I brought in my car some minor body work, service seemed good at first and I agreed to pay $371.56 upfront big mistake, they didn't have the fender lining available, so they popped out a small dent on the front bumper and I thought they would call me on Monday to let me know when they could complete the job. Instead I had to call them and the desk clerk told me to come in on Tuesday that a technician would be available, I waited for over 30 minutes before Lacey one the managers comes out and says they don't have the part yet and she would call me when it was available. Long story short she didn't call and when I called she became argumentative when I said I'm not happy with the service and lack of communication, she said that she was going to go get the part herself( so she hadn't even bothered ordering the part) and refund me $20 dollars for labor for the liner what the hell?? I'm upset and I went today to pick up the part and Chad another manager starts arguing and acting like he was going to fight me and that "I'm lucky" hah when I complained and said you're ripping me off. Yet another worker tried to fix the situation and said they would install the part but by then it was too late, I drove off with the liner and no refund. I'll take my car to another establishment that does honest good work in a timely manner and is better organized. Avoid Fix Auto Redlands. read more

Update...STAY AWAY... my car was finally delivered after 6 months of waiting.. Too bad is still not complete. Fixauto replaced my windshield and didn't seal it property. Now when I drive over 35mph I hear a whistling winds. My Autopilot was not working properly either. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they have fallen short on everything. We took our motorhome there about 20 months ago and recently picked it up. The original estimate they gave us was two months for completion. During the time our coach was at the shop it was vandalized and parts stolen off of it,(catalytic converter). Although the shop ended up paying for most of the damages it was extremely inconvenient to travel an hour away to get our new converter approved and to resmog our coach. I was driving down the freeway the other day and a safety cone flew over the center divider to slam into my front bumper. It dislodged my front decal and split the panels on my front grille and bumper. It was hard to diagnose whether there was damage done otherwise, so I called Fix Auto Redlands in the morning and they said they'd be happy to take a look if I brought it in before they closed for the day. I went in for a car wash. And Fix Auto did such an amazing job on my car. I live up in the mountains so I get a lot of rain and snow. Not to mention dirt and leaves from all of the trees around us. So my car was in pretty bad shape. But that was no issue for them. They went above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned under the hood and removed all of the leaves and left it looking brand new. They even went as far as putting a wax coating to help with the rain. Once the car was done Roger walked me through on what they did to it and what were some of the spots they focused on. It made me feel like they really cared and I wasn't just another customer in their books. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for this type of service but they gave me such a great deal. I have not gotten my car repaired here because one of the estimators Lacey took over a week to get my estimate to me despite telling me I would receive it by the end of the day when she came out to look at the damage. After almost a week went by, I called repeatedly and was told by the office ladies that I would definitely receive it via email by the end of the day. Three times that did not happen. Finally Lacey got back to me and informed me that instead of repainting the whole bumper and doing it properly, they were only going to paint where the scratches were. That will leave inconsistencies the eyes will catch. Other body shops I talked to said the proper way is to remove the whole bumper fix the damage and respray it and re-clear it. She keeps arguing with me and telling me it's what the insurance decides. But the insurance company says they want it repaired correctly so they don't have to do it again. They actually agree with me. Considering too I'm the one paying insurance for the coverage. Are you still like the shop and referred people there, but I don't like cutting corners and I don't like being ignored. They have lost my business. I can't give a rating for the actual body workers who do the repairs as I didn't get that far. But as far as my experience with this particular staff member, if I were her boss I would be very displeased with the lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, and brushing me off as if I don't matter. read more

Worst experience at any shop ever if you don't have a tesla then don't waste your time with this shop , they push you off to the side and give bs reason after bs reason first week the entire week the car was there 7 days they did nothing with it , when I called they said they sent an supplement I call insurance they didn't I call they back to call them on their bs they say give us the insurance email we will do it that way cuz the CCC portal didn't work they said after they sent the email same day approved now 3 weeks later still waiting on my car it was a bumper a simple ass bumper and paint job , Thursday last week I call they say it's all put together but waiting cuz they gotta do some "post scans" I call my insurance they say they approved post scans and paid for it already the next day Friday I call my case manager Lacy who is a supervisor some how which she the one that lied to me 3 times in this process and not doing her job til I called each time to push it and same day magically gets done back to Friday lacy left early even tho I called at 11am the front office lady lied and said they need to do a alignment I said are you sure cuz I asked for that in the beginning and they denied it and said they can't cuz it's a bumper not tire that was hit . I ask to talk to a supervisor cuz that don't sound right and I'm tired of being lied to I get a guy one of the estimator supervisors to look at the file and explain things better , he said something completely different then lacy or the front office lady and what he said sounded right from previous experiences which is they need to do a diagnostic on any sensors from the damaged area and they got a POP already from the payment and just need to send another one to the insurance then I can get the car Monday . Now it's Monday I call and lacy saying the same shit the guy said but saying I need to wait for the payment from the insurance before I can get the car . Needless to say I found this company and they had my daughter tow her car into their shop, insurance covered everything however Jennifer and Jessica and the service techs all did a wonderful job very helpful very nice and caring and went above and beyond to make sure the work was timely and that all the bills were sent to insurance received no cost out of pocket and the car looks better than it did coming off the dealership lot, they actually replaced some items for free at no cost I would highly recommend them for any accident auto body work and paint, if possible have it towed from accident to that shop. This review is long overdue. This accident happened about 6 mos. back. But I did not want to skip a review, the service was too phenomenal for that. So, better late than never. My beloved tank (black chevy tahoe) was hit by a woman as I sat in it, in a parking lot. We proceeded to exchange insurance info and then she was off. I have never been in an accident before, so I was very unsure of the process through insurance etc. On our community facebook page I discovered there is a couple who live local (South Orange County) that own and operate Fix Auto in Redlands.
