Very good fresh burgers with awesome fries, very good! Everything is fresh, meat never frozen, or the fries. You can put whatever you want on your burger all that is free, good selection of stuff. They use fresh potatoes from Idaho , fry them in peanut oil (serve peanuts too) there is even a sign that say where todays spuds are from. And they don't skimp on how many they give you either. Just no combo selection though. read more

If you like burgers this place will make you happy. Its about making a good burger. The list of condiments is the selling point for me. They have grilled mushrooms as a free condiment along with BBQ sauce and A-1 sauce. The portions are large meaning you will get your money's worth. The only problem I had was that they did not put the mushrooms on my burger like I ordered. They were quick to give me a side order of the mushrooms though which was okay. However I saw several other people complaining about messed up orders. I'm sure this is just a result of being a new place so I'm reserving judgment on that item until next time. We love Five Guys! They have a huge selection of toppings so you can get a different tasting hamberger every time. The small hamburger is huge! And one order of fries feeds both my husband and myself. My favorite part is that you can order online and your food is ready to pick up when you get there! So convenient. read more

Five Guys has, in my opinion, the best burger in the valley. I used to live in northern Virginia, where the original five guys was, and it's never disappointed. Their meat is high quality, their toppings list is awesome, and now that they serve milkshakes, this is arguably my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it. read more

Five Guys is probably one of the best burger joints I've ever been to. You definitely get what you pay for. For about $6 or $7 you get a big, juicy burger with cheese and just about anything else you would want on it: bbq sauce, A-1 sauce, relish, all of the condiments...you can basically customize the burger. If you want you can get a side of fries that is definitely a hefty portion (good for those who don't want to leave a restaurant still hungry!). and the best part about the fries-fry sauce! I don't know why they only have this in Utah but it makes fries amazing. definitely a good family atmosphere and great for a college hangout too. It is WAY better than In-n-Out burger...personally i think In-n-Out is overrated and is really not that good for all that it is hyped up to be. go to Five Guys instead! read more

Five Guys has one of the best burgers that I've ever had! The fries are also really good and they give you a ton of them! While you're waiting for your food you can get yourself a fountain drink and then snack on the peanuts they keep on pallets by the ordering line. It's a little more expensive than say a McDonald's burger, but you get what you pay for. It's definitely worth it! read more

I love this place!! If you're looking for hearty burgers, this is the place to come to. The fact you can make it how you want with ingredients and sauces that aren't typical burger type toppings is one of my favorite parts about Five Guys. Their fries are delicious too, both the regular and Cajun. It's fun to have the fries come in a cup, something different compared to a lot of places, and then everything else in the bag as well. My only question is why peanuts in the lobby? It seems a little random to me but it is a fun touch that makes it stand out from other burger places. read more

I think some people like this place because the hamburgers taste homemade, but I don't go to a burger joint for a homemade hamburger. Gross! I went here for the first time recently (Orem location). I felt sick the moment I finished my hamburger. I dry heaved on the way back to my work. And actually threw up the burger the moment I got home from work. I'm pretty sure it was the onions I got on my burger (not the grilled ones, just the raw ones). I also got A-1 sauce which probably was a mistake too. No I didn't have the flu b/c I felt better the moment I threw up. I've had better burgers at McDonalds. And not just b/c it made me sick. One of my favorite burgers by far. The grilled onion mashup they have is fantastic. Try their burger "all the way" and then have them add A1 and hot sauce. This is my go to combination. Never get this burger "to go" as it won't make it past 2 minutes in the tinfoil wrapping without going to a soggy mess. Eat it hot off the grill or not at all. read more

When this place first opened I tried going on three different occassions but bailed out too early as the lines were so ridiculously long. It's funny how often that happens here in Utah when a new hot place goes up. Burgers, in my opinion, are never worth an hour wait but now that the foot traffic has died down I gave this place a try. In my experience so far this is the best burger joint in Utah county. I was quite dissapointed when chadders (the in-n-out knockoff) went out of business in provo as I thought they had the best burgers around. This place definently beats chadders with their huge juicy burgers. All of their toppings are free so get whatever you'd like, however, you do have to remember to let them know of even the most basics like ketchup and mustard. Everything is made when ordered so its all fresh off the grill. Their fries are really good too and they give you way more than any sane person needs. It's a little bit more expensive than I would normally like to pay for a burger joint but it's location and style make it a step above traditional fast food. read more

I have had many people tell me how great this place is, but I have to disagree. First off, I dropped almost $10 on a burger, fries, and drink. I got the Cajun fries, but I could get the same effect by carrying around a jar of Cajun seasoning and sprinkling it on fries from any burger place. While it is nice having your choice of toppings, having the burger mashed thin while it is cooking definitely did not help their cause. When it comes right down to it, the price is the real deal killer here for me. My wife and I can both eat at other, better tasting places for roughly what it cost me to eat here by myself. If the food had been better, the $10 price tag would not have been such a big deal, but it was just not that good. Besides, the place was WAAAAAY too loud. Sorry Guys, I won't be back. read more

This place used to be good, but the last few years the quality has just tanked. They just try to compensate for lower and lower quality by just dumping more and more fries in your bag. The "large fries" we got tonight was easily 3x the size of what a large used to be 2-3 years ago. I used to actually love Five Guys, ever since eating at the original one back in Virginia. Five Guys gives you a much better burger for a much higher price. We accept that since it really is a great burger. I called in an order today and was told 8 minutes. I drove down there, arriving at about the right time. I went in and the guy at the register remembered that I had just called in an order. A guy came in from the back and they had a quick exchange. The guy at the register told me they forgot to drop the fries. He also confirmed that the burgers were already done. I indicated that if my burger is done and the fries haven't been started, it means my burgers are going to sit there getting old while I wait. He responded, "yep". He chatted for a quick minute with the cook (fries still not started). I told them I was just going to go somewhere else instead of having an old burger. The cook gave me a "thumbs up" and said, "okay". I took a quick pic of the feedback information for the restaurant and called the number once I got back to my truck. It is a number to a generic off-shore customer service desk. So, as I sit here eating my not-quite-as-good burger that I got, with a drink, for $5 less, just down the road, I'm giving local feedback the only way that is made available. read more
