The kale slaw was good but not a true slaw and a bit dry for placement on a sandwich. The seasoning here vs HHC; has a bitter finish if you dont use the DHC sauce. However, the bun was better with DHC and held up well on the sandwich unlike HHC. The service was top notch, the cashier managed my party of 7- different orders patiently and was very pleasant. I honestly felt like they were grateful for our patronage. Dont see that too often! As with the competitor the pricepoint on these high end fast food joins is just too high. $20 for lunch is pretty high. Oh and of course they have the tipping option on the kiosk.
