Came here last week for breakfast I get told they stoped serving breakfast while I'm waiting in line whatever fine I'll go somewhere else. Then today July 13th . I get there on time and ask for breakfast again. I love Chick Fil A and not many days pass that I don't at least go get a sweet tea. I buy their tea both sweet and unsweetened by the gallon to keep at home. This location like most doesn't have enough room for the high volume of traffic they receive. If I were on a city committee I'd require them to build on much larger lots to allow for the high volume traffic. Saxony who owns this location as well needs more room but they did do a good job with making two lanes, one for anyone and the other for mobile orders only. This location doesn't have that so I have to sit behind everyone else while they place their order even though I have already ordered on the app. We were just here and ordered a shake and two gallons of tea. The kid in the drive thru window questioned that I had even ordered it and asked for my receipt back. Then she sighed and told me to pull forward to the stop sign while they make them. You can imagine the dirty looks we got because now we were blocking what limited space they have for traffic to flow through. Now for a comment to the chain in general. You make a diet lemonade with Splenda, it wouldn't be rocket science to do the same with the iced tea. Everyone knows it's more difficult to dissolve sweetener into an already iced drink, add to that you are in a car even more difficult. A honey pimento chicken sandwich may not sound appealing, but it's one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten. A little-known secret at Chik-Fil-A is that they have some of the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The staff at the Noblesville location was friendly and treated me like a VIP even though both lanes in the drive-through were packed, and so was the inside. This review is more about the Chick-fil-A culture than about the food. This store was neat and clean. All things were in good order. The good meets the standard that you would find at any other store. Well done! What I'm more impressed about is how the work culture treats the customers with respect and values them. It is awesome to have each employee, from cashier to server to manager, address you by sir or ma'am and tell me that it is their pleasure to serve me. At least the individuals I encountered on this visit seemed to really mean that they valued me and having me as a customer and were genuinely glad I was there. On this occasion, the cashier Mason, was an incredible ambassador for Chick-fil-A. He was friendly, prompt, accurate, caring, personable and attentive. I have been to this chick-Fil-A location several times. This place is busy all time the time but the customer service is amazing. My last visit was in July, 2020 post COVID. All the employees were wearing masks and gloves. This location was under construction and it was raining and there were a lot of customers at the drive thru but there were lot of employees were our wearing rain jackets and taking orders from customers at the drive thru and so my order was taken and delivered to me very quickly. Many of my worst Chick-fil-A experiences always point to one factor ... this location. At one point in time, it was the food. Either nuggets/chicken weren't completely cooked or orders were incomplete. However, as it stands now, the food quality is great. Now, the customer service experience is where things lack. If I'm ordering by mobile app, I've more often than not had to request that my order be started. Now don't get me wrong, there are some people really attentive as soon as you enter the building. But then you have the "friends at work" huddles and that's when I end up waiting 20 minutes at 8 pm for a one meal order. The Saxony at I-69 location hasn't presented these concerns, so I've started to go to that location as a preference. read more

Update: Because I LOVE this place I wanted to give them another chance at breakfast, and I'm happy to say I'm a happy camper. I order my breakfast meal, chicken minis, hash browns, a fruit cup and a diet lemonade. I was able to pull right up to the drive thru speaker order my meal and pull around with no problem. When I arrived at the window I was greeted with a smile and the gal repeated my order and it was right....YAY....!!! Despite the previous hiccup, still one of my favorites...!!! Not because they make every order perfect (because we have had some mistakes) but because of all their community involvement and generous offerings! This location is constantly giving away free food and on Veterans Day gave Veterans a free meal (not all locations did this). They frequently have great deals, last week we went in for a BOGO meal! So it's great for families, especially those on a budget. Always use the app if you can, you get points towards rewards and it's actually a lot easier to pre-order your food on the app than wait in line. read more

Confusion over what happened to my drink. (Hint: It already had left the parking lot.) It took nearly three minutes to pour another as the guy on drinks wouldn't break order. One guy was struggling with making two milkshakes for someone else. One guy standing with open bag waiting on... what? No clue. He didn't really move. One guy packing orders for inside. You can't hear the guy on the speaker at the inside lane, no my pleasure (not a huge deal to me, but I know it is to them), no eye contact, felt like I was at McDonalds. The girl that handed me the food walked way too close to the car, her head was practically on the inside, while she looked around my interior. But the worst part? I confirmed with them my sauce recommendation THREE TIMES because the guy on the "speaker" heard Ketchup TWICE when I politely asked for chick-fil-a sauce. Neither were included, in addition to the ranch and Polynesian sauces that were also missing. I was out with my wife and nephew when we decided we were hungry. We saw Chick-Fil -A and decided to eat there. Since drive thru was our only option right now that's where we went. The line was long, but due to past experience I knew we would get through quickly. If you ate Chick-fil-A before then you know what to expect. This location was no different. Even though the line was long they were hustling people through. They have order takers outside in the drive through. We were approached by one and they took our order. The employee was neat looking polite and professional. The line was moving at a rapid pace. You can go to other fast food restaurants and expect to wait a long time. Not here. It's not just the service. When you receive your food here it's always fresh and hot. I have eaten at this location frequently, so another 5 star rating! I'm not sure which location in Noblesville I picked to review on this site, but this pertains to the location at 14098 Bergen Blvd in Noblesville, IN. We will never again stop there. We decided to park and dine in because the drive-in was jamed-packed. This was more of a chore than it should be because of the large number of waiting spaces reserved for drive-in customers. When entering the restaurant, the smell of grease was quite noticeable. Two signs indicated how to eat in; one said to grab a table and a team member will be right over, the other said to sit down and order from your smart phone. In any event, an employee came up and said he could take our order, which helped. The entire floor felt like it was covered in grease, and was actually slippery. The restrooms were as bad as a bad gas station. We decided to eat in our car. The sandwich was over-cooked. We asked for a small cup of water with it and was provided two huge cups.
