter color. Overall, the furniture is discounted and often feels like it. The last sofa we bought here probably won't last much longer, as the back is sagging. But we still thought we'd give them a chance. We were there maybe 20 minutes before leaving, not finding what we wanted. However, we did stop by their little cafe for a cup of coffee and a cookie.

We purchased a sofa along with the Guardian "Goof-Proof" 5-year stain warranty, and I would not…read morerecommend it at all. Trying to get help from Guardian was extremely frustrating. It took almost a month just to hear back from them after filing a claim. They rarely answer the phone, and even getting a response through email was difficult. The customer service felt very unprofessional. On top of that, Guardian sends out a third-party contractor to handle the appointment, and they had very limited availability. What should have been a simple fix for a tea stain turned into a huge hassle. By the time someone could come out, the stain had already dried. Definitely not worth the extra money. We won't be purchasing this warranty EVER again.
