I was the only person at the counter, and there was one person sitting at a table. There were three employees behind the counter. My order was simple, just a sandwich and side of mac & cheese. All in all, I liked the soup, but it was a bit salty. Also, the bowl that they advertise is larger and more enticing than the paper cup than what I received. So now, I'll go back, but not as often. If they do these pesky things, what are they doing in the kitchen that may be subtlety reducing quality.
