My wife & I went here after church. When we walked in, we didn't see anyone, but as soon as we got the counter, *poof*, there he was to take our order. Wife hot the mushroom & Swiss, I got the bacon burger, fries & strawberry shake. 1st thing my wife said when I unwrapped my sandwich was, "Wow, that looks like their picture of it!" She liked her sandwich & I really liked mine! Fries were ok & my shake was great. Not a whole lot to say ... it's Hardee's. We'll be back. Ordered a cinnamon roll to go and what I received looked nothing like their picture above the cash register, but more like a dog biscuit-- and I paid almost $3 for it. For what it is, it looks as if it was already "prepared", where they had to splap some icing on the inside of the box, but I still had to wait on it, even after paying and having to use their goofy kindergarten token to use the bathroom like an arcade game. read more

September is National Biscuit Month. Didn't know there WAS such a thing.... until I received an email from Hardee's. During the month, if you buy a Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich at Hardee's, you get another for free. Plain biscuits, biscuits with egg, and biscuits with egg and sausage are all included in the deal. You just have to have a Hardee's My Reward account by using the Hardee's App. Yep, Hardee's has FINALLY joined the rest of the world and now has a App for your phone. The App lets you collect points as well as contains offers and discounts such as this one for the biscuit sandwich. One problem.... the Hardee's App is NOT user friendly or intuitive. And, it contains a lot of "bugs". I sure hope someone in their IT Department is working on an upgrade and patches! The staff at Hardee's are not familiar with the App. Twice now I have had an issue with placing an order through the App and the folks behind the counter have been of no help at all. Seems some training is also in order. After spending what seemed like a lifetime trying to place my order through the App (including uninstalling and re-installing the App), I gave up and went to the counter. So, I didn't take advantage of the free biscuit sandwich like I intended. I got the Breakfast Platter, which included biscuits and gravy, sausage and tater tots. My wife got a Chicken Biscuit (which is NOT included in their National Biscuit Month deal). I give the food a 3 Star for "ok". If I could rate the App separately I'd give it a 2 Star for "could have been better". But here's my big tip.... the Hardees on 86th Street is literally across the street from Willow Lake West strip center. Here there is a Panera. Read my review on Panera and their Sip Club. If you belong, go to Panera and get your coffee then across the street to Hardee's for their breakfast. (Or to Panera for your iced tea / lemonade and Hardee's for lunch.... if you like their burgers). Use Hardee's coupons (which are frequently in the paper, in their App if it is working, or on the back of a receipt). This combo makes for a "great" value and an "ok" meal. Deal Guy out. read more

This location is always top notch! The family who runs it are always nice, super professional and take pride in their work. Love that we haven't had any order issues in over 5 years, as my husband is picky. He usually gets the mushroom and Swiss with no Swiss and they hook him up with the mushroom sauce. The food is always hot and tastes great. Hardee's chicken tenders are some of the best and this location always makes them great. One of the best! read more

Usually love Hardee's options and atmosphere. Today this one really let me down. Ordering was confusing and they didn't explain menu well. I was charged for every topping including bun for my sandwich. And was also CHARGED for me "free fries coupon!" Never Heard of this in my Life! Ridiculous!! The staff wasn't very friendly either which made the whole experience worse. Not planning on going back anymore. Not worth the hassle and numerous up-charges to absolutely everything. Still getting our Hardees Breakfast thru the pandemic. I don't really care for their burgers but they do breakfast well.#1 large with a coke and # 9 Ham large w unsweetened tea. Recently they have added cinnamon rolls that are so much better then the raisin biscuits. Staff is always friendly and fast in the drive thru. Everyone I've seen for months has had their mask on properly. Haven't been inside for more then 6 months but i can't imagine it changed. It was always clean. read more

The customer service is horrible. My food was more money today because the manager said I have been complaining lately about my order. I order extra cheese and when there isn't extra cheese I ask for it. If that is complaining then get my food correct. We decided to run through the drive thru to pick up a snack to hold us over until later. There was 1 person in line nobody on the inside. Once we finally ordered and pulled around the other person was still in line . They had the other person pull up so we could pay. After about 8 minutes the lady handed us our food and we left. The other car was still there. As we drove up 86th street we devoured the fries (that was why they were given a star) the only other thing that was order was 2 sliders. When we opened the box all you could see were brunt little burgers. When I say the burgers were brunt! crispy edge brunt. It was so disgusting. As an employee I would have been embarrassed to serve anything like that. They knew it wasn't right when they closed the box. I will say that I will not be back. I can say I have always enjoyed Hardee's breakfast but I will not visit this location again. read more

I have never been to a fast food restaurant that have so many options...they have always served hamburgers, fries, chicken, a few years ago they added chicken fingers which i must say are truly delicious. I went for lunch abd was surprised they now have a $5, $6 and $7 mesl....i forgot what its called. But i opted for the $5 meal...i received 3 chicken fingers, fries, drink and a choc chip cookie i thought it was a great deal. I noticed they had a new coffee and said wow....its $2 99, do u all have samples and the young man fixed me a small one and i must say it was delicious....nice and smooth, he asked if i wanted cream...yes and it had a sweet taste so i asked what made it sweet he said they put vanilla in it....i must say i will try it again. I was overcharged 10% on my meal today. Their menu board and order window display said $5.49 (+ tax) for a small Battered Cod Sandwich combo. Cashier price was $5.99 + tax. I questioned, and he shrugged off, saying "sorry, she was at the fryer, not at the register." I went ahead and paid $6.53 because I was in a hurry, but I drove around the building and checked to be sure I was right. Fifty cents won't make or break me, but this is NOT HONEST. I'm sure adding 10% to the store's bottom line is as important to them as adding 10% to my household income would be to me. (Or not LOSING 10%.) THIS IS A DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE. So... They are still in operation and going strong. Dining room and drive thru are both open with many employees hustling to get orders made. Before COVID, that status may have been, yeah, big deal, that's how a restaurant works. Nowadays with many restaurants tragically understaffed and it showing in everything from poor service and reduced hours, this restaurant shows the opposite can still be done. Restaurant is clean and everyone is friendly too. And the food is excellent. Whatever they are doing I hope they keep it up. read more

I cannot speak to the inside. I have only used their drive thru. I like Hardee's, and compared to other locations, the quality of their food leaves lots to be desired. Food is often lukewarm. I ordered fries at about 7:30 p.m. the other night. They were so greasy and cold, they were inedible. Even after I microwaved them, the grease was overpowering. I threw the entire order away. Which made me really sad, as I was in a curly fries mood. :-( read more

I was served 2 cold fish sandwiches The cheese would not melt, I returned them The manager snatched the bag out of my had and walk away I waited 12 minutes and she finally gave me another bag, She said it was dropped fresh. This is your typical fast food joint; but the food is great! The one think they started doing here is having the ketchup readily available to the customers. They used to bring out like 3 or 4 packets for your entire meal. I am a ketchup fiend and I need more than 3 or 4 packets... more like 10 to 15! lol. I know I know... but atleast its available. Just left. Order is COMPLETELY wrong. Ordered 1/4 burger w/ No pickles, add lettuce, small fry & a coke. Got frisco bread swiss bacon w/ tomatoes, no fries & a root beer. Corporate needs to look at training & competence. Cutting me off in the middle of my order & trying to UpSize my order WON'T help.
