I have been to this location several times, and the employees have always been very friendly. They are efficient and my order has always been correct. The bread and toppings have always been fresh and good. The parking lot can be very busy especially at lunchtime. It is a busy area, and there are a few other restaurants that share this strip. I'm a Jimmy John's fan, they're one of my go-to sub shops when I need a quick bite. This location in Whitestown is underrated in my opinion. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. Service is freaky fast, as advertised. And the sandwiches are affordable. I stopped by for a tuna on whole wheat. I was expecting a whole wheat sub bun, but they put it on whole wheat bread, which was fine. The bread was fresh and the tuna was piled high. It was one of the best tuna sandwiches I've had recently. They added pickles, lettuce and tomato per my request, but the tuna was the star. The tuna salad was creamy, moist and filling. I sat at the counter by the door, which was a bit drafty. As I sat, I watched the crew serve others. They were consistently friendly and efficient. The dining area is colorful with multiple table options. There is parking in the strip mall. I visited this restaurant around 7:50 PM on 10/08/25. At first, I was impressed by how clean the dining area was, everything looked well-maintained and inviting. However, while waiting for my food, I noticed something very concerning: there were several flies trapped inside the container holding the sliced bread. I immediately brought it to the attention of a team member. He saw the flies too, opened the container to let them out, and then closed it again, leaving the same bread out in plain sight as if nothing had happened. A couple of minutes passed, and I asked if he was the manager. He confirmed that he was. I then asked if he planned to remove the contaminated bread, and he said yes; but still didn't do anything right away. Eventually, I left the restaurant and waited in my car. From outside, I could still see inside the restaurant, and only then did he finally remove the bread container and place it on a rack in the back. This situation was disappointing, especially coming from someone in a management role. Food safety should always be a top priority, and in this case, it clearly wasn't. I hope the management team takes this seriously and addresses it with proper training moving forward. read more

Right before they closed and it was a heavyset kind of tall Caucasian, dude that took my order the whole time he takes my order he does not make any contact eye contact with me and continues to look at the screen. He doesn't ask me if I wanted anything extra no nothing. And when my sandwich was done, he literally just handed me the sandwich over the counter I said excuse me, sir can I get a bag and he's like 00 yeah and then I have to grab my own cup. Loyal Jimmy John's consumer. I frequently buy sandwiches here as well as their day old bread for garlic bread at home. Occasionally they are out of the day old bread on pasta night, but I am willing to pay full price ($2/loaf) for a fresh loaf if needed. On today's visit through the drive through, I was told they had no day old bread dnd would not sell me fresh bread. No explanation given, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to serve the two people ahead of me so that I could get out of the drive through. Didn't appreciate the lack of service or the time wasted. A sandwich shop that doesn't sell bread is like an ice cream shop that won't sell you ice cream. read more

All I can say is, gross, man. I ordered a #4. This is my standard order. Sometimes, I get it on bread, sometimes, I get an unwich. I've NEVER had someone put italian seasoning on it. EVER. This time, I ordered the sandwich, cut in half. They did manage to get that right. I asked for cucumbers. Didn't get them. The lettuce was disgusting - brown, wilted, and just unappealing. I was able to scrape it off, at least. The kids working the window were rude and disinterested, and I had to wait for 5 minutes to get my food. I wouldn't let my dog eat from this place, I came through the drive-through today and while I was waiting on them and fix my sandwich, I observed a woman picking up garbage off of the floor with her bare hands, and then proceeded to maneuver countertops around countertops, that they place food on drinks on things like this without even washing her hands. When I addressed the situation, I got an attitude and a weird look from her then a redheaded guy stuck his head through and said what can I help you with and I told him what I saw and he said well she'll wash her hands well at that point it was too late because she had already cross contaminated to countertops without washing her hands and that is absolutely disgusting I will never eat in this place again. I will never go through the drive-through again and I would tell everybody else never go to this disgusting file place if they can't keep the people to take care of infection control. read more

If you like Jimmy John's, this is a great location to visit! We have visited several times since moving to Whitestown and have never had any issues with our order or food quality! After dining in a few times, I can say that the inside is mostly clean and tidy. If I had a critique, it would be to put a little more attention on the cleanliness of the restrooms. During one visit, there was a bit of a mess on the floor and soap suds all over. (Could have just been from a recent messy patron) The drive-thru is FREAKY FAST, as they often advertise. If you see a line in the drive-thru, don't be deterred by it! It moves quickly! We have also ordered delivery a few times and even that is super quick. My favorite sandwich is the Vito on wheat bread or a wheat sub. So much great flavor! I add the Jimmy peppers (a little spicy) and then get a few sides of Kickin' Ranch to take it to the next level! Instead of being kind and helping the man figure out the menu, both the cashier and the manager on duty yelled at the man, stuck their hands in his face to get him to stop asking questions, were rude and short with him. Don't be misled by people who don't like Jimmy John's and leave poor reviews. Since this opening we have been there nearly every day. I am so grateful for this location and the number of people that work there who are polite and helpful. I'm sure they make mistakes, but the quality is great and they are very welcoming and friendly. I am very glad that we have a Jimmy John's at this location, and that they hired such great kids to work there. Go visit. I even had them make a platter for my softball team with 45 minutes notice. I have been here before and enjoyed my experience, my mom didn't enjoy her last time but has always liked it. Friends have said this is the best sand-which place.
