It was served on a hot cast iron skillet. When served my dish looked different from what was on their website. It looks like they topped the dish with queso and cilantro crema. I would have preferred what was on their website without the queso and cilantro crema on top. There might be a disconnect between the website and the kitchen. Anyway my dish was different from the normal. There was a lot of food to eat. I ate half and also took half of the skillet, the guac salad and tortillas home for my late night snack and tomorrow's lunch. Arissa served us very well. Our total bill was $77 excluding gratuity. We were instantly accommodated at booth table 53 on the right side of the restaurant. They had recently updated their regular menu, and I decided to try the Korean beef bowl for $24, which features soy marinated sliced steak, vegetables, greens, an umami glaze, a fried egg, and spicy mayo served over basmati rice.
