The fries were also amazing, they were kind of thin which made them so crispy! Nothing like I've had before! An example is pictured below! This was my first visit to a Capriotti's. They are located in a little strip mall. There is no drive thru, but you can preorder and pick up. You order up at the counter and the sandwich is prepared fresh. The menu is up on the wall with a nice assortment of sandwiches and salads. I ordered the Classic Italian medium sub. The sandwich was prepared amazingly quickly and double wrapped in deli paper. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was soft. There was a little dressing on the sandwich. The cheese and tomato were cut so thin, they were translucent. But there was plenty of meat on the sub and it was filling. The sub was good, but didn't leave me craving another soon. The servers are friendly and efficient. They have 5-6 tables to eat inside and the dining area is clean. read more

I had been meaning to give Capriotti's a try for awhile, and I finally got the chance. Some coworkers recommended it for lunch so we placed a pickup order. I went with the Classic Cheese Steak. We were looking for a new spot to take our nephew out for dinner and realized that we had not tried Capriotti's yet. Upon arrival, we found that there were many different options as it came to sandwiches and sides. My wife and I ordered the cheese steak to split with a side of fries and everything was great. The fries aren't quite as good as some of the other Philly Cheesesteak places in the area, but that might just be my preference. Our nephew, a high school student, ordered the American Wagyu Roast Beef and was really happy with his choice. We liked it so much, we went back about a week later and tried their award winning Bobbie sandwich, which is turkey topped with cranberry sauce, and stuffing. Thanksgiving in sandwich form. This is a nice little sandwich shop that appears to have a decent variety including soups and salads. I tried the Waygu roast beef and my son had the grilled Italian. We split a small order fries and had two small fountain drinks. The sandwiches were ok but do not measure up to many of the other places nearby. The roast beef was great quality but both sandwiches were mostly bread. The fries were not fresh and barely warm. I ordered a bowl of calm chowder and the one that was delivered via Doordash was less than half the quantity of the bowl. This was going to be my dinner. The quantity of the fries do seem less than advertised as well. How can someone provide customer service like this? Have been wanting to try for a while, finally made it for lunch today with a friend. We got there around 1230p on a Friday and there were a few people ahead of us picking up orders. The line moved quickly and I picked the Capistrami, basically pastrami, Swiss, slaw and thousand islands dressing. I added chips and a fountain drink for about $19. My buddy had an Italian and fries. They have a lot of subs/cheesesteaks options and 4 sizes. We sat in the small eat in area that had 4-5 tables. My sub came out in about 5-6 minutes my buddy took a few more minutes due to the fries. Subs come wrapped in paper and were warm. I liked the soft sub roll with just enough texture, there was a good amount of pastrami. Good flavor from the meat and overall taste was that of a New York Rueben but with pastrami instead of corned beef. My buddy enjoyed his Italian, the fries are very flat/thin and could have used another 1-2 minutes in the fryer to crisp them up.
