I don't know why I keep forgetting about Jimmy John's. Every few years I'll randomly get a craving, order one, and immediately wonder why I waited so long. This time I ordered delivery while house-sitting and decided to try the Spicy Italian from this location. It wasn't "freaky fast," but honestly...I'm okay with that. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes and get a sandwich that tastes fresh than have it arrive in record time. The Spicy Italian absolutely delivered. Loaded with meat, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of kick, it has officially earned permanent status as my go-to order. And let's take a moment to appreciate the pickle. If you're tempted to skip it...don't. It's cold, crisp, perfectly crunchy, and somehow completes the entire meal. Jimmy John's has always had great pickles, and this one was no exception. Everything arrived fresh, packaged well, and exactly as ordered. Lesson learned: I need to stop sleeping on Jimmy John's. The sandwich was great. I had the Cuban, and it was fantastic. I tried the new strawberry lemon cookie, and it was TERRIBLE. Imagine putting sand and sugar together to make the dough. Add white chocolate, lemon, and strawberry flavoring. You have a cookie that you paid two dollars to try and didn't finish. It was that bad. Their cookie, the chocolate peppermint, this winter was great. This one, nope. I wanted to warn anyone considering this cookie. Sandwiches at Jimmy John's are consistently good for what they are. The employees at this location make excellent sandwiches. I usually order the same sandwich, a #6 six veggie, and I customize to add a few additional ingredients. They always do a great job here, my sandwich always has all the requested ingredients, and it is put together very nicely. They definitely use care when building the sandwiches here. Indeed, this Jimmy John's is freaky fast. It's so freaky fast that I think I irritated the woman behind the counter with the amount of time I was looking at the menu. I was messing up her freaky fastness! I guess people who visit Jimmy John's usually have the menu committed to memory, or maybe they order online for pick up. In any case, if you go to Jimmy John's in person and are looking for the Little John's on the menu ... they are not on the menu. But they do exist, and you can get a Little John in any of the varieties that are offered for the Original sandwiches. There, I saved time for you and the person behind the counter. I actually kind of love the exasperated response from the lady behind the counter as I was asking her questions about Little Johns, because it shows her commitment to efficiency. You can't call your restaurant freaky fast and BE freaky fast if you indulge every slow-minded, indecisive Carmel yokel like myself. I clearly need to do better, and next time, I will -- I'll place an order online for pickup. That way I can examine all of the sandwich options at a glacial pace on my own time. John took our order. I think he was the ""John" of Jimmy John's. He was friendly and quick. I had the tuna on whole wheat. The sandwich was packed with creamy tuna salad, lettuce, tomato, perfect. Just like I like. These sandwiches are huge. I always say that I will save half, but they are so good that I eat the whole thing. My husband had the Vito toasted. He loved his sandwich and ate like he was in a trance. The dining room is typical Jimmy John's with a dozen small tables. We were able to find parking, which is a feat in this shopping center which is always packed. The drive thru does a robust business. I always have a good experience at JJs. probably not a common occurrence but when i ordered a 6 inch sandwich, an employee intentionally chose to make it using a loaf that was not even the width of my wrist. it felt like i was just handed a thin breadstick with meat in it. i aas so taken aback that i forgot that i normally ordered a 6 inch, and ordered two. both were identically small. i feel as if i have been scammed for no reason. probably the worst experience i've had as of yet. didn't get the names of the workers. i have used my hand for reference in the photo attached. read more

So I order here for work on a really regular basis. I always get super speedy service and my sandwiches are always right. Make sure you're really clear with directions, I do get drivers that get lost on the way to my building. Buildings fault, not theirs. I also really dig the drive thru! I come here on weekends and just order my sandwich and head out. There usually isn't a big line and of course the service is super fast! Jimmy johns is delicious, I either get their Veto with hot peppers or a Turkey Tom. We've been using the drive-through here for over a year now. I feel guilty that I never reviewed these guys before, but today's experience was just so fabulous I had to. I ordered the number seven which I think is called the East Coast Italian. What an amazing sandwich...whoever assembled it did the perfect amount of everything, and it tasted fresh and delicious. These guys have never given me an incorrect order, they are always friendly when I pull up to the window - and always very patient with me when I'm ordering. Good simple sandwiches. Jimmy mustard is recommended if you like your Dijon mustard with mustard seeds. If you don't want white bread sub then they also have two other options sliced wheat and lettuce (for those watching their carbs). Service has always been friendly and of course speedy even at lunch hour. If you get a chance, check out the bathroom (at least the men's had some funny stickers surrounding the tiles at eye level. This is by far the greatest Jimmy John's I have ever been to. Their service is always fast, they always get my order right, and the staff are always nice to me and my family. Andrew at the drive thru is always courteous and Freddy and Gerardo are some of the nicest managers I've ever seen. I recommend everybody go to this Jimmy John's. read more

Wow. Okay, Jimmy John's, you appear to have a veggie sandwich, but it is a huge joke, so you are getting one of my very rare one star reviews. It is called the "Veggie Gourmet" sub and actually says that non-vegetarians would enjoy it too. However, the sandwich consists of provolone cheese (okay, but not enough flavor for a sandwich on its own), iceberg lettuce, and "avocado spread" but there is very little of this on the sandwich, and I had to look carefully to make sure it was there at all. Where are the veggies?! I thought Subway's veg sub was terrible, but this may be the worst sandwich I've ever had, and I'm not kidding. I know I shouldn't take offense to a sandwich, but I talked to a coworker who had a similar experience with it... they really need to take it off the menu. Please don't try to pretend you're veg friendly if you're not... I will respect you far more! If you're a meat eater, you may like it just fine, though! read more

Second time this person has been working the drive-through window when I ordered a sandwich. Both times the Coke has been spilled all over the outside of the cup. Both times I had to ask for napkins to wipe it off. This time the Coke also only had about two pieces of ice in it like it had been sitting out for awhile and wasn't full. We go here often, and it's always pretty quick and fresh. It seems they are headed toward the Subway path though, where you get a lot of bread and toppings, but not a lot of meat (getting a little skimpy for what you pay). I am only giving three stars for this jimmy johns in particular bc they never can get my order right. Always to much mayonnaise or oil/vinegar. I ask for wheat bread and it is not made on it. I love jimmy johns and always will but I wish the one in clay Terrance delivered to me still :( I order it for delivery at least once or twice a week and something is always wrong.... So I live literally one mile from this restaurant. We are the second closest subdivision. But they won't deliver to us. They will drive right past us to deliver farther then us. At one point they were delivering because they realized how ridiculous the boundaries were. But since they hired their new manager he decided they weren't going to delivery to our subduction anymore. So I asked him " you'd rather drive past our subdivision and deliver to those places and lose customers them deliver here" and he said yes. So guess what? However when I called to make a order for delivery they told me that I was in a "dead zone" and they can't deliver it. I only live 1.8 miles away from them and the drive is literally a straight line.
