This store does not appear to be under the same level of demand, so the delay is difficult to understand. The bigger issue is how the parking area is being managed. The curbside pickup spaces are being used as holding spots for customers who are still waiting on their orders. That leaves actual curbside customers with nowhere to park. There are only two designated waiting spots, and they exist for a reason. When those spaces are filled with orders that are not ready, the pickup process breaks down for everyone else. Food quality has been acceptable, but the service speed and the way the lot is handled make the visit unnecessarily frustrating. A clearer system for staging orders, and keeping curbside spaces open for customers who are actually there to pick up, would make a noticeable difference.
