First time here and couldn't decide on what to order so we ordered several and shared. We ordered BBQ Cheddar Burger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders and kids grilled cheese sandwich. The crispy chicken sandwich was good, it seemed to be a bit spicy but not sure from what. Didn't realize BBQ Burger had 2 patties until I took a bite. Was only able to eat a quarter of the burger. Chicken tenders was good. Didn't Rey the grilled cheese so don't know how it tasted. Loved the tater tots, just the right amount of crispy. I decided on a crispy chicken sandwich with pickles and honey mustard and without Jaggers sauce, Tator tots, and Cherry Coke without ice. I was heading home and have toppings I added for a more balanced dinner. I haven't been to Jaggers in a long time, and I don't know why I stopped because it's so good! The burgers are so fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend the sunrise or mushroom and Swiss burgers. I liked the fries more than the tater tots, but the fries are a little salty. Their salads are also good too. The drive-thru and inside were super busy, but we were able to order without a long wait inside and didn't wait too long for our food too. The worker who took our order wasn't listening at first and seemed to not want to be at work, however, everyone else was nice. I wish they had a refill station inside, but you'll have to wait in line to get a refill. It is difficult to get out of the plaza since it's right next to a busy Dutch Bros, and there's only a one-way exit out. However, the food was really good and will definitely be back! read more

Jaggers is near our home and usually so carryout but today we stopped by for a quick bite while we were out and about. We dined in and got a burger with side salad and diet coke combo and grilled chicken salad. Service was great and quick. They brought the food to our table. The salads were actually served on ceramic bowls not togo plastic. The grilled chicken salad was tasty. I usually get their fried chicken salad which is also good. My husband also enjoyed the burger. I have to say that the first time I ate at jaggers I wasn't impressed... now I'm in love! This location in particular and my son's love of tater tots are what helped. lol. Ate at a different location the first time and didn't like it... but you can't get tater tots at a lot of places, so my son kept asking to go back. Saw this one on the way to Hamilton Town Center one day and thought we'd try. Thank goodness we did!!!! Haven't had anything bad since. The service is always great, they give a military discount with ID, the food is delicious. I tried everything but my absolute go-to, fave is the BBQ Cheddar burger. Yummmmm! I like their fries as long as you eat them there hot. My kids love their tater tots and mushroom burgers. Have to warn you that it's in a not so fantastic place to get in and out of since it's right at the main intersection of 146th and 37... but as long as you turn right out of the parking lot, they now have it where you can loop back at the light. The problem is the new Dutch Brothers Coffee that they've put in right across from Jaggers... it's got the flow of the whole place screwy. I can't even describe it but you'll know when you see it... with the back up leaving the parking lot, the drive-thru trying to get out from the always busy coffee place, and the weird turn-in and drive-thru exit from Jaggers, it's a mess. I sat for literally 15 minutes just trying to get into the parking lot two days ago. Thank goodness the food is worth it but really hope they figure that one out. read more

Love the atmosphere and decor. It a cross between culvers and a sports bar... with the alcohol :) You order at the counter and they give you a number and bring your food to you because its prepared fresh. The menue is standard burgers and chicken sandwiches and tenders, fries but they have tots! I tots! They have salads and coke products, lemonades and shakes. All the burgers have double patties. I got the mushrooms swiss. The patties were juicy and well flavored a little peppery but I liked it. I don't think I've had fast food that was that hot (temperature) The food is usually cold or just barley warmed over. There were 10 tvs each one showing a different station. From sports to weather to Disney and regular channels.. like CBS. The dinning area was very clean, the team members were all friendly. This location is in the same stip as urban air so you can bring the kids here after jumping up an appetite! The only downside is it's also by crunch gym... We love Jaggers but the last several times we've visited, a new "Captcha" app takes you away from Jaggers and you CANNOT scan for points! I'm not sure if it's a scam to save them from giving earned discounts or a glitch but it's frustrating. I asked the guy at the counter about it but he was CLUELESS. If they do not want customers to earn points for discounts, get rid of the app-don't make it impossible to use. Jaggers is one of my favorite lunch spots. Kind of an upscale fast food place, with better quality food, a nicer dining room with solid tables and booths, and friendlier, more helpful employees. I appreciate that you can customize anything on the menu. My favorites are the black bean burger and the grilled cheese. You can add a fried egg, avocado, mushrooms, or other toppings to any burger or add jalapeños to grilled cheese. Tater tots are delicious especially with Jaggers seasoning and jaggers dipping sauce. Their sauces are very good, my favorites are garlic mayo and the Jaggers sauce. The burgers come with seasoning but you can remove if you don't like it. This was a fantastic meal. The friendly greeting when I walked in the door and the complete explanation of the menu and food choices started this meal off right. The food was excellent. In my opinion, the burgers were elevated. The beef patties were thick and had great flavor, and each burger was a double with great toppings. I chose The avocado burger, and I'm so glad I picked it. It was delicious! They also had a few options that were safe for my wife, who has Celiac disease, such as salads. They don't have gluten-free buns, and their food has a shared frier, which rules out fries and tots. There are limited options at this type of establishment. They have a new Korean hot honey chicken sandwich out right now and it's very good. The green chile cheeseburger haunts my dreams, in a strange kink way. The people here at this specific location are usually very nice and extremely helpful. Most of the time when you get your table code and some napkins and sit down the food followed you to the table they are FAST. Idek how this place only has 2k followers on insta. This place has always been one of my fast food go-tos. They have the BEST black bean veggie burger I've ever had (and I've tried a lot of veggie burgers). Their tater tots are great, as well as their grilled chicken sandwiches. I'm also a big fan of their salads (esp. the taco salad. It's got a bit of a kick but not too much). I debated over even ordering it because most every fast food salad I've ever purchased has tasted like the plastic container it had been sitting in. The lettuce is often turning brown and the toppings pretty pitiful. They have never been worth the money. The salad I took with me to work today, however, was fresh. The plump and juicy grilled chicken was put in a separate container from the veggies The grated cheese was real and its taste complimented by chopped hard boiled egg. This was my first time at Jaggers and I have two words...OH MY LORD-ok that was three words, but as soon as you turn into the parking lot, there is plenty of parking spaces as well as a drive-thru option. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Masks are required. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the manager along with co-workers. The staff was super friendly. The options on the menu are burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and a kids chicken tender meal. Someone gets your drink to you directly due to covid. It doesn't look like the fountain drinks are available for use to customers. There were a lot of people working like a well-oiled machine. The place smelled delicious and was very clean. We waited approximately 3-4 minutes for our meal. This was honestly the best chicken sandwich I may have ever had. It was crunchy, juicy, hot, spicy, and fresh. The kids meal came with a kids cookie, fries, and a drink of choice. I will definitely be coming back here.
