Which Wich was one of the first design-your-own sub shops on our side of town. The shop is tucked in a little strip mall that I frequent. When you enter the shop, there is a shelf with sub bags that are printed either ingredients. I grabbed a bag and selected among bread, meat, cheese, toppings and sauces. The options are extensive. They have a breadless option on a halved avocado! During the week, a daily sandwich is featured for only $7. The regular prices start at $9, so the daily feature is a great deal. On Wednesday, the Wicked 5 meat sandwich is the special, so my husband and I both ordered one. The sandwiches took about ten minutes to prepare, as they are toasted and there were others ahead of us. The clerks were friendly. My Wicked was on Whole Wheat roll, which they lightly toast. The sandwich was delicious, colorful with fresh toppings. The dining room is comfortable and clean with custom cafe chairs. Classic rock plays in the background. We were thanked as we left. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. They make catering trays and also have kid's meals. I'll be back.

How does no one know about this tasty fun sandwich shop? Only one of my random ten friends knew about Which Wich and no one had heard of their exclusive Dew flavor, it is wild to me TV is bloated with ads for mainstream junk food and generic chicken sandwiches while sitting on the little small chain secrets. I was confused for a second entering an hour before closing but typical midweek will have that. Found a red sharpie and bag to tick off some extras for my Reuben, noticed so many inviting options, again I am confused how all the free toppings offered here, sizes, sandwiches styles, and easy going atmosphere have been kept under the radar. The solo staff, forget her name oops, was great! She politely worked up one excellent and stuffed dinner. I have to say this was not quite a reuban, no rye, no properly flavored corned beef, who cares? Hey the beef was layered on thick, soft and appetizing, seemed much higher quality than any other fast casual. I immediately felt stupid thinking someone might go to Panera when this is an option. There's a good rewards program, got a great location, and as you can see clean dining space. I'm all for this!

Attempted to get a turkey sandwich - somehow roast beef, ham and pepperoni got involved.

The black bean patty was warm and it had a little kick to it because of the jalapeno hummus and didn't feel heavy at all.

This new location was tricky getting to as you have to pass by it and then maneuver potholes and approach from the rear. There are several stores that looked alike, so we had to drive back around front, dodging construction to find. They have a drive-they window for picking up orders or eat-in dining room. They also have a patio that will be nice during warmer weather. The dining room is new, clean and interesting. We were comfortable during our short stay. The clerks were really nice, helpful and anxious to serve us. Reginald (Reg) offered suggestions. Subs averaged around $8 and are pretty big. You order up at the counter then they bring the food to your table. I had the Tuna with lettuce and tomato, served cold. The roll is really good and fresh without being too much bread. I like that the sandwich was a little chewy. The tuna salad was ok, perhaps a little drier than I like. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and herb topping a nice touch. I'd order it again. My husband had the Philly (Reg's suggestion). He had the sandwich hot, so the cheese was nice and melted. The steak was really good and the fillings were generous. We also shared an order of fries. The fries are really good, thinner cut and crispy. Bronze came over and checked on us. The staff is eager to please. We felt welcome. We had 5 star service for a chain restaurant. They cater and the sub trays look perfect for a tailgate or work lunch. All in all, they excel on service and the sub rolls. The sandwiches were good with fresh ingredients.
