After holding the power and volume down button for about 20 seconds the phone would come on and go right back off. I took it here to get it repaired. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because. One would think they would at least refund the money for the wasted trip.

However, there was poor communication the first time around and apparently the first guy thought that it would be acceptable to replace it with a GTX 2070 instead of the 2080 that it originally came with. Upon seeing a cheaper final price and promptly reading the receipt, I realized the mistake they made and asked them to order a 2080 instead, not minding how much longer it would take. They said that it would arrive in another couple of weeks and that I could just pay the $350 difference, no extra labor costs added. I was worried, but sure enough, they called me when it was ready and my $4000 laptop started up beautifully without a problem with a fresh installation of windows 11. Starting with, the attitude of the people there very territorial. It seems as if they believe that no one else can speak and understand Spanish. But that's not even the worst part, the worst part was I dropped the computer off and it was fixed in about a week and a half and then October I took the computer home and it would not start up after it was starting up perfectly before. The camera was not working either after it was working perfectly before. I received the computer back and in less than a week the new speakers that they supposedly ordered went out immediately . I promptly took the computer back and had to wait over 2 weeks while they ordered the new speaker and they kept changing the days as to when the newer speakers came. The new speaker's never came in and they never called me to tell me that they were not coming in because they did not know what a status because they never checked on this status. Even this was not the worst part of this ordeal. I finally had enough and I went and picked up the computer and took it to a different computer shop in Whittier called SoCal Computer Repair. There were some discoveries that were made because I knew that they were trying to nickel and dime me. It turns out that the previous speakers that they installed were used speakers and they were not new at all. In other words, they took the speakers from a used computer and put it into my computer thinking that I would not know the difference. To add insult to injury they did not even put all the screws back in my motherboard. Another insult occurred when I found out that they put glue in order to get my camera working. You see I don't know what they did with the money but I immediately got a refund and in this review I am including pictures so that you all can see not to take your computer to these people because they are very very very very shifty and they are very greedy and they will rip you all off at any chance that they get if I can give this review negative 8 stars I would do it. This place is to be avoided at all costs. If you ever take your computer or phone or tablet to this place you might want to have them open it up and show you and also if you order anything new from them have them provide the receipt because they are not to be trusted at all. This is the worst computer place in Long Beach. Also beware if they cannot give you a definitive timeline as to when your product is done, that is when they will more likely use other parts from a previously owned computer into yours.
